Abstract
The invention relates to a social public resource utilization system for a community parking space, which comprises a community parking space module, a leasing module, a resource release platform server, a client APP end and a tenant APP end, wherein the community parking space module comprises a parking space ground lock, an infrared inductor and a wireless module, the parking space ground lock is installed on a parking space, the infrared inductor is arranged on the rear side of the parking space and used for inducing vehicles on the parking space, and the wireless module is used for transmitting data. In the system, when the parking spaces of the community are free, the APP is used for sending information, the parking spaces are uploaded and then rented for use in different time intervals, settlement and an electronic map are provided conveniently, automatic settlement processing of tenants is achieved, a credit system is arranged for managing the users, the free parking spaces of the community are used more effectively, recycling of public resources is achieved, installation cost is low, and management is convenient.

Background
At present, the utilization rate of community parking spaces is not high, and on one hand, users cannot know the idle state of the community parking spaces and cannot find proper parking spaces; on the other hand, community parking is often dispersed and is not easy to manage. Therefore, a proper mode is necessary, the free parking spaces of the community are conveniently and fully utilized, and the parking of the user is facilitated. When the system works specifically, the flow is as follows:
(1) the tenant APP terminal is used for setting rentable time intervals, and setting according to the parking space of the tenant APP terminal for renting; sending the information of the parking place to a renting module through a wireless module;
(2) the monitoring module in the renting module transmits the collected parking space information to a data storage module of the resource publishing platform server for storage; the parking place electronic map module forms an electronic map position point according to the position provided by the community parking place module and sends the electronic map position point to the resource publishing platform server to form a parking place route in the parking place route module;
(3) in a user mobile phone in a client APP terminal, a user needing parking browses community parking space information through the client APP terminal, and when the user needs to park to obtain free parking space information, a parking request is sent through the client APP terminal;

(8) the client pays after taking the car, the payment between the client APP side and the settlement module is completed, and the information is recorded in the credit module and used for generating and storing a user credit record; if the client does not pay, the settlement module presents the information to the credit module, records bad habits of the user and makes a payment prompt when the user parks next time; and also sends information to the client APP terminal for reminding payment.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in the system, when the parking spaces of the community are free, the APP is used for sending information, the parking spaces are uploaded and then rented for use in different time intervals, settlement and an electronic map are provided conveniently, automatic settlement processing of tenants is achieved, a credit system is arranged for managing the users, the free parking spaces of the community are used more effectively, recycling of public resources is achieved, installation cost is low, and management is convenient.

The community parking space social public resource utilization system shown in fig. 1 comprises a community parking space module, a leasing module, a resource publishing platform server, a client APP terminal and a tenant APP terminal, wherein the community parking space module comprises a parking space ground lock, an infrared inductor and a wireless module, the parking space ground lock is installed on a parking space, the infrared inductor is arranged on the rear side of the parking space and used for inducing vehicles in the parking space, and the wireless module is used for transmitting data; the renting module comprises a charging module, a monitoring module, a parking space electronic map module and a wireless communication module; resource issuing platform server includes data storage module, microprocessor, WIFI module, display module, parking stall route module, credit module, settlement module and display module, and storage module, WIFI module, display module, parking stall route module, credit module, settlement module, display module all with microprocessor electrical connection. And the WIFI module in the resource release platform server is connected with the client APP end in a wireless mode. A community parking space social public resource utilization system is characterized in that: the system comprises a community parking place module, a leasing module, a resource release platform server, a client APP end and a tenant APP end, wherein the community parking place module comprises a parking place ground lock, an infrared inductor and a wireless module, the parking place ground lock is installed on a parking place, the infrared inductor is arranged on the rear side of the parking place and used for inducing vehicles on the parking place, and the wireless module is used for transmitting data; the renting module comprises a charging module, a monitoring module, a parking space electronic map module and a wireless communication module; the resource publishing platform server comprises a data storage module, a microprocessor, a WIFI module, a display module, a parking space route module, a credit module, a settlement module and a display module, wherein the storage module, the WIFI module, the display module, the parking space route module, the credit module, the settlement module and the display module are all electrically connected with the microprocessor.
