Claims (3)
1. The composite strong self-priming centrifugal pump set is characterized by comprising the following components: the combined strong self-priming centrifugal pump, the automatic exhaust and liquid supplementing device, the exhaust connecting pipe (13), the liquid injection pipeline (14) and the liquid return pipe (15); the composite strong self-priming centrifugal pump is connected with the automatic exhaust liquid supplementing device through an exhaust connecting pipe (13); the tank bottom of the automatic exhaust and fluid infusion device is connected with the inlet of the composite strong self-priming centrifugal pump through a fluid return pipe (15); the composite strong self-priming centrifugal pump is also provided with a liquid injection pipeline (14);
the composite strong self-priming centrifugal pump comprises: the pump comprises a suction bent pipe (1), a pump body (2), an impeller (3), an auxiliary impeller cover (4), an auxiliary impeller (5), a pump cover (6), a sealing part (7), a pump shaft (8) and a bearing box body part (9); the suction elbow (1) is connected with the inlet of the pump body (2); the pump shaft (8) is arranged in the bearing box body part (9); the impeller (3) and the auxiliary impeller (5) are arranged at the front part of the pump shaft (8) and are separated by an auxiliary impeller cover (4); the auxiliary impeller cover (4) is connected with the pump cover (6) through a bolt; the bearing box body part (9) is connected with the pump cover (6) into a whole through a bolt, and the pump cover (6) is connected with the pump body (2) through a bolt;
the automatic exhaust fluid infusion device comprises: an emptying pipeline (10), a tank body (11) and a closing floater (12); the emptying pipeline (10) is arranged at the top end of the tank body (11) and is communicated with the inside of the tank body (11); the closing float (12) is arranged in the tank body (11) and is in a free state.
2. The composite strong self-priming centrifugal pump set according to claim 1, wherein the secondary impeller cover (4) has a suction window, and the pump cover (6) has an exhaust window, which together form an assembly having the working principle of a liquid ring vacuum pump, and the composite strong self-priming centrifugal pump is derived by adding a small number of parts to a common centrifugal pump.
3. The combined type strong self-priming centrifugal pump set according to claim 1, wherein the automatic air-discharging and fluid-supplementing device has a tank (11) with sufficient volume and a closing float (12), and completes the storage of the medium in the pump at the initial stage of starting the pump, and completes the functions of steam-water separation and automatic fluid supplementation in the self-priming process, and after completing the self-priming function, automatically closes the emptying pipeline (10), thereby reducing the idle consumption and making the pump set work in a high-efficiency state.
