With reference to fig. 5, after an elevator shaft is formed on the main structure 10, the climbing frame 21 is hoisted into the elevator shaft, and then the climbing frame 21 is limited to the corresponding structural layer on the main structure 10 through the limiting support structure 211 arranged on the climbing frame 21, after the main structure 10 is constructed upwards, the climbing frame 21 is hoisted upwards through a tower crane and then hoisted to the current construction layer, and the climbing frame 21 can climb upwards according to the construction requirement by the aid of auxiliary hoisting of the tower crane. When the climbing frame 21 is limited at the structural layer corresponding to the main structure 10, the operation platform 23 provides a construction operation platform for constructors, that is, the constructors can stand on the operation platform 23 to construct the elevator shaft, and the operation platform 23 can be adjusted to a required operation height through lifting adjustment, so that any height range in the elevator shaft can be completely covered.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a fall arrest beam 212 for supporting the work platform 23 is provided on the climbing frame 21 below the bottom of the work platform 23. The anti-falling beam 212 is arranged below the working platform 23 at a certain distance, so that the falling platform can be caught when the working platform falls accidentally, and the construction safety is ensured.
Preferably, the working platform 23 protrudes outward from the side of the anti-falling beam 212, so that the anti-falling beam 212 can catch the working platform 23.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a lifting mechanism 22 is disposed on the climbing frame 21 above the top of the working platform 23, the lifting mechanism 22 is connected to the working platform 23 through a suspension cable 221, and the lifting mechanism 22 controls the lifting of the working platform 23.
Preferably, the lifting mechanism 22 further comprises a lifting block 222, a part of the suspension cable 221 is wound on the lifting block 222, and an end of the suspension cable 221 is fixedly connected to the lifting block 222, so that the suspension cable 221 is wound on the lifting block 222 or the wound suspension cable 221 is partially paid out by the lifting block 222, thereby achieving the effect of lifting or lowering the work platform 23.
Specifically, when one work platform 23 is arranged, the lifting hoist 222 is fixed on the top of the climbing frame 21, the anti-falling beam 212 is arranged at the bottom of the climbing frame 21, the lifting hoist 222 is used for realizing the lifting adjustment of the work platform 23, and the anti-falling beam 212 is used for preventing the work platform 23 from falling.
Preferably, four lifting mechanisms 22 are provided, and are disposed at four corners of the work platform 23, so that the stable lifting movement of the work platform 23 can be adjusted.

The rotary support 231 is supported at the corresponding position of the main structure, so that stable support can be provided for the working platform 23, and the working platform 23 is ensured to be kept stable. Due to the position of the position-limiting member 232, the second end 2312 of the rotary bearing 231 can only rotate upwards from the position-limiting member 232 and cannot rotate downwards. Thus, when the work platform 23 is adjusted to be lifted, the overhanging end 2311 of the rotary support 231 is abutted to the corresponding portion of the main structure, so as to drive the overhanging end 2311 of the rotary support 231 to rotate downwards, the second end 2312 rotates upwards, and the work platform 23 can be further lifted upwards to pass through the corresponding portion of the main structure, and when the work platform 23 is stopped at the corresponding position of the main structure, the rotary end 2311 of the rotary support 231 can be rotated upwards to be horizontal and then placed at the corresponding portion of the main structure.

The following describes a construction process of the climbing elevator shaft construction platform of the present invention.
After the elevator shaft is formed on the main structure, the adaptor is fixed on the structural beam corresponding to the elevator shaft on the main structure, then the four climbing tracks of the climbing frame are slidably arranged on the corresponding adaptor, the top frame and the bottom frame are connected and fixed with the climbing tracks, and then the anti-falling beam is fixedly connected. And then, each operation platform and each lifting mechanism are installed on the climbing frame, so that a plurality of construction operation surfaces are formed in the elevator shaft, and the enclosure wall body of the elevator shaft can be constructed by means of the construction operation surfaces, and the formal elevator track and the elevator door can be installed and constructed. After the current floor is constructed, the main structure is constructed upwards, and then the adaptor is continuously installed on the structural beam, and then the climbing frame is lifted upwards through the tower crane, so that the operation platform is also lifted synchronously, and then the elevator shaft on the upper part is constructed. In the construction process, the operation platform can be lifted and lowered through the lifting mechanism so as to fully cover the range of the elevator shaft corresponding to the climbing frame. After the climbing frame rises to a certain height, a jump elevator is installed at the lower part of an elevator shaft, and driving force is provided for the jump elevator through a driving mechanism installed at the bottom of the climbing frame.
The climbing type elevator shaft construction platform is arranged in an elevator shaft, so that secondary structure wall construction and elevator rail installation work can be performed in a flow process with main structure construction synchronously, the overall climbing platform replaces the traditional construction method of erecting operation scaffolds by sections, and the climbing type elevator shaft construction platform is safer, more efficient and more reliable and can reduce cost.
The adaptor installed on the structural beam at the elevator hoistway can be flexibly arranged by adapting to the height change of the floor beam, has low requirement on-site installation elevation error control, and is beneficial to on-site installation.
The operation platforms of each floor can be adjusted in a lifting way, and the elevation of the platform can be flexibly adjusted according to the engineering requirements so as to meet the requirements of different floor heights. And when the platform reaches the position of the corresponding structural beam, the platform can be supported on the main body structure through the rotary supporting piece, so that the stability of the operation platform is improved.
The climbing frame climbs upwards along with the construction of the main structure, serves as an auxiliary platform for the installation of elevator components and the construction of a containment wall in an elevator shaft, creates conditions for the advanced installation of a formal elevator below, and provides top safety protection and waterproof measures for the advanced installation and operation of the positive elevator below in the construction stage.
The invention also provides a construction method of the climbing type elevator shaft construction operation platform, which is explained below.

referring to fig. 3, a working platform 23 is provided, the working platform 23 is hung on the climbing frame 21 and can be lifted along the climbing frame 21, and the position of the working platform 23 is adjusted by lifting to provide an operating platform corresponding to the current construction position.
In a specific embodiment, the method further comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a falling prevention beam 212 corresponding to the lower part of the bottom of the work platform 23 is mounted on the climbing frame 21 to support the falling work platform 23 by the falling prevention beam 212.
