Abstract

本发明涉及一种UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,依次包括第一离型层、第一粘性层、非粘性层、第二粘性层、第二离型层,所述的第一粘性层和第二粘性层为丙烯酸酯类胶层,所述的非粘性层为乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层,所述的胶膜经UV固化。本发明还提供了一种UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜的应用。采用了本发明的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜及其应用,经过UV固化后,弯曲折腾胶层不易断裂,具有很好的空间延展性,规避了LOCA光学胶贴合过程的溢胶、不易脱泡现象;模切过程不拉丝,且对与贴合屏幕尺寸的适应性很广;生产成本低,易加工,固含量100%,节能环保,加工使用过程易脱泡,不溢胶,适用性广、提高贴合良品率的。

Description

UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及光学胶膜,具体是指一种UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜及其应用。
背景技术
近年来,手机平板等电子产品更新换代速度飞快,电子显示屏,例如触摸屏和液晶屏也随着迅速发展。触摸屏与其相应组件之间的粘接方法为常规的LOCA和OCA全贴合。现有的LOCA胶虽然填充性比较好,但是其加工性能不够优异,脱泡困难,且容易发生溢胶现象。OCA光学胶是目前市面上主流产品,但是其生产成本高,贴合要求高,良品率低,而且应用范围窄,只适用于小尺寸屏幕贴合。
因此需要一款成本低、易加工、适用性广的光学胶膜来代替现有的LOCA和OCA光学胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服了上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种生产成本低、易加工、适用性广、避免LOCA贴合过程中出现的溢胶现象、提高贴合良品率的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜及其应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜及其应用如下:
所述的胶膜依次包括第一离型层、第一粘性层、非粘性层、第二粘性层、第二离型层,所述的第一粘性层和第二粘性层为丙烯酸酯类胶层,所述的非粘性层为乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层,所述的胶膜经UV固化。
较佳地,所述的第一粘性层或第二粘性层与ITO的剥离强度≥5N/mm;所述的第一粘性层或第二粘性层与乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层的剥离强度≥10N/mm。
较佳地,所述的第一粘性层或第二粘性层的厚度为5~25μm,所述的非粘性层的厚度为30~300μm。
较佳地,所述的丙烯酸酯类为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯或聚烯烃丙烯酸酯。
较佳地,所述的丙烯酸酯类胶层包括以下质量份的原料:丙烯酸酯类低聚物50~100份、反应型丙烯酸酯单体0.1~45份、光引发剂0.5~10份、抗氧剂0.1~3份、光稳定剂0.1~3份;
所述的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层包括以下质量份的原料:EVA 50~99份、聚丁烯0.1~45份、光引发剂0.1~10份、抗氧剂0.1~3份、光稳定剂0.1~3份。
较佳地,所述的反应型丙烯酸酯单体为甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃甲基丙烯酸酯、十二烷基甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸异癸酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、十二烷基丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛丙烯酸酯、4-羟丁基丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三环癸烷二甲醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯的一种或几种的组合。
较佳地,所述的光引发剂为α,α-二乙氧基苯乙酮、2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基丙酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-对羟乙基醚基苯基丙酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧化磷、硫杂蒽酮及其衍生物、蒽醌及其衍生物以及助引发剂活性胺类的一种或几种的组合;所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯抗氧剂中的一种或两种的组合;所述的光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂。
较佳地,所述的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层所用的EVA的VA含量为24~33%之间。
较佳地,所述的第一离型层和第二离型层为PET、PE、PP一种或几种的组合;所述的第一离型层或第二离型层中的一个的离型力为10~20g,所述的第一离型层或第二离型层中的另一个的离型力为30~40g。
本发明还提供了一种UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜的应用,所述的胶膜用于将电子显示屏与相应组件相粘接。
采用了本发明的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜及其应用,经过UV固化后,较传统的OCA和LOCA光学胶具有更稳定的空间结构,弯曲折腾胶层不易断裂,具有很好的空间延展性,规避了LOCA光学胶贴合过程的溢胶、不易脱泡现象;模切过程不拉丝,且对与贴合屏幕尺寸的适应性很广,可以很好的代替常规OCA光学胶和LOCA胶;生产成本低,易加工,固含量100%,节能环保,加工使用过程易脱泡,不溢胶,适用性广、提高贴合良品率的。

为了能够更清楚地描述本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来进行进一步的描述。
如图1所示,本发明的一种UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜依次包括第一离型层1、第一粘性层2、非粘性层3、第二粘性层4、第二离型层5,所述的第一粘性层和第二粘性层为丙烯酸酯类胶层,所述的非粘性层为乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层,所述的胶膜经UV固化。
实施例1
胶膜原料按重量份计:
非粘性层为EVA(熔指为24)树脂90份、聚丁烯10份,光引发剂1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮0.1份,抗氧剂168为0.2份,光稳定剂770为0.1份;
第一粘性层和第二粘性层厚度均为10μm,成分相同,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯60份,丙烯酸异辛酯20份,甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯15份,1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮4份,苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧化磷1,份抗氧剂168为0.2份,光稳定剂770为0.1份;
第一离型层和第二离型层分别为离型力为10g和30g的PET膜。
将制备好的胶膜UV固化。
制备好的胶膜透光率达到90%以上,贴合过程易脱泡,与玻璃,PET,ITO的粘接性能优异。
实施例2
胶膜原料按重量份计:
非粘性层为EVA(熔指33)树脂80份、聚丁烯20份,苯酰甲酸酯类光引发剂0.5份,抗氧剂1010为0.1份,光稳定剂571为0.2份;
第一粘性层和第二粘性层厚度均为15μm,成分相同,聚烯烃丙烯酸酯75份,4-羟丁基丙烯酸酯5份,丙烯酸异冰片酯15份,苯酰甲酸酯类光引发剂5份,抗氧剂1010为0.1份,光稳定剂571为0.2份;
第一离型层为厚度35μm的PET膜,离型力为15g,第二离型层为厚度35μm的PE膜,离型力为40g。
将制备好的胶膜UV固化。
制备好的胶膜透光率达到90%以上,贴合过程易脱泡,与玻璃、PET、ITO的粘接性能优异。
实施例3
胶膜原料按重量份计:
非粘性层为EVA(熔指28)树脂80份,聚丁烯19份,1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮0.1份,苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧化磷0.1份,抗氧剂1010为0.1份,抗氧剂168为0.1份,光稳定剂571为0.2份;第一粘性层和第二粘性层厚度均为8μm,成分相同,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯75份,甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯10份,十二烷基丙烯酸酯10份,1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮4份,苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧化磷1份,抗氧剂1010为0.1份,抗氧剂168为0.1份,光稳定剂571为0.2份;
第一离型层和第二离型层离型力分别为12g和35g的50μm PET膜。
将制备好的胶膜UV固化。
制备好的胶膜透光率达到90%以上,贴合过程易脱泡,与玻璃、PET、ITO的粘接性能优异。
实施例4
胶膜原料按重量份计:
非粘性层为EVA(熔指30)树脂55份,聚丁烯40份,α,α-二乙氧基苯乙酮1份,抗氧剂1010为1份,光稳定剂770为0.5份;
第一粘性层和第二粘性层厚度均为25μm,成分相同,聚烯烃丙烯酸酯40份,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20份,α,α-二乙氧基苯乙酮4份,四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯20份,十二烷基丙烯酸酯10份,抗氧剂1010为2份,光稳定剂770为2份;
第一离型层为10g的25μm的PP膜,第二离型层为离型力为35g的50μm PET膜。
将制备好的胶膜UV固化。
制备好的胶膜透光率达到90%以上,贴合过程易脱泡,与玻璃、PET、ITO的粘接性能优异。
实施例5
胶膜原料按重量份计:
非粘性层为EVA(熔指25)树脂65份,聚丁烯40份,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-对羟乙基醚基苯基丙酮2份,抗氧剂168为2份,光稳定剂571为1份;
第一粘性层和第二粘性层厚度均为5μm,成分相同,聚酯丙烯酸酯10份,聚烯烃丙烯酸酯40份,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯5份,丙烯酸异癸酯40份,2-羟基-2-甲基-1-对羟乙基醚基苯基丙酮3份,苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧化磷1份,抗氧剂168为0.5份,光稳定剂571为0.5份;
第一离型层和第二离型层离型力分别为20g和40g的75μm PET膜。
将制备好的胶膜UV固化。
制备好的胶膜透光率达到90%以上,贴合过程易脱泡,与玻璃、PET、ITO的粘接性能优异。

Claims (10)

1.一种UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的胶膜依次包括第一离型层、第一粘性层、非粘性层、第二粘性层、第二离型层,所述的第一粘性层和第二粘性层为丙烯酸酯类胶层,所述的非粘性层为乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层,所述的胶膜经UV固化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的第一粘性层或第二粘性层与ITO的剥离强度≥5N/mm;所述的第一粘性层或第二粘性层与乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层的剥离强度≥10N/mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的第一粘性层或第二粘性层的厚度为5~25μm,所述的非粘性层的厚度为30~300μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的丙烯酸酯类为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯或聚烯烃丙烯酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的丙烯酸酯类胶层包括以下质量份的原料:丙烯酸酯类低聚物50~100份、反应型丙烯酸酯单体0.1~45份、光引发剂0.5~10份、抗氧剂0.1~3份、光稳定剂0.1~3份;
所述的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层包括以下质量份的原料:EVA 50~99份、聚丁烯0.1~45份、光引发剂0.1~10份、抗氧剂0.1~3份、光稳定剂0.1~3份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的反应型丙烯酸酯单体为甲基丙烯酸异冰片酯、四氢呋喃丙烯酸酯、四氢呋喃甲基丙烯酸酯、十二烷基甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸异癸酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯、十二烷基丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷缩甲醛丙烯酸酯、4-羟丁基丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、三环癸烷二甲醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯的一种或几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的光引发剂为α,α-二乙氧基苯乙酮、2-羟基-2甲基-1-苯基丙酮、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-对羟乙基醚基苯基丙酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦、苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰)氧化磷、硫杂蒽酮及其衍生物、蒽醌及其衍生物以及助引发剂活性胺类的一种或几种的组合;所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂、亚磷酸酯抗氧剂中的一种或两种的组合;所述的光稳定剂为受阻胺类光稳定剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物层所用的EVA的VA含量为24~33%之间。
9.根据权利要求1所述的UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜,其特征在于,所述的第一离型层和第二离型层为PET、PE、PP一种或几种的组合;所述的第一离型层或第二离型层中的一个的离型力为10~20g,所述的第一离型层或第二离型层中的另一个的离型力为30~40g。
10.一种权利要求1至9中任一项UV交联固化的新型多层光学胶膜的应用,其特征在于,所述的胶膜用于将电子显示屏与相应组件相粘接。
