Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile air conditioner control, in particular to a method and a device for controlling the water fullness of a mobile air conditioner.
Background
The mobile air conditioner breaks through the traditional design concept, is small in size, does not need to be installed, can be randomly placed in different houses, is different from the traditional air conditioner, an evaporator and a condenser of the mobile air conditioner are in the same unit, in the process of refrigeration operation, condensate water generated by the evaporator is sprayed to a water receiving disc on the lower portion of the condenser, and water is continuously sprayed to the condenser through the rotation of a water spraying motor driving water spraying wheel, so that the heat exchange effect of the condenser is enhanced.
Based on the characteristic that the mobile air conditioner can be placed at will, how to prevent the mobile air conditioner from overflowing the base due to overhigh water level is very important to avoid wetting the floor. At present, the traditional water full control method of the mobile air conditioner has two types: firstly, when the complete machine normally operates, detect the continuous on-time of water level switch, when the on-time exceeded certain threshold value, mobile air conditioner shut down, showed the full early warning of water, got into and waited for manual open mode. However, in the actual use process, due to the fluctuation of the water level, after the water level is shut down when the water level is full, the water level is lowered to be below the closing point of the water level switch in the traditional water level control method, so that the whole machine does not display the condition of the non-accident shut down of the water level early warning any more, and the user experience is influenced. Another existing control method is as follows: when the closing time exceeds a certain threshold value, the compressor stops running, the water pumping motor and the fan motor continue running, the water level is reduced to be below the closing point of the water level switch, the early warning of water fullness is automatically removed, and the compressor continues running. However, the control mode can cause the mobile air conditioner to be started and stopped frequently, and user experience is influenced.

The working principle of the mobile air conditioner is as follows:
in the process of refrigeration operation, condensed water generated by the evaporator 1 is sprayed to the water receiving disc 21 at the lower part of the condenser 2, and the water is continuously sprayed to the condenser 3 by the rotation of the water spraying wheel 5 driven by the water spraying motor 3, so that the heat exchange effect of the condenser 3 is enhanced. The condensate produced by the evaporator 1 and the condensate consumed by the condenser 2 reach an equilibrium state as the operation time increases. The condensed water generating rate is higher than the consumption rate along with the increase of the air humidity, when the water level is higher than a certain plane, the water level switch 4 is closed, the whole machine is triggered to stop refrigerating, namely the evaporator 1 is triggered to stop generating the condensed water, and therefore the phenomenon that the water level is too high to overflow a base and wet the floor of a user is prevented.
