Abstract

The invention discloses a control method of pre-supplied engine oil, which comprises the following steps: before the engine is started, the ECU controls the pre-oil supply pump for the first time to pre-supply engine oil to each kinematic pair for the first pre-supply time; according to the current engine oil temperature monitored by the engine oil temperature sensor, the ECU judges the current pre-oil supply threshold value; and when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started. Therefore, the control method of the pre-supplied engine oil ensures the engine oil pressure before the high-power engine is started, and avoids the phenomena of cylinder pulling, tile pulling and the like of the high-power engine.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an engine control system, in particular to a control method of pre-supplied engine oil.
Background
Before starting, the high-power engine needs to be lubricated before starting by pre-supplying engine oil to each kinematic pair in order to prevent the phenomena of cylinder pulling, tile pulling and the like of the high-power engine caused by dry friction of each kinematic pair. In order to ensure that the oil reaches all moving parts, the engine oil pressure needs to be ensured to be a certain value so as to start the engine, otherwise, the engine is not allowed to be started, and a protection strategy is formed for the engine.
The prior art is controlled by an external switch, can artificially modify the pre-oil supply time at will, does not distinguish the heat engine state of a cold machine, cannot ensure that an engine is started under the condition of meeting certain engine oil pressure, and belongs to external control.

Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a control method of pre-supplied engine oil, which ensures the engine oil pressure before a high-power engine is started and avoids the phenomena of cylinder drawing, tile drawing and the like of the high-power engine.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for controlling pre-supplied engine oil, comprising: before the engine is started, the ECU controls the pre-oil supply pump for the first time to pre-supply engine oil to each kinematic pair for the first pre-supply time; according to the current engine oil temperature monitored by the engine oil temperature sensor, the ECU judges the current pre-oil supply threshold value; and when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the oil pressure of the pre-fuel oil is smaller than the pre-fuel oil threshold value, the ECU controls the pre-fuel oil pump to pre-supply the oil to each kinematic pair for a second pre-supply time at intervals of first preset time; and when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is smaller than the pre-oil supply threshold value, the ECU controls the pre-oil supply pump to pre-supply the oil to each kinematic pair for a third pre-supply time at intervals of a second preset time; when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started; and when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is smaller than the pre-oil supply threshold value, sending a fault alarm signal.
Compared with the prior art, the control method of the pre-supplied engine oil does not need to be connected again, does not have a corresponding switch, only needs basic data preparation, realizes that the pre-supplied oil pump is controlled to work through an Engine Controller (ECU), ensures that the engine can be started only when the engine oil pressure of the engine is in a certain value, otherwise does not allow the engine to be started, and forms a protection strategy for the engine, thereby ensuring the engine oil pressure before the high-power engine is started, and avoiding the phenomena of cylinder pulling, tile pulling and the like of the high-power engine.

Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for controlling a pre-supplied oil according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, a method for controlling a pre-supplied oil according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: before the engine is started (a start button is pressed), the ECU controls the pre-oil supply pump to pre-supply oil to each kinematic pair for the first time for a first pre-supply time. And according to the current engine oil temperature monitored by the engine oil temperature sensor, the ECU judges the current pre-oil supply threshold value. And when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started. Preferably, the engine is not started until the pre-fuel supply of the first pre-fuel supply time is passed, but in the process of the pre-fuel supply of the first pre-fuel supply time, when the pressure of the monitored oil reaches the threshold value, the pre-fuel pump stops working, and the engine starts to work normally (recorded as n times, namely the first time). The ECU is provided with different engine oil pressure values at different engine oil temperatures, and the engine oil pressure values are used as pre-oil supply threshold values for distinguishing cold machines from hot machines.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the oil pressure of the pre-fuel oil is smaller than the pre-fuel threshold (i.e. the engine is not started for the first time), the ECU controls the pre-fuel pump to pre-supply the oil to each kinematic pair for a second pre-supply time at intervals of a first preset time. And when the oil pressure of the pre-fuel supply is larger than or equal to the pre-fuel supply threshold value, stopping the pre-fuel supply pump, and normally starting the engine (recorded as n +1 times).
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the oil pressure of the pre-fuel supply is less than the pre-fuel supply threshold (i.e. the engine is not started for n +1 times), the ECU controls the pre-fuel pump to pre-supply the engine oil to each kinematic pair for a third pre-supply time (the above-mentioned n +2 times, n +3 times … n + z times of starting are repeated) at intervals of a second predetermined time; when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started; and when the oil pressure of the pre-fuel supply is smaller than the pre-fuel supply threshold value (when the n + z times of starting are unsuccessful), sending a fault alarm signal.
In a word, the control method of the pre-supplied engine oil does not need to be connected again, does not have a corresponding switch, only needs basic data preparation, realizes that the pre-supplied oil pump is controlled to work through an Engine Controller (ECU), ensures that the engine can be started only when the engine oil pressure of the engine is in a certain value, otherwise, the engine is not allowed to be started, and forms a protection strategy for the engine, thereby ensuring the engine oil pressure before the high-power engine is started, and avoiding the phenomena of cylinder drawing, tile drawing and the like of the high-power engine.

1. A method of controlling pre-supplied oil, comprising:
before the engine is started, the ECU controls the pre-oil supply pump for the first time to pre-supply engine oil to each kinematic pair for the first pre-supply time;
the ECU judges a current pre-oil supply threshold value according to the current engine oil temperature monitored by the engine oil temperature sensor; and
and when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started.
2. The control method of the pre-supply oil according to claim 1,
when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is smaller than the pre-oil supply threshold value, the ECU controls the pre-oil supply pump to pre-supply the engine oil to each kinematic pair for a second time at intervals of first preset time; and
and when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is more than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started.
3. The control method of the pre-supply oil of claim 2,
when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is smaller than the pre-oil supply threshold value, the ECU controls the pre-oil supply pump to pre-supply engine oil to each kinematic pair for a third pre-supply time at intervals of second preset time;
when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is greater than or equal to the pre-oil supply threshold value, the pre-oil supply pump stops working, and the engine is normally started; and
and when the oil pressure of the pre-oil supply is smaller than the pre-oil supply threshold value, sending a fault alarm signal.
