step four: moving the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories into a building through the mobile equipment, disconnecting the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories from the first traction device, connecting the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories with a second traction device fixed on a target floor, utilizing the second traction device to pull the device for bearing the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories onto a floor slab of the target floor, receiving the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories with the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories which are prepared in advance through the mobile equipment, transporting the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories to a hole position of a mounting point close to the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories through the mobile equipment, placing temporary bricks at all corners of the hole position to temporarily suspend the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories, and simultaneously installing the floor slab of the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessories; when the floor slab of the precast concrete integral bathroom is installed, the support is made from the lower floor slab;
step five: laying a bottom layer pipeline in the length direction perpendicular to the precast concrete integral bathroom, wherein a top layer pipeline is parallel to the length direction of the final installation position, a temporary wedge block is used for limiting the movement of a roller tube during installation, and two layers of round steel tubes are installed at the installation point to form a roller bed;
step six: installing a temporary I-beam at the installation position of the precast concrete integral bathroom, lifting the precast concrete integral bathroom by using a jack, moving the precast concrete integral bathroom to the installation point through a steel pipe, and placing the precast concrete integral bathroom on the roller pipe;
step seven: installing a manual hoist at the corner of the precast concrete integral bathroom, and simultaneously lifting the precast concrete integral bathroom to a position enough to take out the temporary I-shaped beam and the bottom layer pipeline by using the manual hoist;
step eight: after the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom is installed in place, releasing the manual hoist chain, and checking the level and the direction of the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom and the distance between the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom and other building components; namely, a horizontal positioning line is arranged during the installation of the precast concrete integral bathroom to control the installation height and levelness of the integral bathroom;
step nine: and after the precast concrete integral bathroom is correctly installed, installing a template at the bottom of the hole, and injecting the non-shrinkage high-strength mortar into the cavity for delivery.
Before the installation of the precast concrete integrated bathroom, the following factors need to be considered in this embodiment:
firstly, arranging according to a tower crane on a general plane diagram, considering that the weight of the precast concrete integral bathroom must meet the bearing capacity of the tower crane, and simultaneously considering the storage yard radius of the precast concrete integral bathroom; secondly, planning a transport path on site, considering the turning radius of a transport vehicle, and hardening or flatly paving a thick steel plate on the road ground, wherein particularly, the top plate of the basement needs to be supported and reinforced; thirdly, considering the ground hardening of the storage yard, the ground drainage of the storage yard, the capacity of the storage yard and the storage yard isolation barrier; fourthly, protecting the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom, including lower part protection, inner and outer facing protection, protection of internal sanitary ware and the like; fifthly, in the processes of storing, hoisting and transporting the precast concrete integral bathroom, a hoisting device is needed, and the hoisting position of the hoisting frame is ensured not to collide with the precast concrete integral bathroom in the hoisting process and be damaged.
In addition, before the installation of the precast concrete integral bathroom, the precast concrete integral bathroom is prepared as follows: a. when the construction site can begin to receive the precast concrete integral bathroom, preparing corresponding hoisting equipment comprising a hanging bracket, a lifting hook, a steel wire rope, a steel connecting piece and the like; b. the steel connecting piece is connected with an embedded nut at the edge of the bottom of the precast concrete integral bathroom, the lifting hook penetrates through the nostril of the steel connecting piece, the steel wire rope is connected with the lifting hook, and a rope for binding is bound at the two thirds of the height of the precast concrete integral bathroom and bound with the steel wire rope so as to limit the horizontal movement generated in the hoisting process; c. the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom is lifted to about 250mm away from the ground, so that the whole hoisting equipment is ensured to be intact and checked, and the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom is ensured not to be dislocated; d. placing rectangular wood strips on a transport vehicle in advance, and hanging the precast concrete integral bathroom on a wood block; e, after the precast concrete integral bathroom is stabilized, removing the lifting hook and the steel connecting piece. Each precast concrete integral bathroom is fixed on a vehicle through a rope; f. after the final inspection is finished, the precast concrete integral bathroom can be sent to a construction site.

Claims (10)
1. The installation method of the precast concrete integral bathroom is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom is provided with a plurality of lifting hooks for lifting, the lifting hooks of the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom are connected with a first traction device fixed on a lifting device, and the integrity of the first traction device and the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom is checked when the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom is lifted;
step two: checking the connection stability of the first traction device and the precast concrete integral bathroom and the lifting height required by the precast concrete integral bathroom;
step three: lifting the precast concrete integral bathroom to a mobile device by using a lifting device, receiving the precast concrete integral bathroom together with a material platform prepared in advance, and stably placing the precast concrete integral bathroom on the mobile device;
step four: moving the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory to a building through the mobile equipment, disconnecting the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory from the first traction device, connecting the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory with a second traction device fixed on a target floor, utilizing the second traction device to pull a device bearing the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory to a floor slab of the target floor, receiving the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory through the mobile equipment and prepared in advance, transporting the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory to a hole position of a mounting point close to the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory through the mobile equipment, and simultaneously installing the floor slab of the prefabricated concrete bathroom accessory;
step five: laying a bottom layer pipeline in the length direction perpendicular to the precast concrete integral bathroom, wherein a top layer pipeline is parallel to the length direction of the final installation position, a temporary wedge block is used for limiting the movement of a roller tube during installation, and two layers of round steel tubes are installed at the installation point to form a roller bed;
step six: installing a temporary I-beam at the installation position of the precast concrete integral bathroom, lifting the precast concrete integral bathroom by using a jack, moving the precast concrete integral bathroom to the installation point through a steel pipe, and placing the precast concrete integral bathroom on the roller pipe;
step seven: installing a manual hoist at the corner of the precast concrete integral bathroom, and simultaneously lifting the precast concrete integral bathroom to a position enough to take out the temporary I-shaped beam and the bottom layer pipeline by using the manual hoist;
step eight: after the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom is installed in place, releasing the manual hoist chain, and checking the level and the direction of the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom and the distance between the prefabricated concrete integral bathroom and other building components;
step nine: and after the precast concrete integral bathroom is correctly installed, installing a template at the bottom of the hole, and injecting the non-shrinkage high-strength mortar into the cavity for delivery.
2. The installation method of the precast concrete integral bathroom, according to the claim 1, wherein the step one, the special hoisting device comprises a first traction device, a second traction device and a carrying device for carrying the precast concrete integral bathroom, and the carrying device comprises a bottom plate, a guardrail, a balance frame, a shock absorber and a safety lock, wherein the guardrail is installed at two sides of the bottom plate, the shock absorber is installed at one side of the bottom plate facing a target building, and the balance frame is connected with the bottom plate through a lifting rope and is arranged right above the bottom plate; the safety locks are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bearing device.
3. A method of installing a precast concrete unit bathroom according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the first pulling means comprises a hanger, a hook, a wire rope and a steel connector; and the steel connecting piece is connected with the embedded nut at the edge of the bottom of the precast concrete integral bathroom, the lifting hook penetrates through the steel connecting piece, and the steel wire rope is connected with the lifting hook and lifted by the lifting frame.
4. A method for installing a precast concrete unit bathroom accessory according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second pulling device is provided with a clamping member, and the clamping member can be fixedly connected with the balancing frame.
5. The method as claimed in any one of the preceding claims, wherein the damper comprises a transition member and a fixing plate, one end of the transition member is inserted into a slot formed at the bottom of the basket bottom plate, the other end of the transition member is fixedly connected to the fixing plate, and the transition member is a set of transition rods.
6. The method for installing the precast concrete unit bathroom as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the step two of checking the stability of the connection between the first traction device and the precast concrete unit bathroom is: a spirit level is arranged on the support device, said spirit level having a spirit level body formed from profile elements, at least one spirit level arranged in the spirit level body, and at least one magnet arranged inside the spirit level body for applying a holding force to a measuring surface of the spirit level, said at least one magnet being fixed in or on a support element.
7. The method for installing the precast concrete integral sanitary ware according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein in the second step, the hoisting height required for checking the precast concrete integral sanitary ware can be adjusted and determined according to the actual construction site and the size of the precast concrete integral sanitary ware to be hoisted.
8. The method for installing the precast concrete unit in the bathroom as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the moving device is a hydraulic moving vehicle, the hydraulic moving vehicle comprises a support frame, a traveling wheel and a hydraulic lifting system, the hydraulic lifting system is fixed on the support frame, a lifting plate is fixed on the hydraulic lifting system, and the precast concrete unit is placed on the lifting plate; and before the precast concrete integral bathroom is loaded, a bedding material is placed on a lifting plate of the hydraulic movable vehicle.
9. Method for installing a precast concrete unit bathroom according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the support is made from the lower floor when installing the floor of the precast concrete unit bathroom.
10. The method for installing the precast concrete unit bathroom in accordance with one of the preceding claims, wherein the precast concrete unit bathroom is installed with a horizontal positioning line to control the installation height and the levelness of the unit bathroom.
