Detailed Description
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and examples.
The present embodiment provides a wind-guided ventilation tile assembly, as shown in figures 1-8, for installation on a roof 1. Comprises a tile component 7 arranged on the inclined surfaces of two sides of a roof 1, a wind vane 3, an electric communication component 4, a power supply 11 and two pushing mechanisms 20. The tile assembly 7 comprises a plurality of through holes 8 and a tile stop 6 hinged on the roof 1. A plurality of through holes 8 and tile baffles 6 are arranged on the roof 1 in a staggered manner along the inclined surface of the roof 1. The wind vane 3 is pivotally connected to the top of the roof 1 and the electrical communication assembly 4 is disposed within the roof 1 and is connected to the wind vane 3. Two pushing mechanisms 20 are symmetrically arranged on the inner side wall of the roof 1, and the pushing mechanisms 20 are respectively and electrically connected with the power supply 11 and the electric communication component 4 through electric leads 13.
Compared with the Chinese patent 'manufacturing method of a cage top cover structure beneficial to ventilation' (patent number: CN201310353129.6), the invention has the advantages that the wind direction can be judged by oneself, the through holes 8 on one side facing the wind port are opened more, and the through holes 8 on one side back to the wind port are opened less. The invention can ensure that the wind is sent into the house to the maximum extent. The air utilization efficiency of the invention is greatly improved.
Compared with other devices which use electronic sensors to judge the wind direction, the wind direction judging device can judge the wind direction through the full mechanical structure, has better applicability and longer service life of the full mechanical structure, and greatly reduces the maintenance cost and the maintenance efficiency of personnel.
The electrical contact assembly 4 comprises a circular disc 12, two fan-shaped conductive assemblies 19 consisting of a plurality of contact blades 18, a contact rod 2, and two guide blades 16. The communication rod 2 is connected with a wind vane 3, and a disc 12 is arranged in the roof 1. Two conductive components 19 are symmetrically arranged on the disc 12, and two guide vanes 16 are arranged on the connecting rod 2 along the length direction of the wind vane 3. The two conductive tabs 16 are in contact with the conductive member 19. The positive pole of the power supply 11 is connected in series with the two conducting strips 16 through the electric leads 13, and the negative pole of the power supply 11 is connected in series with the pushing mechanism 20 and the conducting component 19.
The disc 12, two fan-shaped conducting assemblies 19 consisting of a plurality of contact guide vanes 18, the connecting rod 2 and the two guide vanes 16 are arranged. In use, the two guide vanes 16 are arranged to contact or separate with the fan-shaped conductive assembly 19 to control the opening of the through hole 8 so as to control the air quantity entering the house. Because cowshed, pig house or chicken coop etc. all are rectangular form setting, blow out when the wind direction from the house fore-and-aft direction, guide plate 16 and the separation of fan-shaped conductive component 19, and then make electric telescopic handle 9 out of work, plug up the wind gap.
The electrical communication assembly 4 further comprises a first movable box 14 and a second movable box 15. The first movable box 14 and the second movable box 15 are arranged on the connecting rod 2 along the head-tail direction of the wind vane 3. The guide vanes 16 are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the first movable box 14 and the second movable box 15 at equal intervals, and the number of the guide vanes 16 arranged on the second movable box 15 is more than that of the guide vanes 16 arranged on the first movable box 14. The number of contact leads 18 provided on the conductive member 19 corresponds to the number of leads 16 on the second movable box 15. The plurality of conductive tabs 16 are connected in series to the positive electrode of the power source 11, and the plurality of contact conductive tabs 18 are connected in series to the negative electrode of the power source 11 via the pushing mechanism 20.
The number of the guide pieces 16 provided on the second movable box 15 is larger than that of the guide pieces 16 provided on the first movable box 14, and the number of the contact guide pieces 18 provided on the conductive member 19 is the same as that of the guide pieces 16 on the second movable box 15. The reason is that: by utilizing the position correspondence between the wind vane 3 and the movable boxes I14 and II 15, the guide vane 16 on the movable box II 15 which is in the same line with the head part of the wind vane 3 can open the through hole 8 on the roof slope facing the wind gap when contacting with the guide vane 18. Maximizing wind power collection. The reason for reducing the number of the through holes 8 on the other side is to ensure the air passage and to keep a part of the flowing air in the house for air circulation.
The pushing mechanism 20 comprises a connecting plate 10 and a plurality of electric telescopic rods 9. The connecting plate 10 is arranged in the roof 1, and the electric telescopic rods 9 are arranged on the connecting plate 10 at equal intervals. Electric telescopic handle 9 and through-hole 8 one-to-one, electric telescopic handle 9's expansion end is articulated with the bottom of tile baffle 6, and a plurality of electric telescopic handle 9's negative pole is established ties with power 11's negative pole respectively. The positive poles of the electric telescopic rods 9 are respectively connected with the contact guide sheets 18 in series.
The electric telescopic rod 9, the power supply 11, the contact guide vane 18 and the guide vane 16 are connected in series by a lead. And then control a tile baffle 6, a plurality of electric telescopic rod 9, power 11, contact guide vane 18, guide vane 16 are connected in series, just can control a plurality of tile baffles 6 respectively, and then make the invention can realize when a contact guide vane 18 contacts with a guide vane 16, m, can open the function of a through-hole 8.
The tile assembly 7 further comprises a mounting plate 5, the mounting plate 5 being bolted to the inclined surface of the roof 1. A plurality of tile baffles 6 are hinged on the mounting plate 5 at equal intervals.
And the roof structure also comprises a box body 17, wherein the box body 17 is arranged on the top inner wall of the roof 1. The electric communication assembly 4 and the power supply 11 are both arranged in the box body 17.
The working principle is as follows: when the electric telescopic rod is used, firstly, when wind blows from the roof 1, the wind direction is judged through the rotation of the set wind vane 3, when the wind direction blows from left to right through the roof 1, the set movable box II 15 and the movable box I14 rotate and are in contact with the contact guide vane 18 arranged on the disc 12 through the rotation of the wind vane 3, the power supply 11, the contact guide vane 18 and the guide vane 16 in contact with the contact guide vane 18 form a passage, and then the electric telescopic rod 9 corresponding to the contact guide vane 18 in contact extends out. Pushing the tile baffle 6 to expose the through hole 8 and making the through hole 8 face the tuyere. Because the number of the guide vanes 16 arranged on the first movable box 14 and the second movable box 15 is different, when the movable box contacts the contact guide vane 18, the number of the guide vanes 16 arranged on the second movable box 15 is inevitably larger than that of the guide vanes 16 arranged on the first movable box 14, and further the number of the through holes 8 opened by the guide vanes is larger than that of the through holes 8 on the other side, so that the circulation of wind can be ensured, and an air duct is formed. And the air eddy can be formed in the house by making most of wind blocked by the inner wall of the roof 1 and changing the wind direction through the difference of the number of the openings.
When the wind direction is changed to the direction from right to left, the wind vane 3 rotates, so that the positions of the second movable box 15 and the first movable box 14 on the disc 12 are interchanged, and the air circulation in the house can also be realized by repeating the working process because the contact guide vanes 18 on the disc 12 are arranged according to the number of the guide vanes 16 on the second movable box 15.
In conclusion, this ventilation tile device of wind-force direction, through setting up the tile subassembly 7, the wind vane 3, electric intercommunication subassembly 4, power 11 and the mutually supporting of two pushing mechanism 20 on roof 1 both sides inclined plane of setting up. Furthermore, the wind direction detection device is completely composed of a mechanical structure for detecting the wind direction. Compared with other wind direction measurement devices, the wind direction measurement device has the advantages that wind power is controlled by controlling the opening and closing of the through hole 8 of the roof. The invention has higher structural strength and stronger anti-interference performance, and meanwhile, the service life of the invention is longer than that of other devices using electronic sensors, thereby greatly improving the application range and the working stability of the invention.
