The working principle is as follows: in the present invention, the drinking water is purified by multi-stage filtration composed of a plurality of filters 39 in the filter box 3 and stored in the water storage tank 2, when the water level in the third heating chamber 15 is lower than the third water level sensor 151, the controller 17 controls the third water pump 19 to pump the water in the water storage tank 2 into the third heating chamber 15 through the pumping pipe 110 until the water level reaches the third water level sensor 151, the controller 17 controls the third heater 152 to heat the water, when the water temperature is heated to 40 ℃, the third temperature sensor 153 transmits a signal to the controller 17 to control the third heater 152 to stop heating, at this time, if the water level in the second heating chamber 14 is lower than the second upper water level sensor 141, the controller 17 controls the second water pump 18 to supplement the water in the third heating chamber 15 into the second heating chamber 14, otherwise, the water is not supplemented into the second heating chamber 14, when the second temperature sensor 144 in the second heating chamber 14 detects that the water temperature reaches 85 ℃, the second heater 142 stops heating, if the water level in the first heating chamber 12 is lower than the position of the first upper water level sensor 121, the controller 17 controls the first water pump 16 to pump the water in the second heating chamber 14 into the first heating chamber 12, otherwise, the water is not supplemented into the first heating chamber 12, when the filter element 393 needs to be replaced, the cover plate 35 is lifted upwards, the plug cover 36 is rotated to be taken out, then the filter 39 can be taken out to replace or clean the filter element 393, and when the filter 39 is detached, the spring 3101 pushes the ball 3102 to block the water in the outlet and prevent the water in the pipeline from flowing out.
The device obtained through the design can basically meet the requirements of small power consumption of the water boiler and simple and convenient disassembly of the filter element of the water purifier, but the designer further improves the device aiming at further perfecting the function of the water boiler.

a vertical water replenishing pipe (21) is arranged on the inner side of the water storage tank (2), the lower end of the water replenishing pipe (21) is fixedly connected with a sleeve (22), the lower end of the sleeve (22) penetrates through the bottom of the water storage tank (2) to be arranged, connecting blocks (23) are fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the water storage tank (2) close to the bottom, and the lower end of each connecting block (23) is provided with a convex wedge surface;
