本发明公开了一种茶树精油祛痘膏,由功效性成分、基质组分和去离子水组成,其特征在于,所述功效性成分的质量百分比如下:互生叶白千层叶油:0.05‑0.5%,北美金缕梅花水:0.02‑0.15%,药鼠尾草叶提取物:0.01‑0.1%,香蜂花叶提取物:0.015‑0.1%,薄荷叶提取物:0.01‑0.15%,贯叶连翘提取物:0.01‑0.1%,欧刺柏果提取物:0.015‑0.2%,肥皂草根提取物:0.01‑0.1%,牛蒡提取物:0.01‑0.1%。本发明所选组分原料纯净,无毒副作用,温和不刺激,各组分按照特定比例进行搭配,多种功效成分相互调和、协同作用,能快速渗透毛囊进行调理,持久保护肌肤不受青春痘粉刺干扰,见效快,不伤害皮肤,同时可加强对皮肤细胞的营养作用,促进胶原蛋白合成,提高受损肌肤愈合能力,在祛痘的同时还兼具护肤效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,尤其是涉及一种茶树精油祛痘膏。
背景技术
青春痘,为慢性炎症性毛囊皮脂腺疾病,是皮肤科最常见的疾病之一,又称粉刺、痤疮;青春痘能造成人体皮肤上皮脂腺或毛囊的发炎,局部病变时会产生能挤出白色或乳白色碎米样粉汁的刺状丘疹,常见发于青少年,如果治疗不当,不仅会在面部留下疤痕,还会给青少年的心里和身体造成损害。
目前,市场上有很多治疗青春痘的药物,但是多数含有激素,这类产品见效快,但是会产生严重的副作用,对皮肤有很大的伤害;中药产品也占有一定比例,此类产品由于品质好,功效也不错,但其缺点是见效慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供了一种茶树精油祛痘膏,由多种组分互相配合、协同作用,既克服中药祛痘见效慢的问题,又保证祛痘过程不伤害皮肤,同时可加强对皮肤细胞的营养作用,促进胶原蛋白合成。

作为本发明的进一步改进,本发明的茶树精油祛痘膏,所述基质组分由保湿剂、乳化剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、赋香剂的任意一种或以上组成。

本发明中的互生叶白千层(MELALEUCA ALTERNIFOLIA)叶油(CAS号:85085-48-9),具有强力的消炎杀菌功效,属天然油脂,有很强的经皮渗透促进作用,可作为皮肤渗透剂,加快其他有效成分的吸收,有抗菌除螨的作用,可调节皮脂分泌量,对粉刺和青春痘有显著的疗效。
本发明中的北美金缕梅(HAMAMELIS VIRGINIANA)花水,从北美金缕梅中提取的活性物,是一种很强的抗氧化剂及收敛剂,可促进淋巴血液循环,用来治疗青春痘时非常有效;金缕梅提取物具有收敛毛孔、补湿、静肌等作用,起到更深层的洁净作用,使皮肤更加幼滑亮丽。金缕梅提取物还具有调节油脂分泌、保湿及净白作用,收敛、镇定皮肤,尤其适用于油皮,能迅速渗入皮肤,由内而外全面调节肌肤,平衡皮肤pH值及油脂分泌,净化毛孔,修复受损的肌肤,有效调节舒张的毛孔,明显收敛粗毛孔,防止黑头、粉刺产生,使肌肤快速呈现细腻、光滑、紧致状态。
本发明中的药鼠尾草(SALVIA OFFICINALIS)叶提取物,以鼠尾草的叶子为原料,经过溶剂提取而制成的活性物,标准中文名称:鼠尾草提取物(CAS号:84082-79-1),药鼠尾草叶提取物具有很好的控油、抗炎、清除自由基、抗氧化、收敛毛孔、紧实肌肤等效果,能有效地对皮肤进行毛孔收缩、控油、消炎、祛痘;有保持皮肤的水润、促进皮肤组织再生等功效。
本发明中的香蜂花(MELISSA OFFICINALIS)叶提取物,标准中文名称:香蜂花叶提取物(CAS号:84082-61-1),具有很强的抗炎、杀菌功效,有效降低痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌等的活性,抑制痤疮的生成,同时具有镇静、舒缓和保湿的功效。
本发明中的薄荷(MENTHA ARVENSIS)叶提取物,标准中文名称:薄荷叶提取物(CAS号:90063-97-1),从薄荷叶中提取出来的活性物,具有镇痛止痒、抗菌、促进透皮吸收作用,用于化妆品中使皮肤有一种凉感,可刺激神经末梢,从而激化皮肤细胞,扩张血管,使皮肤有弹性、光滑丰满;因其味辛而凉,可有效抑制皮肤真菌,能消除皮肤瘾疹、瘙痒症状。
本发明中的贯叶连翘(HYPERICUM PERFORATUM)提取物,标准中文名称:贯叶连翘提取物(CAS号:84082-80-4),贯叶连翘提取物具有强大的抑菌、消炎去角质功效,抑菌消炎,溶解老化角质细胞,清除毛孔中多余皮脂。
本发明中的欧刺柏(JUNIPERUS COMMUNIS)果提取物,标准中文名称:欧刺柏果提取物(CAS号:84603-69-0),从欧刺柏果提取出来的活性物质,具有清香气味,能够促进新陈谢,排除体内多余水分,清热消肿,排除毒素,避免色素沉着,促进胶原蛋白的合成,强化肌肤弹性。
本发明中的肥皂草(SAPONARIA OFFICINALIS)根提取物,(CAS号:84775-97-3),肥皂草根提取物有表面活性,可作表面活性剂使用,具有良好的清洁效果,同时提取物有活肤作用,对细胞的活性有很好的促进作用,具有治疗皮肤病和促进新陈代谢等功效。
本发明中的牛蒡(ARCTIUM LAPPA)提取物,(CAS号:84012-13-5),牛蒡提取物对因雄性激素偏高引起的疾患有很好的防止作用,可用于抑制粉刺和脱发;同时具有良好的抗氧性、抗衰活性和抗炎性,结合其抑菌作用,可用于皮肤炎症的预防,收敛肌肤和缩小毛孔。
本发明的祛痘膏,完全符合国家颁布的《化妆品卫生规范》(2015版)中的各项指标,该组合物不含有任何有毒物质。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明的茶树精油祛痘膏配方组成上采用本发明提供的互生叶白千层叶油、北美金缕梅花水、药鼠尾草叶提取物、香蜂花叶提取物与薄荷叶提取物、贯叶连翘提取物、欧刺柏果提取物、肥皂草根提取物和牛蒡提取物完美搭配,互生叶白千层叶油和北美金缕梅花水具有强大的抑制皮脂腺细胞分化、调节油脂分泌功效,药鼠尾草叶提取物、香蜂花叶提取物、贯叶连翘提取物和牛蒡提取物均具有超强的抗炎抑菌功效,能有效抑制青春痘的形成,欧刺柏果提取物和肥皂草根提取物可协同抗氧化,能快速清除自由基,促进胶原蛋白合成,提高受损肌肤愈合能力,互生叶白千层叶油与薄荷叶提取物可促进透皮吸收作用,加快其他有效成分的吸收,减少祛痘的时间;可改善因精神压力、不健康的饮食和作息习惯等原因对皮肤造成的伤害,导致皮肤满脸痘痘、皮肤暗黄等问题;

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的具体说明。
实例1-3
根据下表1中活性原料质量百分比分别制备实施例1-3的祛痘膏产品1、产品2和产品3,制备方法如下:
将所有基质组分及去离子水按比例加入到反应釜中,加热至50℃,搅拌碾磨至混合物均匀分布,再依次按比例加入加入互生叶白千层叶油、北美金缕梅花水、药鼠尾草叶提取物、香蜂花叶提取物、薄荷叶提取物、贯叶连翘提取物、欧刺柏果提取物、肥皂草根提取物和牛蒡提取物,相同温度下继续搅拌至均质,而后降温至常温,通过无菌灌装,得到成品。

上述三种实施例仅为本发明提供的茶树精油祛痘膏中几种较佳的具体实施例。但是,本发明并不限于上述三种具体的实施例,只要原料的质量百分配比满足上述要求,均可以达到本发明的效果。
将实施例1-3中制得的茶树精油祛痘膏产品1到产品3,与现有的祛痘膏产品(现有产品为广州某公司生产的祛痘膏)进行试验对比。
试验条件:因青春痘常见发于青少年,故招募18-26岁之间、脸部青春痘较为严重的40位志愿者,其中男25人,女15人,将所有志愿者随机进行分配,志愿者试验期间不对青春痘做其他任何药物治疗,且无其它现存皮肤疾病。每组使用对应的祛痘膏,志愿者每天早晚使用一次,连续使用60天。
志愿者均能够按规范使用产品,并配合工作人员按要求完成评价工作,具有一定表述能力,能真实反应使用后的感受,跟踪统计痘痘从消除红肿、抚平痘痕至消除痘印所用天数,以及使用前后皮肤的毛孔细致和油脂改善的情况。
测试仪器:Visia皮肤检测仪(美国)、皮肤油脂测试仪SM815-MPA(德国)。
测试结果见表2。

从表2可以看出,产品1到产品3对治疗青春痘均有显著的效果,与现有产品相比,可有效缩短治疗时间,且对肌肤的改善均有显著提高,随着各功效成分的百分比含量越高,效果更加明显。
对比实施例1-9
对比例1不添加互生叶白千层叶油,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例2不添加北美金缕梅花水,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例3不添加药鼠尾草叶提取物,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例4不添加香蜂花叶提取物,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例5不添加薄荷叶提取物,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例6不添加贯叶连翘提取物,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例7不添加欧刺柏果提取物,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例8不添加肥皂草根提取物,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
对比例9不添加牛蒡提取物,其它成分和制备方法与实施例3相同。
本发明实施例3的祛痘膏与对比例1-9的祛痘膏的效果对比试验:
因青春痘常见发于青少年,故招募年龄在18-26岁之间、脸部青春痘较为严重的90位志愿者,其中男45人,女45人,将所有志愿者随机分为9组对比例组,志愿者试验期间不对青春痘做其他任何药物治疗,且无其它现存皮肤疾病。每组使用对应的祛痘膏,志愿者每天早晚使用一次,连续使用60天。
志愿者均能够按规范使用产品,并配合工作人员按要求完成评价工作,具有一定表述能力,能真实反应使用后的感受,跟踪统计痘痘从消除红肿、抚平痘痕至消除痘印所用天数,以及使用前后皮肤的毛孔细致和油脂改善的情况。

由表3的数据可见,通过实施例3和对比例1-9的试验结果,可见,本发明实施例3的祛痘膏的多种组分间共同作用能发挥更好的祛痘作用,不仅祛痘时间可大大缩短,对肌肤的改善也可显著提高。

北美金缕梅花水:0.02-0.15%
药鼠尾草叶提取物:0.01-0.1%
香蜂花叶提取物:0.015-0.1%
薄荷叶提取物:0.01-0.15%
贯叶连翘提取物:0.01-0.1%
欧刺柏果提取物:0.015-0.2%
肥皂草根提取物:0.01-0.1%
牛蒡提取物:0.01-0.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶树精油祛痘膏,其特征在于,所述基质组分由保湿剂、乳化剂、润肤剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、赋香剂的任意一种或多种组成。
