Furthermore, the packaging bag installed on the packaging equipment can be guided to the second bearing platform 3 more easily, and in the guiding process, the packaging bag is not easy to tear, so that the integrity of the packaging bag is ensured.
It should be noted that the first guide body 5, the second guide body 6, each third guide body 7 and the rotating shaft of the packaging bag, which can rotate relative to the fixed body 1, are all implemented under the driving of a driving motor, and the guide bodies and the rotating shaft of the packaging bag can be driven by one driving motor or a plurality of driving motors.
Based on the above structure, the application scenario of the packaging device may be that the first guide body 5, the second guide body 6 and the rotating shaft of the packaging bag, in the rotating process, the packaging bag thereon may be separated from the rolled packaging bag and guided onto the second bearing table 3 by the first guide body 5 and the second guide body 6. For convenience of description, the packaging bag currently located on the second carrier 3 may be referred to as a first packaging bag. After the first package is placed on the second carrier stage 3, the thermal melting member 4 may slide toward the first package placed on the second carrier stage 2, fuse the first sidewall of the first package, and slide away from the first package while adhering to the first sidewall of the first package, so as to open the first package. The fan 8 can blow into the first wrapping bag that has propped open on being located second plummer 3 with wind, struts first wrapping bag completely, like this, lie in article alright in order to fall into the first wrapping bag that is in the state of strutting completely on first plummer 2.

The packaged articles can then be slid through the second carrier 3 to the next line. While a second package can be introduced onto the second carrier 3 by the first and second guide bodies 5, 6, continuing the packaging process of the article as described above.
It can be seen from the above that, use this baling equipment can carry out packing processing to article automatically, need not staff's operation, can simplify the packaging process of article, and then improve packing efficiency. Moreover, the labor can be saved, and the automatic packing processing is realized.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the packaging bags applied to the packaging apparatus may be placed on the packaging apparatus in a roll, and a roll of the packaging bags may be a cylindrical structure with two side walls adhered together, where one side wall (which may be referred to as a first side wall) may have a break line for tearing, and the other side wall (which may be referred to as a second side wall) may have no break line and is a complete side wall. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, which are views of a roll of partially unwound bags, fig. 3 shows a side wall (first side wall) having a break line on the outside, and fig. 4 shows a side wall (second side wall) having no break line on the outside. Alternatively, the packaging bag applied to the packaging device can be a cylindrical structure with two side walls being complete and having no broken lines. The wrapping bag of above two kinds of forms, hot melt spare can all be at first with a lateral wall fusing and bond to strut the sack, then after article all entered into the wrapping bag, hot melt spare seals the sack of wrapping bag in front again, seals at the bottom of the bag of wrapping bag behind, and will connect the lateral wall fusing of these two wrapping bags, and then make the wrapping bag that the sack sealed after and the wrapping bag disconnection of bag bottom seal.
In one possible application, as mentioned above, the first guide body, the second guide body, the bag rotating shaft, and the third guide bodies can all rotate relative to the fixed body, which can be collectively referred to as rotating members, and these rotating members can be controlled by one driving motor, for example, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected to a gear mechanism, and the gear mechanism can drive each rotating member to rotate, and the rotating members can also be controlled by a plurality of driving motors. In this embodiment, the number of the driving motors is not limited, and the rotating member may be rotatable with respect to the fixed body.
In one possible application, the wrapping apparatus further includes a controller, which may be installed in the stationary body 1, and which may be used to issue various commands to the driving motor and the hot melt 4. For example, for the first and second guide bodies 5 and 6, the controller may control the first and second guide bodies 5 and 6 to rotate, and specifically, may control the start and end rotations, the rotation time length, the rotation direction, and the like of the first and second guide bodies 5 and 6.
For another example, for the hot melt 4, the controller may control the hot melt 4 to slide toward the first package bag, specifically, when the package bag stops on the second carrier 3 and the side wall of the package bag is not currently adhered on the hot melt 4, the controller may control the hot melt 4 to slide toward the first package bag. When hot melt 4 contacts first wrapping bag, can fuse the first lateral wall of first wrapping bag with the first lateral wall of the second wrapping bag that is located thereafter, then hot melt 4 glues the first lateral wall of first wrapping bag and slides away from first wrapping bag, and then, struts the sack of first wrapping bag. The controller may determine whether the hot melt 4 is adhered to the first sidewall of the first package bag and melts the first sidewall according to the temperature of the hot melt 4 or the time length of the first package bag, and the controller may also determine whether the hot melt 4 is adhered and melted according to other detection methods, which is not limited herein.
For the hot melt piece 4, the controller can also control the hot melt piece 4 to adhere to the first side wall of the first packaging bag together when the articles on the first bearing table 2 completely enter the first packaging bag, slide to the first packaging bag again, and control the hot melt piece 4 to seal the bag mouth of the first packaging bag, in the process, not only can the sealing treatment of the bag mouth of the first packaging bag be realized, but also the sealing of the bag bottom of the second packaging bag following the first packaging bag immediately can be realized, and then the first packaging bag is disconnected from the rest other packaging bags. Here, the manner of detecting whether all the articles on the first carrier 2 enter the first package bag may be a signal sent by a pressure sensor provided in the first carrier 2, or may be another manner, and is not limited herein.
Alternatively, in order to slide the articles on the first carrier 2 into the packaging bags on the second carrier 3, it is correspondingly possible that, as shown in fig. 1, the platforms of the first carrier 2 and the second carrier 3 which are adjacent to each other may be in the same plane.
In the implementation, although there is a space between the first carrier 2 and the second carrier 3, the top surfaces of the first carrier 2 and the second carrier 3 close to each other are in the same plane, so that the article can slide smoothly from the first carrier 2 to the second carrier 3.
Of course, the table top of the second carrier table 3 close to the first carrier table 2 may also be lower than the table top of the first carrier table 2 close to the second carrier table 3, so that the articles on the first carrier table 2 can be more easily dropped into the first packaging bag on the second carrier table 3.
Alternatively, in order to make the articles on the first carrier 2 more easily fall into the packaging bag on the second carrier 3, the corresponding structure may be that, as shown in fig. 1, the first carrier 2 includes a horizontal table 21 and an inclined table 22, and the second carrier 3 includes a horizontal table 31 and an inclined table 32; the tilting table 22 is adjacent to the tilting table 32, and the first guide 5 and the second guide 6 are located between the tilting table 22 and the tilting table 32.
In an implementation, as shown in fig. 1, the first carrier 2 may include a horizontal stage 21 and an inclined stage 22, the second carrier 3 may also include a horizontal stage 31 and an inclined stage 32, the inclined stages of the first carrier 2 and the second carrier 3 are adjacent to each other, that is, the inclined stage 22 is adjacent to the inclined stage 32, and the two inclined stages are located in the same plane, or the inclined stage 32 of the second carrier 3 may be slightly lower than the inclined stage 22 of the first carrier 2. The first guide body 5 and the second guide body 6 are located between the tilting table 22 and the tilting table 32, and the tilting table 22 and the tilting table 32 are engaged through the first guide body 5 and the second guide body 6. Like this, first plummer 2 and second plummer 3 all have certain slope, and then, the article that are located on first plummer 2 more easily slides in the wrapping bag that is located on second plummer 3 through sloping platform 22, and the wrapping bag after accomplishing the packing and handling more easily flows to next assembly line through sloping platform 32.
Alternatively, in order to further accelerate the sliding of the articles located on the first carrier table 2 into the packaging bags, the first carrier table 2 may accordingly comprise a conveyor belt, by means of which the articles located on the first carrier table 2 can be conveyed into the first packaging bag (i.e. the packaging bag currently located on the second carrier table 3).
Alternatively, in order to further accelerate the flow of the packed articles to the next production line, the second carrier 3 may also comprise a conveyor belt, by means of which the packed packages located on the second carrier 3 can be transported.
Alternatively, in order to facilitate moving the packing apparatus, accordingly, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of casters 9 may be installed at the bottom of the stationary body 1. For example, four casters 9 may be installed at the bottom of the stationary body 1, thereby facilitating the worker to move the packing apparatus.
Optionally, as described above, the fixing body 1 of the packing apparatus may have a vertical plate structure, or may have a box structure, and the specific structure of the fixing body 1 is not specifically limited in this embodiment, and may be exemplified by a fixing body having a box structure. As shown in fig. 1 and with reference to fig. 2, the fixing body 1 may also have a box structure, which may have two opposite side walls, the first carrier table 2 and the second carrier table 3 may be fixed on the two opposite side walls, and the thermal fuse 4, the first guide 5 and the second guide 6 may be fixed on one of the side walls, for example, may be fixed on the same side wall, or one end of the two guides may be fixed on one of the side walls and the other end fixed on the other opposite side wall.
Because the first bearing platform 2 is used for bearing articles, and the second bearing platform 3 is used for bearing packaged packaging bags, correspondingly, as shown in fig. 2, the end parts of the first bearing platform 2 and the second bearing platform 3 which are far away from each other all extend out of the box body structure of the fixing body 1. For example, an opening for extending the first carrier table 2 is provided on a side wall of the box structure of the fixed body 1 corresponding to the first carrier table 2, and an opening for extending the second carrier table is provided on a side wall of the box structure of the fixed body 1 corresponding to the second carrier table 3.
In this disclosed embodiment, this baling equipment's first guide and second guide can be with wrapping bag guide to the second plummer on, and hot melt spare can strut the sack of the first wrapping bag that is located on the second plummer, and article that is located on the first plummer can enter into first wrapping bag along the first plummer, and later, hot melt spare can be to the first wrapping bag that is equipped with article and seal the processing. Therefore, the packing equipment can automatically pack and process the articles without the operation of workers, can simplify the packing process of the articles, and further can improve the article packing efficiency.

Claims (10)
1. The packaging device comprises a fixing body (1), a first bearing table (2), a second bearing table (3), a hot melt piece (4), a first guide body (5) and a second guide body (6), wherein:
the first bearing table (2) and the second bearing table (3) are fixedly arranged on the fixed body (1), and the first guide body (5) and the second guide body (6) are positioned between the first bearing table (2) and the second bearing table (3) and are rotatably arranged on the fixed body (1);
the gap between the first guide body (5) and the second guide body (6) is matched with the thickness of the packaging bag, and the first guide body (5) and the second guide body (6) are used for guiding the packaging bag onto the second bearing table (3);
hot melt spare (4) slidable mounting be in on the fixed body (1), and be located the top of second plummer (3) is used for strutting the sack that is located the first packing bag on second plummer (3), and is right the sack of first packing bag seals.
2. The packaging device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a bag rotating shaft rotatably mounted on said fixed body (1);
the rotating direction and the rotating speed of the rotating shaft of the packaging bag are respectively matched with the rotating direction and the rotating speed of the first guide body (5) and used for installing the packaging bag.
3. Packaging apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a blower (8), said blower (8) being fixedly mounted on said fixed body (1), the outlet of said blower (8) being opposite to the mouth of said first package.
4. Packaging device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first carrier (2) comprises a conveyor belt for conveying the articles located on the first carrier (2) into the first packaging bag.
5. Packaging apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the second carrier (3) comprises a conveyor belt for conveying the packaged packages on the second carrier (3).
6. Baling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first carrier (2) comprises a horizontal table (21) and an inclined table (22), and the second carrier (3) comprises a horizontal table (31) and an inclined table (32);
the tilting table (22) is adjacent to the tilting table (32), the first guide body (5) and the second guide body (6) being located between the tilting table (22) and the tilting table (32).
7. Baling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the stationary body (1) has a box structure, the first (2) and second (3) carriages being fixed on opposite side walls of the stationary body (1);
the end parts of the first bearing table (2) and the second bearing table (3) which are far away from each other extend out of the fixed body (1).
8. Baling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the hot melt (4) is also used to fuse the first and second package, which is the package located after and adjacent to the first package.
9. Packaging device according to claim 8, characterized in that the hotmelt (4) is also used for sealing the bottom of the second packaging bag.
10. Baling device according to any of claims 1-9, characterized in that it further comprises a controller mounted in the stationary body (1) for:
controlling the first guide body (5) and/or the second guide body (6) to rotate;
controlling the hot melting piece (4) to slide to the first packaging bag, controlling the hot melting piece (4) to fuse the first side wall of the first packaging bag and the first side wall of the second packaging bag when the hot melting piece (4) is bonded to the first side wall of the first packaging bag, and controlling the hot melting piece (4) to be bonded to the first side wall of the first packaging bag to slide away from the first packaging bag so as to open the opening of the first packaging bag, wherein the second packaging bag is a packaging bag which is positioned behind the first packaging bag and is adjacent to the first packaging bag;
when being located article on first plummer (2) are all entered into during first packing bag, control hot melt spare (4) are being bonded the first lateral wall of first packing bag slides once more to first packing bag, control hot melt spare (4) are right the sack of first packing bag seals.
