The invention discloses a cleaning process of a turnover box, which comprises the steps of firstly, flushing the turnover box with a water gun under high pressure for 20-30min, then, putting the turnover box into an alkaline water tank, cleaning the turnover box for the first time by using ultrasonic waves, then, soaking the turnover box in the alkaline water for 0.5-1h, cleaning the turnover box for the second time by using the ultrasonic waves, soaking the turnover box in the alkaline water tank for 1.2-1.8h, then, rinsing the turnover box by using clean water for 7-15min at the rinsing temperature of 50-70 ℃, and finally, drying the surface of the turnover box by using a hot air blower. The cleaning efficiency is accelerated.
