Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
An umbrella type anti-extrusion ring, as shown in fig. 1-6, comprises an extrusion sheet locking ring 1, a locking ring 2, a shear screw 3, an inner ring 4 and an expanding mechanism 5, wherein the expanding mechanism 5 is arranged at one end of the extrusion sheet locking ring 1 and can be opened and contracted in an umbrella shape, and the locking ring 2 is sleeved outside the expanding mechanism 5 to provide inward contraction force for the expanding mechanism 5; namely, the expanding mechanism 5 applies force from inside to the periphery, and further overcomes the contraction force of the locking ring 2 to realize the opening of the expanding mechanism 5, so that the expanding mechanism is in an umbrella-shaped structure until the expanding mechanism 5 is opened to the maximum position; when the external force disappears, the expanding mechanism 5 receives the contracting force of the locking ring 2, and the expanding mechanism 5 contracts inward. The extrusion piece locking ring 1 is sleeved on the inner ring 4 in a sliding mode, and the extrusion piece locking ring 1 and the inner ring 4 are fixed through a shear screw 6; the expanding mechanism 5 is formed by combining a plurality of pressing sheets 51 in a cylindrical barrel-shaped structure in a surrounding manner.
When the umbrella-type anti-extrusion ring is used, as shown in figures 1-6, the umbrella-type anti-extrusion ring is respectively arranged at two ends of the sealant barrel 6, so that in the process of sealing open holes, oil cylinders at two ends extrude towards the center of the sealant barrel 6, and the sealant barrel 6 expands outwards towards the back of the middle; in the process, the inner ring 4 and the extrusion sheet locking ring 1 synchronously slide, when the sealing rubber barrel 6 blocks the open hole, the sealing rubber barrel cannot expand continuously, the oil cylinder continues to push forwards until the shearing screw 6 cannot be disconnected, and the inner ring 4 can only move in a single direction due to a one-way mechanism, so that the shearing screw 6 cannot move in the reverse direction after being disconnected; at the moment, the extruding sheet locking ring 1 pushes the expanding mechanism 5 to continuously move towards the center of the sealing rubber barrel 6, so that the expanding mechanism 5 expands outwards to be umbrella-shaped and stops after being incapable of continuously moving forwards.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-7, the crush lobes 51 are zigzag-shaped, and adjacent two crush lobes 51 partially overlap. That is, the inner surface of the upper sheet of one pressing sheet 51 is adhered to the outer surface of the lower sheet of the other pressing sheet 51. The stacked structure enables the pressing pieces 51 to support and restrain each other when the expansion mechanism 5 expands and contracts.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-7, an annular groove 11 is formed in the inner ring of the pressing sheet locking ring 1, notches 13 are formed in the upper end surface 12 of the annular groove 11 at equal intervals and are communicated with the annular groove 11, the pressing sheet 51 comprises a body 511, a connecting rod 512 and a rotating shaft 513, the rotating shaft 513 is connected with the body 511 in an i-shaped manner through the connecting rod 512, the connecting rod 512 is arranged in the notch 13, and the rotating shaft 513 is arranged in the annular groove 11. Wherein, the body 511, the connecting rod 512 and the rotating shaft 513 are an integral structure. First, with this structure, the pressing piece 51 is facilitated to be mounted on the pressing piece locking ring 1. Secondly, the maximum expansion angle of the extrusion piece 51 can be realized without additionally arranging a limiting block. Specifically, the rotating shaft 513 rotates in the annular groove 11, when the rotating shaft 513 is unfolded, the rotating shaft 513 is tightly attached to the inner wall of one side wall of the annular groove 11, the body 511 is tightly attached to the outer wall of the side wall, and the expansion angle of the pressing piece 51 can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the connecting rod 512. In addition, when the expanding mechanism 5 is contracted into the cylindrical barreled structure, since the zigzag-shaped pressing pieces 51 are pressed one on another, the inward contraction angle of the pressing pieces 51 is limited. The structure is further simplified by the mutual engagement of the pressing piece locking ring 1 and the pressing piece 51 of the above structure.
In one embodiment, at least one screw hole 14 is provided on the side wall of the pressing sheet locking ring 1, and a fixing hole 41 is provided at a corresponding position on the inner ring 4. The shear screw 6 is arranged in the screw hole 14, and one end of the shear screw is arranged in the fixing hole 41, so that the connection between the extrusion sheet locking ring 1 and the inner ring 4 is realized.
In one embodiment, a tapered collar 42 is provided at the end of one end of the inner race 4. The tapered collar 42 serves to guide the expansion means 5 outwardly.
As shown in figures 1-8, when the sealing rubber barrel is used, the sealing rubber barrel is expanded to the inner wall of a well hole to seal the open hole, the umbrella-type anti-extrusion rings arranged at the two ends of the sealing rubber barrel are outwards expanded and simultaneously receive the inward contraction force of the locking ring 2, so that the umbrella-type anti-extrusion rings firmly extrude and support the sealing rubber barrel, when the pressure is from right to left, the sealing rubber plug is pushed to move leftwards, and at the moment, the left umbrella-type anti-extrusion ring provides the right support force to support the sealing rubber barrel, so that the sealing rubber barrel can well bear high-pressure impact, the sealing rubber barrel is effectively prevented from being irreversibly deformed, and the integrity of underground sealing is effectively guaranteed.
The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention; it is intended that the following claims be interpreted as including all such alterations, modifications, and equivalents as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention.
