本发明涉及帐篷,具体涉及一种电磁屏蔽帐篷材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
帐篷是撑在地上遮蔽风雨、日光并供临时居住的棚子,帐篷具有防风、防雨、防晒的功能,其能够为野外人群提供一个安全舒适的休息场所。
一些军事领域的监测、作战、训练等重要活动中常常也需要帐篷用于军人的休息,由于军事活动的特殊性,在保证活动顺利完成的同时也需保证此次的活动不被敌方的雷达所探测,这就需要帐篷具备新的电磁屏蔽的功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁屏蔽帐篷材料及其制备方法,本发明制成电磁屏蔽帐篷材料,其能够有效地屏蔽电磁波,更具有防水、阻燃、使用寿命长等优点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备方法,包括:
(1)采用高强涤纶、高强锦纶、ATY、加2~10个捻/cm合股的高强涤纶和加2~10个捻/cm的高强锦纶的一种或几种为原材料,采用平纹组织或格子平纹组织织成纤维层,将所述纤维层依次经精炼、皂洗、脱水、平铺、定型后得到定型布,其中精炼的条件为温度110~130℃、时间40~60min,皂洗时间40min,定型的条件为温度160~200℃、定型速度20~50m/min;将所述定型布采用耐高日晒的多频谱涂料滚印印花,印花后在温度为160~180℃条件下热定型得到印花布,将所述印花布外表面涂覆阻燃层得到迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料;
(2)将高强涤纶或/和高强维纶、不锈钢纤维和银纤维混合纺纱,采用平纹组织或格子平纹组织织成纤维层,将所述纤维层依次经精炼、皂洗、脱水、平铺、定型后得到电磁屏蔽材料,其中精炼的条件为温度110~130℃、时间40~60min,皂洗时间40min,定型的条件为温度160~200℃、定型速度20~50m/min;
(3)将所述电磁屏蔽材料与所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料贴合得到电磁屏蔽帐篷材料。
一种电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
(1)采用高强涤纶或/和高强锦纶为原材料,采用平纹组织织成纤维层,将所述纤维层依次经精炼、皂洗、脱水、平铺、定型后得到定型布,其中精炼的条件为温度120℃、时间50min,皂洗时间40min,定型的条件为温度180℃、定型速度35m/min;将所述定型布采用耐高日晒的多频谱涂料滚印印花,印花后在温度为170℃条件下热定型得到印花布,将所述印花布外表面涂覆阻燃层得到迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料;
(2)采用高强涤纶或/和高强维纶、不锈钢纤维和银纤维混合纺丝为原材料,采用平纹组织织成纤维层,将所述纤维层依次经精炼、皂洗、脱水、平铺、定型后得到电磁屏蔽材料,其中精炼的条件为温度120℃、时间50min,皂洗时间40min,定型的条件为温度180℃、定型速度35m/min;
(3)将所述电磁屏蔽材料与所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料贴合得到电磁屏蔽帐篷材料。
作为优选的,所述电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃层的增重量为40~100g/m2
作为优选的,所述电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述贴合顺序为:
(1)将所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料表面点胶,胶点的密度为800~1500目;
(2将所述电磁屏蔽材料铺设在所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料的点胶面,并使用压力辊进行一次性滚压,滚压时的压力值为5~7kPa,温度为80~120℃;
(3)将辊压后的电磁屏蔽材料平铺烘干;
(4)将烘干后的电磁屏蔽材料自然固化,固化时间不少于24h;
(5)进行剥离强度检验,若剥离强度不小于5N,则完成电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备。
一种电磁屏蔽帐篷材料,所述电磁屏蔽帐篷材料由综上所述的电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备方法制成。

1、本发明贴合的电磁屏蔽材料,具有优异的电磁屏蔽效果,野战环境中,可有效抑制电子设备电磁的泄漏,增强电子设备抗电磁干扰和电子对抗能力,保护信息安全。
2、本发明贴合的迷彩阻燃涂层材料,具有优异的可见光、红外、激光、雷达波隐身功能。
3、本发明中的电磁屏蔽材料的混合纺纱含有银纤维和不锈钢纤维,其具备良好电磁屏蔽效能的同时,兼具除臭、抑菌、抗静电的优点。

(2)采用高强涤纶或/和高强维纶、不锈钢纤维和银纤维混合纺丝为原材料,采用平纹组织织成纤维层,将所述纤维层依次经精炼、皂洗、脱水、平铺、定型后得到电磁屏蔽材料,其中精炼的条件为温度120℃、时间50min,皂洗时间40min,定型的条件为温度180℃、定型速度35m/min;
(3)将所述电磁屏蔽材料与所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料贴合得到电磁屏蔽帐篷材料。
所述贴合顺序为:
(1)将所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料表面点胶,使用的胶点为耐高低温的热熔胶,胶点的密度为800~1500目;
(2)将所述电磁屏蔽材料铺设在所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料的点胶面,并使用压力辊进行一次性滚压,滚压时的压力值为5~7kPa,温度为80~120℃;
(3)将辊压后的电磁屏蔽材料平铺烘干;
(4)将烘干后的电磁屏蔽材料自然固化,固化时间不少于24h;
(5)进行剥离强度检验,若剥离强度不小于5N,则完成电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备。

3.如权利要求1-2任一所述的电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃层的增重量为40~100g/m2
4.如权利要求1-2任一所述的电磁屏蔽帐篷材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述贴合顺序为:
(1)将所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料表面点胶,胶点的密度为800~1500目;
(2)将所述电磁屏蔽材料铺设在所述迷彩印花阻燃涂层材料的点胶面,并使用压力辊进行一次性滚压,滚压时的压力值为5~7kPa,温度为80~120℃;
(3)将辊压后的电磁屏蔽材料平铺烘干;
(4)将烘干后的电磁屏蔽材料自然固化,固化时间不少于24h;
