Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The inventor finds that in the prior art, a virtual electronic fence based on an electronic map is provided in many application fields, and is applied to the scenes of monitoring the old and the like. The relatively tangible electronic fence is low in cost, supports flexible variability of the fence, is limited to the space dimension, and is not suitable for application scenes with higher requirements, such as time dimension requirements, by taking the geographic spatial position as a unique certificate to judge whether the alarm range is exceeded. Therefore, in order to meet the requirement of more accurate management and control of specific areas or designated personnel in different fields, the map-based electronic fence early warning monitoring needs to be perfected.
In order to solve the above problems, in an embodiment of the present invention, the invention provides a map-based multidimensional electronic fence early warning and monitoring method, which is based on setting an irregular fence boundary on a preset path of an electronic map, and sending a real-time position by a GPS handheld terminal at regular time, and in combination with a time dimension requirement, monitors whether a target exceeds the set electronic fence and reaches a specified range on time in real time, and if the target exceeds the preset fence boundary or does not reach a specified place within a specified time, incrementally reminds a monitor until an alarm is triggered.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a map-based multi-dimensional electronic fence early warning monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
and S1, setting a preset path on the electronic map in advance, and setting an early warning level and a corresponding range radius.
In order to realize the map-based multi-dimensional electronic fence early warning monitoring, the embodiment of the invention adopts the steps of setting a preset path on the electronic map in advance, and setting the early warning level and the corresponding range radius. For example, a start point and a stop point are designated on an electronic map in advance to determine a preset path, and an early warning level and a corresponding range radius are determined at the same time. For example, the linear distance from the point a to the point B is set as a preset path, the range within 200 m radius of the linear distance from the point a to the point B is set as a first-level early warning level, the range within 500 m radius of the linear distance from the point a to the point B is set as a second-level early warning level, and the range within 1000 m radius of the linear distance from the point a to the point B is set as a third-level early warning level, where the third-level early warning level may be the highest level.
S2, calculating corresponding polygonal electronic fence closed areas according to set different range radiuses, wherein electronic fences in different ranges correspond to different levels of early warning information;
according to the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding polygonal electronic fence closed area is calculated according to the set different range radiuses, and the electronic fences in different ranges correspond to the early warning information in different levels.
In the step, after the fence area is calculated through the set radius, a simple geometric algorithm (whether a point is in a polygon) can be adopted to quickly judge whether the target exceeds a threshold value, namely whether an alarm needs to be generated.
S3, setting the arrival time of the key path point and a distance threshold value capable of being buffered in a preset path according to requirements;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the method is implemented, the arrival time of the key path point and the buffering distance threshold are set in the preset path according to requirements.
For example: the straight-line path from the point A to the point B is a preset path, the midpoint O of the point AB is set as a key path point, the point O is required to be reached at 10:00 (the longitude and latitude are [113.34, 29.82]), and the threshold value of the buffering distance is 100 meters, namely: if the distance between the position of the moving target at 10:00 and the O point is within 100 meters, judging that the moving target reaches or does not exceed the threshold value as required; otherwise, judging that the threshold is exceeded and generating an alarm.
The advantages are that: given that GPS cannot be completely error-free, it is more reasonable to give adequate buffer space.
And S4, monitoring the position information of the designated personnel, and sequentially judging whether the monitored target exceeds the set early warning level or the electronic fence at the warning level, if so, incrementally triggering the corresponding early warning prompt or directly warning.
In the embodiment of the invention, when monitoring the position information of the designated personnel, whether the monitored target exceeds the set early warning level or the electronic fence of the warning level is sequentially judged, if so, the corresponding early warning reminding or direct warning is triggered in an incremental manner:
the incremental early warning can enable a monitor to better know and control the situation, different grades correspond to different emergency situations, and the prompting modes are different. For example, three levels of early warning are set, the first level is triggered by short message notification, the second level is triggered by voice notification, and the highest level starts alarm, chain call and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether a target exceeds a set electronic fence or not and reaches a specified range on time can be monitored in real time by combining the requirement of time dimension on the basis of monitoring the GPS handheld terminal of a specified person to regularly send a real-time position,
if the fence boundary exceeds the preset fence boundary or the specified time does not reach the specified place, the monitor is reminded incrementally until an alarm is triggered.
In specific implementation, the real-time position can be obtained by monitoring the position information of the GPS handheld terminal of the designated person, and certainly, the real-time position can also be obtained by monitoring the position information of the mobile phone or the wearable device with the positioning function of the designated person.
Certainly, in another embodiment, when a person needing to be monitored does not have a GPS handheld terminal or a terminal with a positioning function, the position information of the designated person can be monitored by monitoring cameras in various places, and the monitoring cameras in various places also carry specific position information, so that images monitored by the monitoring cameras in various places can be compared, the purpose of monitoring the position information of the designated person is achieved, and the problem that the person needing to be monitored does not have a GPS handheld terminal or a terminal with a positioning function when the position information of the designated person is monitored is solved.
In another embodiment, the step of monitoring the real-time position of the designated person, and sequentially determining whether the monitored target exceeds a set early warning level or an electronic fence with a warning level, and if so, incrementally triggering a corresponding early warning reminder or a direct warning includes:
monitoring the real-time position of a designated person sent by a GPS handheld terminal at regular time;
sequentially judging whether the monitored target exceeds a set early warning level or warning level electronic fence;
if the current time exceeds the preset time, triggering corresponding early warning reminding in an incremental mode, reminding a monitor of a monitored target, or directly giving an emergency alarm according to the most serious level;
and simultaneously, matching the current time with the time of the key path point, and if the time is matched and exceeds a bufferable distance threshold value, directly increasing to the maximum level for warning.
The invention is described in further detail below by means of a specific application example:
in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a map-based multi-dimensional electronic fence early warning monitoring method in an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s21, starting;
s22, appointing longitude and latitude of a start point and a stop point and a time point on the electronic map;
and S23, determining a preset path according to the position of the start point and the stop point.
Such as a navigation acquisition determination or a manual determination.
And S24, setting an early warning level and a corresponding range radius.
And S25, calculating corresponding irregular polygonal electronic fence closed areas according to the set different range radiuses, namely, the electronic fences in different ranges correspond to the early warning information in different levels.
And S26, setting the arrival time of the key path point and the buffering distance threshold value in the preset path according to the requirement.
S27, monitoring the real-time position of the designated personnel, and calculating the relation of the current position on the set geographic space of the electronic fence through position change; then, when the warning is in the geographical position, the step goes to step S28, and when the warning is in the time dimension, the step goes to step S40; here, the steps S28 and S40 are two different warnings, S28 is a warning in a geographical position (over boundary), and S40 is a warning in a time dimension (overtime).
The position of the monitored object is monitored in real time, and if the position is changed (moved), the position is immediately calculated and judged whether the monitored object is in the set fence range area, so that whether the alarm needs to be triggered or not is determined.
S28, judging whether the monitored target exceeds the electronic fence of a certain level, if so, entering the step S29, otherwise, returning to the step S27;
s29, judging whether the early warning level is higher than the last early warning level, if so, entering the step S30, otherwise, returning to the step S27;
in the present application, the alarm information corresponding to each monitored object needs to be cached, if no alarm has been reported before step S28, real-time monitoring is continued, and the current alarm of step S28 is set as the "last alarm" and the alarm level reference point.
If step S28 has previously generated an alert, for example: the warning generated in step S28 is of the third level, higher than the "last secondary warning", and the process proceeds to step S30.
And S30, triggering early warning of the corresponding level of the over-range type, and entering the step S31.
And S31, ending.
S40, matching the current time with the arrival time of the key path point;
s41, judging whether the time is matched with a certain key path point and whether the time exceeds a distance threshold value which can be buffered, if not, returning to the step S27, and if so, entering the step S42;
s42, triggering a timeout type early warning, and proceeding to step S31.
It should be noted that: steps S28 and S40 in this embodiment are two different warnings, S28 is in geographic position, and S40 is in time dimension. For example: the preset path has only one key point and the set time to reach is 10: 00. When the step S27 is executed, the step S28 is triggered until S31; s40, comparing the current time (such as 09:05) with the key point reaching time (10:00), if the time is not reached, returning to S27; if the current time is also 10:00, as the preset time, S41 is performed.
