Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In recent years, the continuous growth of financial undesirable assets has led to a rapid growth in the incentives industry. As shown in fig. 1, the debtor may apply for loan from a lending institution such as a bank, an internet financial platform, a folk loan, etc., and the lending institution may hire a collection institution to collect the debtor when the debtor has not paid beyond an agreed period. The early intervention of a professional collection agency can recover overdue assets to the maximum extent, and reduce the involvement of lawsuits and judicial security links.
However, the information cannot be effectively shared among the collection agencies, so that the collection agencies repeatedly perform collection operation and the collection efficiency is low.
The system related to the embodiment of the application can be a distributed system formed by connecting a client, a plurality of nodes (any form of computing equipment in an access network, such as a server and a user terminal) through a network communication mode.
Taking a distributed system as an example of a blockchain system, referring To fig. 2, fig. 2 is an optional structural schematic diagram of the distributed system 200 applied To the blockchain system, which is provided by the embodiment of the present invention and is formed by a plurality of nodes 300 (computing devices in any form in an access network, such as servers and user terminals) and a client 400, a Peer-To-Peer (P2P, Peer To Peer) network is formed between the nodes 300, and the P2P Protocol is an application layer Protocol operating on a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). In distributed system 200, any machine, such as a server or a terminal, may join to become node 300, and node 300 includes a hardware layer, an intermediate layer, an operating system layer, and an application layer.
Referring to the functions of each node in the blockchain system shown in fig. 2, the functions involved include:
1) routing, a basic function that a node has, is used to support communication between nodes.
Besides the routing function, the node may also have the following functions:
2) the application is used for being deployed in a block chain, realizing specific services according to actual service requirements, recording data related to the realization functions to form recording data, carrying a digital signature in the recording data to represent a source of task data, and sending the recording data to other nodes in the block chain system, so that the other nodes add the recording data to a temporary block when the source and integrity of the recording data are verified successfully.
For example, the services implemented by the application include:
2.1) wallet, for providing the function of transaction of electronic money, including initiating transaction (i.e. sending the transaction record of current transaction to other nodes in the blockchain system, after the other nodes are successfully verified, storing the record data of transaction in the temporary blocks of the blockchain as the response of confirming the transaction is valid; of course, the wallet also supports the querying of the electronic money remaining in the electronic money address.
And 2.2) sharing the account book, wherein the shared account book is used for providing functions of operations such as storage, query and modification of account data, record data of the operations on the account data are sent to other nodes in the block chain system, and after the other nodes verify the validity, the record data are stored in a temporary block as a response for acknowledging that the account data are valid, and confirmation can be sent to the node initiating the operations.
2.3) Intelligent contracts, computerized agreements, can implement the terms of a contract, implemented by code deployed on a shared ledger for execution when certain conditions are met, for completing automated transactions according to actual business requirement code. Smart contracts are not limited to executing contracts for transactions, but may also execute contracts that process received information. For example, each organization can provide an acceptance function for crowdsourcing service through an intelligent contract on a block chain deployed in a server, when a receiver completes and feeds back an execution result of a public task, the acceptance function in the intelligent contract is triggered, and automatic transaction is completed according to the verification result; the process not only processes the received execution result, but also completes the automatic transaction.
3) And the Block chain comprises a series of blocks (blocks) which are mutually connected according to the generated chronological order, new blocks cannot be removed once being added into the Block chain, and recorded data submitted by nodes in the Block chain system are recorded in the blocks.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an optional schematic diagram of a Block Structure (Block Structure) according to an embodiment of the present invention, where each Block includes a hash value of a transaction record stored in the Block (hash value of the Block) and a hash value of a previous Block, and the blocks are connected by the hash values to form a Block chain. The block may include information such as a time stamp at the time of block generation. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a string of data blocks associated by using cryptography, and each data block contains related information for verifying the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generating a next block.
Schematically, the block chain-based task processing method provided by the present application is applied to the block chain system shown in fig. 2, where a block chain platform constructed based on the block chain system is used to provide task processing services for a publisher and a receiver, a publishing client publishes an open task on the block chain platform through an agent node, the agent node registers task information of the open task and constructs a corresponding intelligent contract, and records the task information of the open task and the intelligent contract into each block chain node in the block chain platform; and the receiving client acquires the public task from the block chain platform through the proxy node, feeds back an execution result of the public task to the block chain platform, verifies the execution result through at least two block chain link points on the block chain platform to obtain a verification result, and feeds back the verification result to the issuing client and the receiving client.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a debt charging system based on a blockchain according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The system includes a plurality of servers 101 and a plurality of storage devices 102, where the plurality of servers 101 may be configured with the same blockchain, that is, the plurality of servers 101 may form a blockchain system, and each server 101 is a node in the blockchain system. Optionally, the nodes in the block chain system include loan nodes, asset handling nodes, debt collection nodes, and audit nodes. The plurality of servers 101 may be a plurality of servers of the same organization, or may be a plurality of servers belonging to different organizations, for example, a server of a bank, a server of a hasty agency, a server of an audit agency, and so on may be included in the blockchain system. Users of various organizations may access the servers of the organizations through the terminals 1011, and the plurality of terminal devices 1011 may be electronic devices capable of accessing the plurality of servers 101, which may be computers, smart phones, tablets, or other electronic devices.

The lending node may be a server corresponding to a lending institution, and the lending institution may be an institution such as a bank, an internet financial platform, a national loan, or the like. The debtor applies for loan from the lending institution, the lending institution generates a loan list of the debtor accordingly, when the debtor is overdue and has not paid, the loan list becomes the debt list, and the lending institution uploads the debt information at the lending node. The index information of the debtor is used for uniquely identifying the debtor, and the index information can be the identity card number or the mobile phone number of the debtor or other identity information and the like. The debt information set comprises debt information of debtors in different lending institutions, the data cleaning is carried out on the debt information set by the asset handling node, the debt information of the same debtor in different lending institutions is merged based on the index information of the debtors to generate a debt list of a target debtor, and the target debtor can be any one of the debtors stored in the debt zone block chain.
Step 503, the asset disposition node synchronizes the debt list of the target debtor to the debt collection node.
The asset handling node may synchronize the debt inventory of the target debtor to the debt collection node based on the consensus mechanism; or, the asset handling node may send the debt list of the target debtor to the debt charging node when receiving the debt list acquiring request of the debt charging node, where the debt list acquiring request is used for requesting to acquire the debt list.
Step 504, the debt charging node receives the debt list of the target debtor.
The debt collection node can be a node corresponding to the collection agency. After receiving the debt list of the target debtor, the debt collection node can collect the debt of the target debtor, or assign the debt to a corresponding collection agency to collect.
In summary, in the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the debt lists of the debtors are generated by the asset handling nodes according to the debt information sets stored in the block chain of the debt area by the loan nodes, and the debt lists are synchronously sent to the debt collection urging nodes, so that the correlation of the debt information of the same debtor in different loan institutions is realized, a data sharing channel between the debt collection urging nodes is opened, repeated collection urging work is avoided, and collection urging efficiency is improved.
