技术领域
本发明涉及机械设备领域,具体是指一种裁切刀结构。
背景技术
纸张在生产完成后一般通过裁切设备切断进行后续的保存,目前普通的裁切设备由于其裁切机构的限制只能进行纸张的裁切,而无法完成布料、铜箔等材料的裁切,对于加工不同材料的生产流水线无法匹配。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种裁切刀结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种裁切刀结构,包括左座体、右座体、进料辊、下顶裁切装置和旋转裁切装置,所述左座体和右座体底部之间通过平板进行连接;所述左座体前端内壁上安装有支撑板;所述进料辊连接于支撑板上端之间;所述左座体上端侧壁上安装有轴承座一,轴承座一之间转动连接有传送辊,传送辊上方设置有浮动辊;所述传送辊一侧穿过轴承座一连接有传动电机;所述平板上方的左座体和右座体之间设置有缺口,缺口的两侧的内壁上安装有直线导轨一;所述直线导轨一上滑动连接有滑块一;所述下顶裁切装置两侧通过滑块一滑动连接于缺口内;所述旋转裁切装置安装于右座体上方。
进一步的,所述支撑板上端设置有两根进料辊,进料辊之间设置有直线导轨二;所述直线导轨二安装在支撑板的内壁上;所述直线导轨二上滑动连接有滑块二,滑块二上安装有轴承座二;所述轴承座二之间转动连接有调节辊;所述直线导轨二下方连接有固定支座,固定支座上方通过螺栓连接有可替换的支撑圆管;所述支撑圆管支持轴承座二。
进一步的,所述浮动辊两侧设置有龙门架;所述龙门架底部安装于左座体上方,龙门架内壁两侧设置有导向条;所述导向条上滑动连接有滑动座;所述浮动辊两端与滑动座转动连接;所述龙门架上方安装推送气缸,推送气缸的活塞端穿过龙门架顶部与滑动座连接。
进一步的,所述下顶裁切装置包括滑动板、转动轴、调节套筒、传动轴、裁切电机一、下裁切刀、上刀座和上刀头;所述滑动板两侧与滑块一连接,滑动板之间连接有加强方管;所述加强方管下方设置有固定安装座,固定安装座与平板固定安装;所述调节套筒连接于固定安装座上方;所述转动轴设置于调节套筒之间,调节套筒内设置有中心轴和可升降的顶升杆;所述中心轴通过伞齿轮组与顶升杆连接;所述中心轴通过键块与转动轴连接,中心轴一侧伸出调节套筒连接有调节手轮;所述传动轴通过轴承座三转动连接于加强方管上方,传动轴一侧伸出滑动板与裁切电机一连接;所述传动轴两侧通过套环连接有关节轴承,关节轴承的端部通过销轴连接有摆臂;所述摆臂一端与滑动板转动连接,另一端与下裁切刀连接;所述下裁切刀呈斜刀口设置;所述上刀座连接于滑动板之间;所述上刀头安装于上刀座上,上刀头伸出上刀座与下裁切刀配合使用。
进一步的,所述顶升杆位于加强方管下方,顶升杆上方连接有支撑盘。
进一步的,所述滑动板上方安装有导向板一。
进一步的,所述旋转裁切装置包括支撑座体、裁切刀固定座、固定刀头、旋转座、旋转刀头和裁切电机二,所述支撑座体安装于右座体上方,支撑座体上设置有开口;所述裁切刀固定座连接于支撑座体开口上;所述固定刀头安装于裁切刀固定座侧面;所述旋转座连接于支撑座体之间,旋转座一侧伸出支撑座体与裁切电机二连接;所述旋转刀头连接于旋转座上表面,旋转刀头与固定刀头配合使用。
进一步的,所述裁切刀固定座上方连接有导向板二。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种裁切刀结构,通过在裁切刀结构内设置下顶裁切装置,使其能够裁切厚纸、纤维布和铜箔,适用范围更广,满足多元化的产品需求,而且在生产普通纸张时,可以将下顶裁切装置进行收回,利用尾部的旋转裁切装置进行裁切。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1~3所示,一种裁切刀结构,包括左座体1、右座体2、进料辊3、下顶裁切装置4和旋转裁切装置5,所述左座体1和右座体2底部之间通过平板6进行连接;所述左座体1前端内壁上安装有支撑板7;所述进料辊3连接于支撑板7上端之间;在本实施例中,所述支撑板7上端设置有两根进料辊3,进料辊3之间设置有直线导轨二8;所述直线导轨二8安装在支撑板7的内壁上;所述直线导轨二8上滑动连接有滑块二,滑块二上安装有轴承座二9;所述轴承座二9之间转动连接有调节辊10;所述直线导轨二8下方连接有固定支座11,固定支座11上方通过螺栓连接有可替换的支撑圆管12;所述支撑圆管12支持轴承座二9,通过改变支撑圆管12的长度调节调节辊10与进料辊3之间的距离,进而调节输出材料的张力。
所述左座体1上端侧壁上安装有轴承座一13,轴承座一13之间转动连接有传送辊14,传送辊14上方设置有浮动辊15;所述浮动辊15两侧设置有龙门架16;所述龙门架16底部安装于左座体1上方,龙门架16内壁两侧设置有导向条17;所述导向条17上滑动连接有滑动座18;所述浮动辊15两端与滑动座18转动连接;所述龙门架16上方安装推送气缸19,推送气缸19的活塞端穿过龙门架16顶部与滑动座18连接,通过推送气缸19推送调节浮动辊15与传送辊14之间的间隙使其适应不同材料。
所述传送辊14一侧穿过轴承座一13连接有传动电机20;所述平板6上方的左座体1和右座体2之间设置有缺口,缺口的两侧的内壁上安装有直线导轨一21;所述直线导轨一21上滑动连接有滑块一。
所述下顶裁切装置4两侧通过滑块一滑动连接于缺口内;所述下顶裁切装置4包括滑动板411、转动轴412、调节套筒413、传动轴414、裁切电机一415、下裁切刀416、上刀座417和上刀头418;所述滑动板411两侧与滑块一连接,滑动板411之间连接有加强方管419;所述加强方管下419方设置有固定安装座420,固定安装座420与平板6固定安装;所述调节套筒413连接于固定安装座420上方;所述转动轴412设置于调节套筒413之间,调节套筒413内设置有中心轴和可升降的顶升杆421,顶升杆421上方连接有支撑盘422,支撑盘422用于支撑加强方管419;所述中心轴通过伞齿轮组与顶升杆421连接;所述中心轴通过键块与转动轴412连接,中心轴一侧伸出调节套筒413连接有调节手轮423;所述传动轴414通过轴承座三424转动连接于加强方管419上方,传动轴414一侧伸出滑动板411与裁切电机一415连接;所述传动轴414两侧通过套环连接有关节轴承425,关节轴承425的端部通过销轴连接有摆臂426;所述摆臂426一端与滑动板411转动连接,另一端与下裁切刀416连接;所述下裁切刀416呈斜刀口设置,便于切割厚纸、玻纤布和铜箔;所述上刀座417连接于滑动板411之间;所述上刀头418安装于上刀座417上,上刀头418伸出上刀座417与下裁切刀416配合使用。
在下顶裁切装置4回缩时,为了穿过的材料能够平稳过渡,所述滑动板411上方安装有导向板一427。
所述旋转裁切装置5安装于右座体2上方,所述旋转裁切装置5包括支撑座体511、裁切刀固定座512、固定刀头513、旋转座514、旋转刀头515和裁切电机二516,所述支撑座体511安装于右座体2上方,支撑座体511上设置有开口;所述裁切刀固定座512连接于支撑座体511开口上;所述固定刀头513安装于裁切刀固定座512侧面;所述旋转座514连接于支撑座体511之间,旋转座514一侧伸出支撑座体511与裁切电机二516连接;所述旋转刀头515连接于旋转座514上表面,旋转刀头515与固定刀头513配合使用。
为了方便材料的平稳过渡,所述裁切刀固定座511上方连接有导向板二517。
工作原理:需要裁切的材料经过进料辊3和调节辊10进入裁切机构,通过调节浮动辊15与传送辊14之间的间隙,夹紧材料并传送,如切割材料为家具纸、地板纸或,耐磨纸,通过手摇调节手轮423将下顶裁切装置4缩回,材料通过尾部的旋转裁切装置5进行切割;如切割材料为厚纸、玻纤布或铜箔,通过手摇调节手轮423将下顶裁切装置4伸出,尾部的旋转裁切装置5不再工作,由旋转裁切装置5完成切割。

1.一种裁切刀结构,其特征在于:包括左座体、右座体、进料辊、下顶裁切装置和旋转裁切装置,所述左座体和右座体底部之间通过平板进行连接;所述左座体前端内壁上安装有支撑板;所述进料辊连接于支撑板上端之间;所述左座体上端侧壁上安装有轴承座一,轴承座一之间转动连接有传送辊,传送辊上方设置有浮动辊;所述传送辊一侧穿过轴承座一连接有传动电机;所述平板上方的左座体和右座体之间设置有缺口,缺口的两侧的内壁上安装有直线导轨一;所述直线导轨一上滑动连接有滑块一;所述下顶裁切装置两侧通过滑块一滑动连接于缺口内;所述旋转裁切装置安装于右座体上方;
所述下顶裁切装置包括滑动板、转动轴、调节套筒、传动轴、裁切电机一、下裁切刀、上刀座和上刀头;所述滑动板两侧与滑块一连接,滑动板之间连接有加强方管;所述加强方管下方设置有固定安装座,固定安装座与平板固定安装;所述调节套筒连接于固定安装座上方;所述转动轴设置于调节套筒之间,调节套筒内设置有中心轴和可升降的顶升杆;所述中心轴通过伞齿轮组与顶升杆连接;所述中心轴通过键块与转动轴连接,中心轴一侧伸出调节套筒连接有调节手轮;所述传动轴通过轴承座三转动连接于加强方管上方,传动轴一侧伸出滑动板与裁切电机一连接;所述传动轴两侧通过套环连接有关节轴承,关节轴承的端部通过销轴连接有摆臂;所述摆臂一端与滑动板转动连接,另一端与下裁切刀连接;所述下裁切刀呈斜刀口设置;所述上刀座连接于滑动板之间;所述上刀头安装于上刀座上,上刀头伸出上刀座与下裁切刀配合使用;
