The LNG in the bottom portion becomes LNG having a certain degree of supercooling at the vaporization temperature corresponding to the pressure, and the vaporization rate is slower than that of the LNG in the upper portion. However, the external heat is always continuously transferred into the storage and transportation tank 9, and the LNG on the upper side is partially evaporated to form BOG; while a significant portion of the heat gained by the LNG on the lower side contributes to the LNG temperature increase, as a result of which its density will decrease, when the LNG density at the bottom is less than that at the upper part, the stratification equilibrium will be disrupted, forming a so-called "rollover". At this time, the temperature of the LNG at the bottom is higher than that of the LNG at the upper portion, and the LNG having a low temperature after mixing is heated by the LNG having a high temperature from the bottom turning up to be rapidly vaporized, and after the LNG having a high temperature at the bottom is turned up, the LNG loses the gravity effect of the LNG at the upper portion, and the pressure is lowered to be overheated LNG, and thus severe vaporization is also generated. Thus, after the equilibrium is disrupted, the liquid "tumbles" causing a sharp increase in the LNG vaporization rate. If it is too late to discharge a large amount of LNG boil-off gas, the pressure in the LNG storage tank 9 will exceed the sensible working pressure, which is very disadvantageous for the safe storage of LNG.
In view of the fact that the temperature of the LNG to be newly filled into the LNG storage and transportation tank 9 is lower than the temperature of the LNG in the tank body, and the temperature of the LNG in the tank body is equalized as much as possible, an LNG inlet 10 is provided at the bottom of the storage and transportation tank 9, and an LNG outlet 11 is provided at the side thereof.
The specific working principle of the invention is as follows: the temperature sensors 13 at different height positions in the storage and transportation tank 9 monitor the temperature of each position in the storage and transportation tank 9 in real time, and transmit data to the control cabinet 14, the control cabinet 14 analyzes the temperature difference condition according to the temperature data measured by the temperature sensors 13, when the temperature difference exceeds a set value, the control cabinet 14 controls the motor reducer all-in-one machine 2 to rotate, the motor reducer all-in-one machine 2 drives the storage and transportation tank 9 to rotate, the LNG at the lower layer is mixed with the LNG at the upper layer under the stirring of the baffle 12 in the storage and transportation tank 9, the layering phenomenon of the LNG in the tank body is solved, and the LNG is prevented from rolling.
