a conjunctival sac disinfection solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: povidone iodine 0.14%, iminodisuccinic acid sodium 0.025%, potassium iodate 0.12%, potassium iodide 0.023%, sodium hydroxide 0.015%, sodium chloride 0.034%, potassium chloride 0.031%, calcium chloride 0.012%, and purified water 99.6%.

A conjunctival sac disinfection solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: povidone iodine 0.96%, iminodisuccinic acid sodium 0.125%, potassium iodate 0.96%, potassium iodide 0.23%, sodium hydroxide 0.24%, sodium chloride 0.09768%, potassium chloride 0.086%, calcium chloride 0.00132%, and purified water 97.3%.
Example 3
A conjunctival sac disinfection solution comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: povidone iodine 0.56%, iminodisuccinic acid sodium 0.085%, potassium iodate 0.56%, potassium iodide 0.13%, sodium hydroxide 0.14%, sodium chloride 0.12%, potassium chloride 0.0034%, calcium chloride 0.0016%, and purified water 98.4%.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 1-4, a conjunctival sac washing and disinfecting device comprises an outer barrel 1, an inner barrel 2, a first valve block 3, a pressure rod 4, a pressure plate 5, a liquid outlet pipe 6, a ball head 7, a first liquid hole 8, a second liquid hole 9, a vertical pipe 10, a second valve block 11, a vertical pipe 12, a vertical rod 13, a threaded layer 14, a twist rod 15 and a sleeve 16, wherein the inner barrel 2 is arranged inside the outer barrel 1, the central axes of the inner barrel and the outer barrel are on the same vertical line, the first valve block 3 is horizontally distributed between the inner wall of the outer barrel 1 and the outer wall of the inner barrel 2, the pressure rod 4 is vertically distributed on the upper end surface of the first valve block 3, the pressure rod 4 is connected to the top end of the outer barrel 1 in a sliding manner, the top end of the pressure rod 4 is arranged on the lower end surface of the pressure plate 5, the liquid outlet pipe 6 is connected to the bottom end of the outer barrel 1 in a threaded manner, the ball, and the internally mounted of bulb 7 has vertical distribution's standpipe 10 to the top of standpipe 10 is installed in inner tube 2 bottom, and the inside of inner tube 2 is provided with horizontal distribution's second valve block 11, and the up end of second valve block 11 is connected through the bottom of a vertical section of thick bamboo 12 with montant 13, and the top of montant 13 is passed urceolus 1 and is extended to inside the sleeve 16, and the middle section of montant 13 and the top of urceolus 1 are the rotation connection.

Example 5
a method for using a conjunctival sac disinfection solution comprises the steps of putting the conjunctival sac disinfection solution prepared in an embodiment 2 into a conjunctival sac washing and disinfecting device in an embodiment 4, directly opening a sterile table by a circulating nurse, carrying out washing operation under a sterile environment by an assistant or a main knife, moving a ball head 7 of the device integrally to the vicinity of an area to be disinfected during operation, pressing a pressing plate 5 downwards by using fingers under the premise of holding an outer barrel 1 by a single hand, driving a first valve block 3 to synchronously move downwards by the pressing plate 5 through a pressing rod 4 in the figure 1, so that a disinfection solution between the outer barrel 1 and an inner barrel 2 enters the ball head 7 in the figure 2 through a liquid outlet pipe 6, flows out from a first liquid hole 8 directly communicated with the inside of the ball head 7 and directly contacts with a designated area of eyes of a patient, correspondingly, as shown in the figure 4, when the pressing plate 5 moves downwards, a sleeve 16 fixedly installed at the center of the pressing plate moves downwards at the same time, under the transmission effect of sleeve 16 and twist bar 15, twist bar 15 can drive montant 13 and rotate together, when montant 13 in fig. 1 rotates, under the screw thread layer 14 and the screw thread transmission effect of vertical cylinder 12 of its bottom, vertical cylinder 12 can drive second valve piece 11 and shift up in step, therefore the inner space of inner tube 2 is in the negative pressure state, and be in the negative pressure state with its standpipe 10 that is linked together equally, consequently wash the antiseptic solution after the use in the eye region and other impurity can be inhaled to standpipe 10 and inner tube 2 via second liquid hole 9, thereby realize the purpose of the synchronous liquid outlet of same bulb 7.
Test examples
1. Comparison of performance of the povidone iodine solution and the conjunctival sac washing disinfectant
1.1 test methods
200 patients with ophthalmic surgery are clinically collected, 200 affected eyes are randomly divided into 2 groups, povidone iodine solution prepared on site and the conjunctival sac washing disinfectant are respectively used for disinfection and washing during the last washing and disinfection before surgery, and the patients are asked for the comfort level of the washing liquid after the surgery.
1.2 test data
The postoperative return visit results show that the number of cases of discomfort of the ocular surface of the patients using the conjunctival sac washing and disinfecting solution group is 31, and 64 cases of conjunctival sac washing solution are matched at present, and the significant difference is achieved (P is less than 0.05).
1.3 test results
From the data, the contrast effect of the comfort degree of the conjunctival sac washing and disinfecting solution is obviously superior to that of the existing povidone iodine solution in clinical application, and the conjunctival sac washing and disinfecting solution is worthy of clinical popularization.
2. Stability and timeliness testing
2.1 test methods
Under the same environment, the effective iodine concentration percentage content (C/%) of the conjunctival sac washing and disinfecting solution and the ready-prepared povidone iodine solution in different time periods under the same sterilization specification plate (5cmx5cm) is respectively detected at 25 ℃, 30 ℃, 35 ℃, 40 ℃ and 45 ℃.
2.2 test data
Specific test data are shown in tables 1 and 2.

2.3 test results
Through experimental comparison and analysis, under the same condition, detection results show that the effective iodine content of the conjunctival sac washing disinfectant is greater than that of the existing povidone-iodine solution under different temperature environments, and the stability of the conjunctival sac washing disinfectant is superior to that of the existing povidone-iodine solution.
