First embodiment
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a connecting link provided in this embodiment, in which a chain assembly 60 composed of at least two connecting links is used for wearing connection of a wearable device; the connecting link 30 comprises a link main body 31, connecting parts 32 are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the link main body 31 along the width direction of the chain component, and the connecting parts 32 are rotatably connected with other connecting links 30; of the two ends of the link main body 31 in the length direction of the chain assembly, one end is provided with an extension 33, and the other end is provided with a receiving groove 34, and in a worn state, the extension 33 is at least partially placed in the receiving groove 34 in the connecting link 30 adjacent to the connecting link 30, and the receiving groove 34 is used for receiving the extension 33 in the other connecting link 30 adjacent to the connecting link 30.
The connecting links 30 in this embodiment are the main components of the chain assembly 60 that form the connecting portion of the terminal, and may be integrally formed by powder metallurgy, molding, forging, cutting, or may be separately formed and then assembled together by gluing or welding.
The link 30 includes a link body 31, a connecting portion 32 symmetrically disposed on two opposite ends of the link body 31, and an extending portion 33 disposed on one end and an accommodating groove 34 disposed on the other end. The connecting portions 32 symmetrically disposed at two opposite ends of the link body 31 are used for rotatably connecting with other connecting links 30, and the symmetrical disposition is for stability and balance of connection, so as to prevent the chain assembly composed of the connecting links from bending, i.e., torsional deformation, in the width direction of the chain assembly. The connecting portion 32 is rotatably connected to the other connecting portion 32 of the connecting link 30 by a hinge. It should be noted that the rotational connection between the connecting portion 32 and the other connecting links 30 is not necessarily a direct rotational connection, and may be realized by other components, such as the limiting member 40. The rotational connection is one of the movable connections, and the rotational connection in the present embodiment merely means that there may be rotation between the two parts of the connection, and does not limit the movement in the planar direction therebetween.
The other two ends of the link main body 31 are provided with an extension 33 and an accommodation groove 34, respectively. When worn, the extending portion 33 is disposed in the receiving groove 34 of another adjacent connecting link 30, and correspondingly, the receiving groove 34 of the connecting link 30 is used for receiving the extending portion 33 of another adjacent connecting link 30, that is, the extending portion 33 and the receiving groove 34 of each connecting link 30 that are connected in sequence are nested in sequence when worn. In addition to the extended portion 33 being disposed in the receiving groove 34 of the other connecting link 30 when worn, the extended portion 33 of each connecting link 30 may be disposed in the receiving groove 34 of the adjacent connecting link 30 when not worn.
In the present embodiment, the width of the receiving groove 34 of one connecting link 30 should be greater than or equal to the width of the corresponding extending portion 33, so that the extending portion 33 can be normally nested in. The extending portions 33 corresponding to the receiving grooves 34 in the present embodiment are both the receiving grooves 34 and the extending portions 33 in a nesting relationship, that is, between the extending portions 33 and the receiving grooves 34 of two adjacent connecting links 30.
Optionally, the connecting portion 32 is rotatably connected to other connecting links 30 via a retaining member 40. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating the connecting portion 32 is rotatably connected to the connecting portion 32 of another connecting link 30 through the limiting member 40, and the connecting portion 32 is connected to the limiting member 40 through a hinge. In order to enable the connecting portion 32 and the limiting member 40 to move freely, in this embodiment, the size of the hinge hole on the limiting member 40 is larger than that of the hinge connecting shaft. The size of the hinge hole on the limiting member 40 is larger than the hinge connecting shaft, which means that when the connecting link 30 and the limiting member 40 are connected and the connecting link 30 and the limiting member 40 are bent relatively, the movement of the limiting member 40 can have a certain redundancy, and the occurrence of the jamming condition is avoided. Specifically, the size of the hinge hole on the limiting member 40 is larger than the hinge connecting shaft, which means that the hinge hole provides a larger moving space for the hinge connecting shaft than the hinge connecting shaft, but not necessarily means that the aperture of the hinge hole is larger, refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic diagram of the limiting member 40, wherein the hinge hole may be a groove-shaped hole, the groove width of the groove-shaped hole may be similar to the shaft diameter of the hinge connecting shaft, and the length direction of the groove-shaped hole is used as a redundant space for the hinge connecting shaft to move, which is a neutral layer with a constant length for ensuring the chain assembly to be bent normally, and a lengthened extension layer and a shortened layer with a decreased length located above and below the neutral layer, so that a corresponding moving space needs to be reserved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, in the connecting portions 32 that are symmetrically disposed, any one of the connecting portions 32 is composed of two clamping pieces 321, the two clamping pieces 321 are symmetrically disposed with two pairs of hinge holes, and the limiting member 40 is disposed in the two clamping pieces 321 and rotatably connected through a hinge connecting shaft, the hinge holes on the limiting member 40, and the hinge holes disposed on the clamping pieces 321. Specifically, two connecting portions 32 are symmetrically disposed on one connecting link 30, and each connecting portion 32 is composed of two clamping pieces 321; two pairs of hinge holes are symmetrically arranged on the two clamping pieces 321, and are used for realizing hinge connection with the hinge holes on the limiting piece 40 through the hinge holes; the limiting member 40 is disposed between the two clamping pieces 321, and the hinge connecting shaft passes through the hinge hole of one of the clamping pieces 321 and enters the hinge hole of the other clamping piece 321 through the hinge hole of the limiting member 40; since two pairs of hinge holes are respectively formed in the two clamping pieces 321, the other limiting member 40 should be disposed in the two clamping pieces 321 in the same connection manner and connected by the hinge connection shaft. That is, the two retaining members 40 are connected to the two clip pieces 321, and the two connecting links 30 are connected to each other through the retaining members 40.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the limiting member 40 may be provided with a limiting groove 51, and a limiting strip 52 corresponding to the limiting groove 51 is disposed between the two clamping pieces 321. The limiting connection between the connecting link 30 and the limiting member 40 can be realized by the limiting groove 51 on the limiting member 40 and the limiting strip 52 arranged in the clamping piece 321, which means that the relative position between the two does not exceed a certain limit, and the limiting connection comprises that the connecting link and the limiting member are not bent reversely along the chain assembly, and the forward bending thereof also has a certain limit, but only bent towards the wearing direction, and worn on the wrist of the user. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view of a limiting bar 52 disposed between a limiting groove 51 and a clamping piece 321 disposed on the limiting member provided in this embodiment, in which points a and B on two sides of the limiting groove 51 are respectively the limits of the limiting bar 52 moving in the limiting groove 51, and respectively limit reverse bending and forward excessive bending between the connecting link and the limiting member.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the link main body 31 is arc-shaped in a direction along a line connecting two connecting portions 32 on the link main body 31. Set up to the arc and can let chain link main part 31 more press close to the user when wearing, the user feels comfortable when wearing, and more pleasing to the eye.
Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the extended portions 33 on the link main bodies 31 are reduced in thickness in a direction away from the link main bodies 31. The extension portion 33 can be selectively set to have a component with a certain gradually-changing thickness, that is, the thickness of the extension portion gradually decreases from the direction away from the link main body 31, so that when the chain assembly 60 composed of the plurality of connecting links 30 and the limiting members 40 is bent, the bending process can be more smoothly ensured; meanwhile, the local gradual thinning also ensures the integral strength of the parts and reduces stress concentration.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a connecting strip 35 for welding is disposed at the top of the connecting portion 32 symmetrically disposed at the end of the link main body 31, and the connecting strip 35 and the link main body 31 form a receiving cavity. The connecting bar 35 is used for connecting with another supporting sheet, so as to ensure the consistency and integrity of the chain assembly 60 consisting of the connecting link 30 and the limiting member 40; and the receiving cavity formed by the connecting strip 35 and the link body 31 can be used for receiving devices of the terminal such as a battery, a sensor and the like, so that the space of other parts of the terminal is saved.
