When the fixed type fire extinguishing device is used for extinguishing fire, the electromagnetic valve 12 is opened, and pressure water reaches the vehicle bottom and tires or side-hung nozzles through the zone control valve 7 to generate fine water mist, so that fire extinguishing and cooling protection are performed on different areas. When the Novec1230 gas fire extinguishing system acts, the driving gas cylinder 17 receives a control signal to open the third selector valve 21 of the corresponding control compartment area, then the container valve is driven by air pressure to open all the fire extinguishing agent bottles 18, and the Novec1230 fire extinguishing agent is released through the gas transmission pipeline to extinguish fire and cool and protect the interior of the compartment or the engine compartment.
When a fire disaster happens, the beneficial effects brought by the invention are as follows: the water storage tank 1 is used for providing water source, the high-pressure water pump 2 works to generate pressure, and the pressure acts on the water mist spray head to generate solid water mist conical advance, so that the flowing fire of the vehicle body can be effectively extinguished, and the anti-riot armored vehicle can be effectively protected. The water mist nozzles are arranged in groups, the car bottom fire extinguishing device comprises a car head bumper, two bumper nozzles 6 below the car head bumper are used for protecting a chassis, a tire nozzle 5 is arranged on each tire wheel hub and used for protecting tires, and meanwhile, a water delivery fire hose 15 is arranged in the car and is convenient for moving type fire extinguishing. The nozzles on the supports on the two sides of the roof, below the tires and the head bumper and the air nozzle in the engine compartment can effectively extinguish fire, protect the whole body, the chassis and the engine compartment, and prevent heat transfer from causing the armored vehicle not to be influenced by fire; meanwhile, a movable water-conveying fire-fighting hose and a movable gas-conveying fire-fighting hose are arranged in the vehicle, so that the fire can be conveniently and flexibly extinguished by the anti-riot fighter. Two air nozzles 24 are arranged in an engine compartment, and a water delivery fire hose 23 is arranged on the inner side wall of the vehicle and is used for extinguishing fire in a carriage. The function control panel 8 can realize regional fire extinguishing through the control of a control circuit 25, and realizes the function of instant start and stop through a fixed/movable switching button 9, a vehicle bottom fire extinguishing group switch 14, a side-hung fire extinguishing group switch 13, a water pump start/stop button 27, a first manual start/stop button 28, a second manual start/stop button 11 and an engine compartment/carriage switching button 26.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of compact structure, convenient and fast operation and high fire extinguishing efficiency, the control functions of the two systems are realized by controlling each valve by the function control panel in the cab, the water mist spray nozzles on the supports at the two sides of the roof, each tire, the part below the head bumper and the air nozzle in the engine compartment can effectively extinguish fire when a fire breaks out, the whole body, the chassis and the engine compartment are protected, heat transfer is prevented, so that the armored car is not influenced by the fire, and meanwhile, the movable water and gas transmission fire hoses are arranged in the carriage, so that public security antiriot personnel can conveniently extinguish the fire by maneuvering.
