Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于5G天线制程的粘合片,该粘合片包含丙烯酸系共聚物,该丙烯酸系共聚物是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:丙烯酸异辛酯50~70份、丙烯酸乙酯10~20份、丙烯酸羟乙酯1~5份、丙烯酰吗啉2~6份、丙烯酸甲酯3~6份、甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯10~20份、偶氮二异丁腈0.1~0.5份、溶剂150~200份。本发明的丙烯酸系共聚物,能够有效的提升粘合片对5G天线组合物的粘接性能和耐温性能,以及很好地控制了高温高湿前后高速剥离力,且对被贴物无污染。

Description

用于5G天线制程的基于丙烯酸系共聚物的粘合片
技术领域
本发明涉及粘合片技术领域,具体涉及5G天线制程的基于丙烯酸系共聚物的粘合片。
背景技术
由于手机5G信号的推行,对天线、基材要求高频低介电损耗,所以现在很多采用LCP(Liquid Crystal Polymer,液晶高分子聚合物)材质,但是LCP天线制程复杂,要求很高。软质基板制备需经过酸洗,等离子溅射、高温压合等过程,需贴合保护材料,以免受到污染和损伤。
由于LCP材质表面能低,附着力很差,对于保护膜的要求是:低粘(剥离力小于20gf/25mm),易于贴合和剥离,高温高湿后无转移和污染等。采用现有的聚丙烯酸酯类和聚氨酯类保护材料,很难粘贴住LCP;若采用硅胶,不仅价格高,而且容易有转移鬼影,污染被贴物。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于5G天线制程的基于丙烯酸系共聚物的粘合片,以解决现有的粘合片对LCP无法粘接、污染被贴物的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种用于5G天线制程的粘合片,所述粘合片包含丙烯酸系共聚物,所述丙烯酸系共聚物是由按重量份计的以下组分经聚合反应后得到的:丙烯酸异辛酯50~70份、丙烯酸丁酯10~20份、丙烯酸羟乙酯1~5份、丙烯酰吗啉2~6份、丙烯酸甲酯3~6份、甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯10~20份、偶氮二异丁腈0.1~0.5份、溶剂150~200份。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸系共聚物的制备方法为:将部分单体和溶剂投入反应釜中,在通氮充足的前提下,60~65℃下加入引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,反应1~3h;然后加入剩余单体,继续反应1~2h;接着升温至70~75℃,继续反应2~5h;然后加入剩余溶剂,稀释降温,得到所述丙烯酸共聚物。
进一步地,所述溶剂为不含苯类的溶剂,包括乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、异丙醇以及它们的混合物。
进一步地,所述丙烯酸系共聚物的重均分子量Mw为30万~80万。
本发明另一方面提供了用于5G天线制程的粘合片,包括基材、涂布于所述基材上的粘合剂层以及贴合于所述粘合剂层上的离型膜,所述粘合剂包括按重量份计的如下组分:丙烯酸系共聚物100份、固化剂2~10份、催化剂0.001~0.002份以及溶剂20~60份;其中,所述丙烯酸系共聚物为前述的丙烯酸系共聚物。
进一步地,所述催化剂为有机金属类化合物,包括有机锡催化剂、有机铋催化剂、有机锆催化剂、有机锌催化剂、有机铝催化剂以及它们的混合物。
进一步地,所述固化剂为多异氰酸酯固化剂,优选地,所述固化剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯加成物固化剂。
进一步地,所述溶剂为不含苯类的溶剂,其包括乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、异丙醇以及它们的混合物。
进一步地,所述基材可为本领域常用的基材,包括但不限于纸、塑料薄膜、泡棉、无纺布、织物、铝箔等。优选地,所述基材为PET基材。
进一步地,所述粘合片的使用层厚度不超过35um,其中使用层指基材和粘合剂层。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明的丙烯酸系共聚物,在丙烯酸共聚物中添加了甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯单体,从而引入了部分聚醚链段来改性丙烯酸酯树脂,有效的提升了对LCP的润湿性(初粘)和粘接性能;另外,还添加了丙烯酰吗啉单体,有效的解决了胶膜耐温性差的问题。
2.本发明的粘合片,对于低极性材质的LCP膜具有良好的粘接能力,且耐温性能好,很好地控制了高温高湿前后高速剥离力,对被贴物无污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1~4、对比例1~2:制备用于5G天线制程的粘合片
1.制备丙烯酸系共聚物
按照表1所示的配方,将部分单体和乙酸乙酯投入反应釜底,在保证通氮充足的前提下,在63℃加入引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,反应2h。然后滴加剩余单体,滴加1h,滴加完继续反应1h。接着升温至75℃,75℃条件下继续反应3h。然后加入剩余溶剂,稀释降温,得到丙烯酸系共聚物。

2.制备粘合片
粘合片的制备方法:
按照表2所示的应用配方,将组合物混合均匀,在25μm PET上涂布8μm干胶,90℃条件下烘烤3min,再贴合50μm离型膜,在50℃环境下放置48h后取出测试。

3.性能测试
按照以下方法对实施例1-4和对比例1-3制备的粘合片进行性能测试,测试结果如表3所示:
180°剥离强度:按照GB/T2792-2014规定的方法测试。
180°高速剥离力:按照GB/T2792-2014规定的方法测试,测试速度为20m/min。
耐温性测试:将粘合片贴合在50um铜箔上,置于180℃烘箱内老化30min,然后取出,室温放置30min,剥离粘合片,观察铜箔上是否有残胶或者胶印。
高温高湿环测:将粘合片贴合在LCP膜上,置于85℃*85%RH的环测机内72h,然后取出,室温放置30min,测试180°剥离强度以及高速剥离力,并观察LCP膜是否有残胶或者胶印。

从表3中可以看出,对比例1中使用的全部是常规单体,剥离力偏高,但对LCP的粘接性能极差,且耐温性较差;对比例2在对比例1的基础上添加了部分甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(M-90G),引入部分聚醚链段来改性丙烯酸酯树脂,有效的提升了在LCP上的粘接性能。
实施例1在对比例2的基础上添加了部分丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)单体,部分解决了粘合片耐温性差和环测效果差的问题;实施例2在实施例1的基础上增加了部分丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO)单体,很好的提高粘合片耐温性和环测性。
对比例3在实施例2的基础上增加了M-90G的添加比例,但没有添加催化剂,对LCP薄膜的粘接性能提升明显,但是高速剥离力很,切环测爬升严重,对制程撕膜影响大。
实施例3、4在对比例3上添加不同的比例催化剂,对LCP膜粘接性能有部分降低,但是很好地控制了环测前后的高速剥离力。
以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本发明而所举的较佳的实施例,本发明的保护范围不限于此。本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所作的等同替代或变换,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于5G天线制程的粘合片,其特征在于,所述粘合片包含丙烯酸系共聚物,所述丙烯酸系共聚物是由按重量份计的以下组分经聚合反应后得到的:丙烯酸异辛酯50~70份、丙烯酸丁酯10~20份、丙烯酸羟乙酯1~5份、丙烯酰吗啉2~6份、丙烯酸甲酯3~6份、甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯10~20份、偶氮二异丁腈0.1~0.5份、溶剂150~200份;
其中,所述丙烯酸系共聚物的重均分子量Mw为30万 ~ 80万,其制备方法为:
将一半单体和部分溶剂投入反应釜中,在通氮充足的前提下,60~65℃下加入引发剂偶氮二异丁腈,反应1~3h;然后加入剩余单体,继续反应1~2h;接着升温至70~75℃,继续反应2~5h;然后加入剩余溶剂,稀释降温,得到所述丙烯酸共聚物。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于5G天线制程的粘合片,其特征在于,所述溶剂为不含苯类的溶剂,其包括乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、异丙醇以及它们的混合物。
3.一种用于5G天线制程的粘合片,包括基材、涂布于所述基材上的粘合剂层以及贴合于所述粘合剂层上的离型膜,其特征在于,所述粘合剂包括按重量份计的如下组分:丙烯酸系共聚物100份、固化剂2 ~ 10份、催化剂0.001 ~ 0.01份以及溶剂20 ~ 60份。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于5G天线制程的粘合片,其特征在于,所述催化剂为有机金属类化合物,其包括有机锡催化剂、有机铋催化剂、有机锆催化剂、有机锌催化剂、有机铝催化剂以及它们的混合物。
5.如权利要求3所述的用于5G天线制程的粘合片,其特征在于,所述固化剂为多异氰酸酯类固化剂。
6.如权利要求3所述的用于5G天线制程的粘合片,其特征在于,所述固化剂为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯加成物固化剂。
7.如权利要求3所述的用于5G天线制程的粘合片,其特征在于,所述溶剂为不含苯类的溶剂,其包括乙酸乙酯、丙酮、丁酮、异丙醇以及它们的混合物。
8.如权利要求3所述的用于5G天线制程的粘合片,其特征在于,所述粘合片的使用层厚度不超过35um。
