the rotating ring (2) is a circular ring, one end of the circular ring is provided with an annular protrusion (7), the other end of the circular ring is provided with an annular recess (8), the side wall surface of the circular ring is provided with an opening (9), and the diameter of the opening (9) is matched with the outer diameter of the plug rod shaft (3);
the main body of the plug rod shaft (3) is a hollow insulating rod, a buckle (10) is arranged at one end of the plug rod shaft (3), the buckle (10) is of an elastic valve structure, the inner diameter of a cavity formed by the buckle (10) is matched with a metal ring (6) of the base shaft (3), and a metal block (11) is arranged in the joint of the buckle (10) and the hollow insulating rod;
an elastic ring (15) is sleeved on the metal block (11) in the plug rod shaft (3), and the metal block (11) can stretch out and draw back in the plug rod shaft (3).
