Abstract
The invention discloses a connecting assembly for an automobile external decoration, which comprises an external decoration fixing piece, a pressing piece, a connecting overturning piece and a locking piece, wherein the external decoration fixing piece is used for being fixedly connected with the automobile external decoration; after the pressing piece presses the automobile exterior decoration part and the automobile body metal plate, the locking piece locks the exterior decoration fixing piece and the pressing piece and cannot rotate relatively. The invention also discloses an automobile external decoration system and an installation method of the automobile external decoration. The automobile exterior trim part is connected with the automobile exterior trim part through the exterior trim fixing part, and the automobile exterior trim part and the automobile body metal plate are pressed through the pressing part. The automobile body sheet metal does not need to be changed, and the automobile exterior trim decorating part can be conveniently and reliably connected with the automobile body sheet metal.

after the pressing member 2 presses the automobile exterior trim 10 and the automobile body sheet metal 20, the locking member locks the exterior trim fixing member 1 and the pressing member 2 against relative rotation.
In this embodiment, the exterior fixing member 1 is connected to the exterior trim 10 of the automobile, and the exterior trim 10 of the automobile is pressed against the body sheet metal 20 by the pressing member 2. The vehicle body metal plate 20 does not need to be changed, and the automobile exterior trim 10 and the vehicle body metal plate 20 can be conveniently and reliably connected.

The automobile body metal plate 20 and the automobile outer decorating part 10 are connected in a pressing mode through the pressing part 2, and holes or grooves do not need to be formed in the automobile body metal plate 20. The mounting can be realized by the connecting component only by opening the mounting hole 102 and the bending flanging 101 on the added automobile exterior decoration 10.
Alternatively, the flanges 101 and the vehicle body sheet metal 20 are not necessarily parallel to each other with the connecting plate 12, and the flanges 101 only need to be ensured to be attached to the vehicle body sheet metal 20. The first pressing block 21 does not necessarily apply a force perpendicular to the flange 101, as long as pressing is ensured.

when the first pressing block 21 and the second pressing block 22 press the flange 101 and the vehicle body metal plate 20 together, the locking member 4 comprises a bolt 41 and a nut 42, and the bolt 41 sequentially penetrates through the fourth locking hole 221, the third locking hole 32, the second locking hole 31 and the first locking hole 121 and then is fastened through the nut 42.
As shown in fig. 1, when the connection tumbler 3 is not flipped, the first and second locking holes 121 and 31 are separated from the third and fourth locking holes 32 and 221, and the bolts 41 are not yet inserted into all of the four locking holes (121, 31, 32, 221).
As shown in fig. 2, when the first pressing block 21 and the second pressing block 22 press the flange 101 against the vehicle body metal plate 20 together, at this time, the four locking holes (121, 31, 32, 221) are aligned on the same straight line, the bolt 41 can sequentially pass through the fourth locking hole 221, the third locking hole 32, the second locking hole 31 and the first locking hole 121, and finally, the locking connection is performed through the nut 42.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the second pressing block 22 is U-shaped, one end of the second pressing block 22 is provided with a pressing surface 222, and a plurality of parallel embossings are formed on the pressing surface 222.
The embossing can increase the pressing force and stability of the pressing surface 222 and the vehicle body sheet metal 20.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the first pressing block 21 is three cylindrical thickness adjusting columns. The thickness adjusting column is used for designing the height according to the thickness of different automobile exterior decorating parts 10 and the thickness of the automobile body metal plate 20, so that connecting components of different specifications are realized to mount the automobile exterior decorating parts 10 with different thicknesses.
Furthermore, the connection turnover part 3 is a flexible folding part, the flexible folding part can be integrally injection-molded with the connecting plate 12 and the second pressing block 22, and the thickness of the flexible folding part is about 1 mm.
The two major parts of the mechanism can be integrally injected through a pair of dies by integral injection molding, and the manufacturing cost investment of parts can be reduced.
Alternatively, the connection and turnover member 3 may be made of rubber, plastic, or silicone.
Preferably, the material of the connecting overturned element 3 is PA6.
Alternatively, the connection turnover part 3 and the exterior fixing part 1 and the pressing part 2 can also be welded, riveted, bonded or the like.

the pressing piece is turned over through the connecting turning piece;
the pressing piece presses the contact position of the automobile exterior decoration part and the automobile body sheet metal;
the retaining member locks the exterior fixing member and the pressing member.
