Step four S4: the control unit 163 is used to control the distance between the object 2 to be printed and the inkjet head 141 of a printing mechanism 14.
And step five S5: the print head 141 of the print mechanism 14 is used to print the object 2.
As can be seen from the above description, the inkjet printing apparatus and the method thereof according to the present invention have the following advantages compared with the prior art: the ink-jet printing structure and the method thereof of the invention mainly utilize the hardware design of arranging a plurality of groups of ink-jet heads in an ink-jet printing device at the same time, effectively compress the interval of paper to be printed to the minimum in a mode of adjusting the distance between the ink-jet heads, so as to improve the efficiency problem of the traditional ink-jet printing device, and really achieve the main advantages of increasing the printing efficiency, reducing the waiting time of movement, simultaneously printing a plurality of objects to be printed and the like in response to the objects to be printed with different sizes.

Claims (15)

1. An inkjet printing apparatus, characterized by comprising at least:
a base (11);
a paper feeding mechanism (12) arranged at one end of the base (11), wherein the paper feeding mechanism (12) conveys at least one object (2) to be printed into the base (11);
a conveying mechanism (13) which is arranged at the upper end part of the base (11) and is correspondingly connected with one end part of the paper feeding mechanism (12), and the conveying mechanism (13) receives and conveys the object (2) to be printed which enters from the paper feeding mechanism (12);
a plurality of jet printing mechanisms (14) arranged at the upper end part of the conveying mechanism (13), wherein each jet printing mechanism (14) is correspondingly provided with an ink jet head (141), and the ink jet heads (141) perform the printing action of the object to be printed (2);
a plurality of position adjusting mechanisms (15), wherein each position adjusting mechanism (15) is correspondingly connected with each jet printing mechanism (14) so as to position and drive the jet printing mechanism (14) to move; and
a man-machine interface (16), the man-machine interface (16) at least comprises an input unit (161) for a user to input, an operation unit (162) electrically connected with the input unit (161), and a control unit (163) respectively electrically connected with the operation unit (162), the paper feeding mechanism (12) and a plurality of the spray printing mechanisms (14), wherein the position adjusting mechanism (15) comprises a cross rod (151) arranged at the upper end of the base (11), a belt component (152) arranged on the cross rod (151), a base (153) connected with the belt component (152), a first adjusting module (154) connected with the base (153) and the spray printing mechanism (14), a second adjusting module (155) connected with the first adjusting module (154) and the spray printing mechanism (14), and a third adjusting module (156) connected with the belt component (152), Two rails (157) respectively arranged on two sides of the base (11), two support frames (158) respectively correspondingly arranged on the plurality of rails (157) to fix the cross bar (151), a fourth adjusting module (159) connected to at least one support frame (158), and a fifth adjusting module (15A), wherein the first adjusting module (154) displaces relative to the base (153) to drive the spray printing mechanism (14) to move along the transverse Y-axis direction, the second adjusting module (155) displaces relative to the base (153) to drive the spray printing mechanism (14) to move along the longitudinal Z-axis direction, the third adjusting module (156) controls the rotation of the belt assembly (152) to drive the base (153) to move, so as to drive the spray printing mechanism (14) to move along the transverse X-axis direction, and the fourth adjusting module (159) controls the plurality of support frames (158) to move on the plurality of rails (157), the cross bar (151) is driven to move in the transverse Y-axis direction relative to the base (11), and the fifth adjusting module (15A) controls the support frame (158) to move in the longitudinal direction so as to drive the cross bar (151) to move in the longitudinal Z-axis direction.

3. The inkjet printing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a front bezel (1211) is formed at an upper end of the main fence (121), and a filling area (1212) is provided, the filling area (1212) is used for placing the object (2) to be printed and is blocked by the front bezel (1211).
4. The inkjet printing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the transport assembly (122) comprises a motor having a drive wheel (1221) journalled thereon, and a transport module (1222).
5. The inkjet printing apparatus according to claim 4 wherein the transport module (1222) is a transport belt.
6. The inkjet printing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the transfer roller set (123) includes a first transfer roller (1231) and a second transfer roller (1232) disposed at a lower end of the first transfer roller (1231).

An ink jet printing apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the sub-fence lifting mechanism (124) comprises a driving member (1241), an eccentric shaft (1242) disposed at the center of the driving member (1241) toward the outside, a crank (1243) fitted to the eccentric shaft (1242), and a sub-support member (1244) attached to the top end of the crank (1243), and the sub-support member (1244) is correspondingly disposed at the rear end portion of the priming area (1212).
8. The inkjet printing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein a link (1245) is provided between the crank (1243) and the auxiliary support (1244).
9. The inkjet printing apparatus according to claim 8, wherein an axle (1246) is provided between the link (1245) and the auxiliary support (1244).

The inkjet printing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the transporting mechanism (13) includes a suction unit (131) disposed inside the base (11), and a surface of the transporting mechanism (13) is provided with a plurality of openings (132), and the suction unit (131) sucks external air through the plurality of openings (132) to suck the object (2) to be printed.

step four (S4): controlling a distance between the object (2) to be printed and the inkjet head (141) of the inkjet printing mechanism (14) using the control unit (163); and
step five (S5): the print head (141) of the print mechanism (14) is used to print the object (2).
