本发明公开一种提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离的刹车系统,包括刹车片和卡钳,所述刹车片上方设有卡钳,所述刹车片端面均匀设置有圆形贯穿孔,所述刹车片的回转面均匀设置有至少两个六角形贯穿孔,所述卡钳的内壁设置有活塞,所述卡钳的两侧边设有固定块,所述固定块之间卡设有刹车皮,所述刹车皮为陶瓷刹车皮,由陶瓷纤维、芳纶纤维、橡胶颗粒、铝合金颗粒和硅酸盐矿物颗粒烧结压制而成。本发明的有益效果是:提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离,方便更换刹车皮。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车刹车系统领域,尤其涉及一种提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离的刹车系统。
背景技术
汽车的刹车性能关乎到驾驶者的生命安全,某种程度上比汽车的引擎性能更为重要。现代汽车的刹车系统一般采用盘式刹车或鼓式刹车,盘式刹车的优点很明显,首先,制动的反应速度快,其次,在输出制动力矩相同的情况下,其尺寸和质量相对鼓式制动器的小,所以现代汽车的刹车系统更多地采用了盘式刹车的方式来制动,但是盘式刹车的缺点也很明显,1、因为没有鼓式刹车的自动刹紧作用,使盘式刹车的刹车力较鼓式刹车为低,2、刹车皮之磨损较大,致更换频率可能较高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离的刹车系统,使用双边活塞制动的方式,主要解决盘式刹车摩擦力低和刹车皮需要经常更换的问题。
本发明提出一种提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离的刹车系统,包括刹车片和卡钳,所述刹车片上方设有卡钳,所述刹车片端面均匀设置有圆形贯穿孔,所述刹车片的回转面均匀设置有至少两个六角形贯穿孔,所述卡钳的内壁设置有活塞,所述卡钳的两侧边设有固定块,所述固定块之间卡设有刹车皮。
进一步改进在于:所述六角形贯穿孔的内壁设置有密布的条形凸起。
进一步改进在于:所述刹车皮的两侧均设有S型弹簧片,所述固定块的内侧设有U型卡位,所述S型弹簧片插入到U型卡位内。
进一步改进在于:所述刹车皮采用陶瓷刹车皮。
进一步改进在于:所述陶瓷刹车皮由陶瓷纤维、芳纶纤维、橡胶颗粒、铝合金颗粒和硅酸盐矿物颗粒烧结压制而成。
进一步改进在于:所述陶瓷刹车皮由30%陶瓷纤维、30%芳纶纤维、10%橡胶颗粒、10%铝合金颗粒和20%硅酸盐矿物颗粒烧结压制而成。
进一步改进在于:所述铝合金颗粒为6061铝合金,所述硅酸盐矿物颗粒为硅酸铝镁。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.采用了S型弹簧插入到U型卡位内,可以快速更换刹车皮。
2.改进了陶瓷刹车皮的配方,使得刹车皮获得更为大的摩擦系数,提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离。
3.六角形贯穿孔的内壁设置有密布的条形凸起,增大了刹车片的散热面积,有利于刹车片快速散热,提高刹车片的寿命。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
根据图1、3、4、6所示,本实施例提出了一种提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离的刹车系统,包括刹车片1和卡钳2,所述刹车片1上方设有卡钳2,所述刹车片1端面均匀设置有圆形贯穿孔3,所述刹车片1的回转面均匀设置有至少两个六角形贯穿孔4,每个六角形贯穿孔4均经过刹车片1的圆心,所述卡钳2的内壁设置有活塞5,所述活塞5在不做功的情况下其端面与卡钳2内壁平齐,所述卡钳2的两侧边均设有固定块6,所述固定块6之间卡设有刹车皮7。
根据图1、2所示,所述六角形贯穿孔4的内壁设置有密布的条形凸起8,六角形贯穿孔4的内壁的每个面都设有七个条形凸起8,所述条形凸起8的长度与六角形贯穿孔4的长度相等,且各个条形凸起8之间均为平行设置、间隔相等。
根据图3、4、5所示,所述刹车皮7的两侧均设有S型弹簧片9,所述固定块6的内侧设有U型卡位10,所述S型弹簧片9插入到U型卡位10内,S型弹簧片9在受到活塞5的推力形变后,S型弹簧片9能够依靠本身的弹性使刹车皮7重新恢复位置。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方案,所述刹车皮7采用陶瓷刹车皮,所述陶瓷刹车皮由30%陶瓷纤维、30%芳纶纤维、10%橡胶颗粒、10%铝合金颗粒和20%硅酸盐矿物颗粒烧结压制而成,所述铝合金颗粒为6061铝合金,所述硅酸盐矿物颗粒为硅酸铝镁。
工作原理:使用双边活塞制动的方式,活塞5在不做功的情况下其端面与卡钳2内壁平齐,当驾驶者踩下刹车踏板后油压推动两个活塞向刹车片1挤压,形成摩擦力对汽车制动,行驶过程中由于刹车产生的高热可通过圆形贯穿孔3和六角形贯穿孔4散热。

1.一种提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离的刹车系统,包括刹车片和卡钳,其特征在于:所述刹车片上方设有卡钳,所述刹车片端面均匀设置有圆形贯穿孔,所述刹车片的回转面均匀设置有至少两个六角形贯穿孔,所述卡钳的内壁设置有活塞,所述卡钳的两侧边设有固定块,所述固定块之间卡设有刹车皮,所述六角形贯穿孔的内壁设置有密布的条形凸起,所述刹车皮的两侧均设有S型弹簧片,所述固定块的内侧设有U型卡位,所述S型弹簧片插入到U型卡位内,所述刹车皮采用陶瓷刹车皮,所述陶瓷刹车皮由陶瓷纤维、芳纶纤维、橡胶颗粒、铝合金颗粒和硅酸盐矿物颗粒烧结压制而成,所述陶瓷刹车皮由30%陶瓷纤维、30%芳纶纤维、10%橡胶颗粒、10%铝合金颗粒和20%硅酸盐矿物颗粒烧结压制而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的提高刹车性能、缩短制动距离的刹车系统,其特征在于:所述铝合金颗粒为6061铝合金,所述硅酸盐矿物颗粒为硅酸铝镁。
