The installation and working modes of the storage bag device are as follows:
The collecting bag 1 is designed as a long cylinder, the specific length of which can be determined by the size of the cylindrical cavity 501. Referring to fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the heat-melting device 60 includes an annular mounting base 601, a first supporting block 602, a second supporting block 603, a third supporting block 604, a first optical axis 605, a second optical axis 606, a first sliding bar 607, a second sliding bar 608, a first belt 609, a second belt 610, a first belt pulley 611, a second belt pulley 612, a third belt pulley 613, a fourth belt pulley 614, a first rotating shaft 615, a second rotating shaft 616, a third rotating shaft 617, a gear motor 618, and a heat melt 619.
The first support block 602, the second support block 603 and the third support block 604 are sequentially arranged on three corners of the annular mounting base plate 601, a first optical axis 605 is arranged between the first support block 602 and the second support block 603, a second optical axis 606 is arranged between the second support block 603 and the third support block 604, and the first optical axis 605 is perpendicular to the second optical axis 606. The first rotating shaft 615 is vertically and rotatably arranged on the first supporting block 602, and is sleeved with the first belt pulley 611 through interference fit. The second slide bar 608 has one end as a connection end and the other end as a free end, and the second slide bar 608 is slidably sleeved on the second optical axis 606 through the connection end, and the free end extends along a direction perpendicular to the second optical axis. The first slide bar and the second slide bar are identical in structure, the connecting ends of the first slide bar and the second slide bar are respectively provided with a slide hole and a belt connecting hole, the slide holes are in sliding fit with the optical axis, the belt penetrates through the belt connecting holes to be fixedly connected with the slide bars, one of the two slide bars is connected with the inner side edge of the belt, the other slide bar is connected with the outer side edge of the belt, and the two slide bars are driven by the belt to perform opening or closing actions. The belt and the slide bar can be connected through screws or through clamping.
In the embodiment, the belt is a toothed belt, a clamping groove matched with the tooth shape of the belt is arranged in the belt connecting hole, and the belt is connected with the sliding rod in a clamping mode. In other embodiments, the belt may be a flat belt, and the belt and the slide bar may be connected by screws.
The third pulley 613 is engaged with the fourth pulley 614, and a second belt 610 is connected to the second pulley 610, and the second belt 610 is parallel to and inside the second optical axis 606. The inner side of the first belt 609 is provided with a hot melt 619, which in this embodiment is a high temperature ceramic body, long, about 10mm high. The high-temperature ceramic body is parallel to the first belt 610 and is positioned at the corner of the annular mounting bottom plate 601, a section of resistance wire 620 is buried in the central part of one side surface of the high-temperature ceramic body facing the center of the cylinder, the resistance wire 620 is equal to the high-temperature ceramic body and exposed to the inner side surface of the high-temperature ceramic body, the second slide bar 608 opposite to the high-temperature ceramic body is wrapped with high-temperature cloth 621, and the length of the wrapped high-temperature cloth corresponds to the length of the high-temperature ceramic body and the position of the wrapped high-temperature cloth corresponds to the high-temperature ceramic body.
The hot melting device is installed and works in the following modes:
the components are mounted on the annular mounting base plate 601 in advance, the assembled hot-melt apparatus is put into the cylinder 21, and the annular mounting base plate 601 is fixed to the annular support plate 24 by screws.
When the device works, the gear motor 618 drives the third rotating shaft 617 to rotate in the forward direction, the third rotating shaft drives the fourth belt pulley 614 to rotate, the fourth belt pulley drives the second belt pulley 610 to rotate, the second belt pulley drives the second belt pulley 612 and the third belt pulley 613 to synchronously rotate, so that the first belt 609 is driven to synchronously rotate, the first sliding rod 607 and the second sliding rod 608 are driven to be respectively opened to two sides by taking the second supporting block 603 as a starting point, and in the opened state, the excrement collecting bag passes through the inner hole of the annular mounting bottom plate 601 and enters the inner cavity of the cylinder; the speed reducing motor 618 drives the third rotating shaft 617 to rotate reversely, the first sliding rod 607 and the second sliding rod 608 are driven to fold from two sides to the second supporting block 603, the opened excrement collecting bag is pushed to the hot melt 619, the resistance wire 620 is electrified to generate heat, and meanwhile, the high-temperature ceramic body is heated, so that the excrement collecting bag is fused and sealed under the cooperation of the high-temperature cloth and the hot melt 619 and is cut off. The temperature of the high-temperature ceramic body is lower than that of the resistance wire, the high-temperature ceramic body has a certain height, for example, 10mm, and the high-temperature ceramic body is matched with the second slide bar to enable the convenient collecting bag to be bonded by hot melting, and the height of the bonding part is 10mm; the temperature of the resistance wire positioned in the middle of the high-temperature ceramic body is higher than the hot melting temperature, the resistance wire is matched with the second sliding rod to cut off the excrement collecting bag in the middle of the bonding part, and two ends of the cut excrement collecting bag are sealed.
In another embodiment, the annular mounting bottom plate 601 is provided with a limiter for limiting the opening and closing of the first slide bar and the second slide bar; the limit stop may be a limit switch, such as a first limit switch 630 defining an open state of the slide bar, a second limit switch 631 defining a closed state of the slide bar, both limit switches being mounted on the annular mounting plate 601 by screws. The limit switch is in the prior art, and the working principle and structure thereof are not described herein. The travel of the first slide bar and the second slide bar can be limited through setting of the limit switch, when the slide bar touches the limit switch, the limit switch sends a signal to the gear motor 618, the gear motor stops rotating, the slide bar stops sliding, and the slide bar is protected.
In another embodiment, a sliding groove is formed in a central portion of the second sliding rod 608, the sliding groove extends along a length direction of the second sliding rod to be matched with the first sliding rod 607, and the first sliding rod 607 passes through the sliding groove in the central portion of the second sliding rod to be slidably connected with the second sliding rod. By adopting the technical scheme, the sliding rod can work more reliably, and the hot-melting sealing effect of the convenient collecting bag is better.
Referring to fig. 6, in the present embodiment, the bag pushing device 80 includes a first rotating shaft 81, a second rotating shaft 82, a first lever 83 and a second lever 84; the first rotating shaft 81 and the second rotating shaft 82 are respectively and rotatably and vertically arranged at two ends of the upper side surface of the partition plate 23 and are close to the inner side wall of the cylinder 21, and the first rotating shaft 81 and the second rotating shaft 82 are respectively driven to rotate by a motor. One end of the first deflector rod 83 is fixedly sleeved on the first rotating shaft 81, and the other end is a free end which is driven by the first rotating shaft 81 to rotate around the first rotating shaft in the forward and reverse directions. One end of the second deflector rod 84 is fixedly sleeved on the second rotating shaft 82, and the other end is a free end which is driven by the second rotating shaft 82 to rotate around the second rotating shaft in the forward and reverse directions. The first and second levers 83, 84 will facilitate the removal of the bag from the cartridge when rotated relative to each other.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the two electric doors 90 have the same structure, and in this embodiment, each of the two electric doors includes a first door panel 91, a first door shaft 92, a second door panel 102, a second door shaft 104, and a driving mechanism for driving the two opposite doors to open and close. The driving mechanism includes a driving motor 97, a first timing belt 96, a second timing belt 105, a first pulley 98, a second pulley 99, a third pulley 95, a fourth pulley 101, a first gear 94, a second gear 93, a third gear 100, and a fourth gear 103.
The first door panel 91 and the second door panel 102 are respectively hinged with a first door shaft 92 and a second door shaft 104 arranged at the outer side of the door opening. The first door shaft 92 and the second door shaft 104 may be hinged to the outer side wall of the cylinder. Sealing strips can be arranged at the contact place of the door plate and the door opening to prevent odor from being emitted.
The drive mechanism is disposed in the lower barrel cavity 2012. The driving motor 97 is fixedly arranged on two sides of the bottom wall of the cylinder body through the base of the driving motor, and the output shaft faces upwards. The motor output shaft is coaxially sleeved with a first belt pulley 98 and a second belt pulley 99, a third belt pulley 95 is synchronously rotationally connected with a first gear 94 through a rotating shaft arranged on the bottom wall of the barrel, a fourth belt pulley 101 is synchronously rotationally connected with a third gear 100 through a rotating shaft arranged on the bottom wall of the barrel, the first belt pulley 98 and the third belt pulley 95 are connected with a first synchronous belt 96, the second belt pulley 99 is connected with a fourth belt pulley 101 and a second synchronous belt 105, the first gear 94 and the second gear 93 form a first gear pair, the third gear 100 and the fourth gear 103 form a second gear pair, the second gear 93 is sleeved at the lower end of the first door shaft 92 to drive the first door shaft to rotate, and the fourth gear 103 is sleeved at the lower end of the second door shaft 104 to drive the second door shaft to rotate. The driving motor 97 drives the first and second synchronous belts 96 and 105 to synchronously rotate, and drives the first and second door shafts 92 and 104 to rotate through the first and second gear pairs, so as to drive the first and second door panels 91 and 102 to open or close.
Referring to fig. 8, the present application provides a nursing bed provided with a toilet bowl for a nursing bed of a first embodiment, which includes a nursing bed body 200, a toilet bowl 100 for a nursing bed of the first embodiment, and a conveyor 300.
The nursing bed body 200 comprises a bed plate, the bed plate 2001 below the buttocks of the patient is movable, two struts 2002 are connected below the bed plate, two electric push rods 2003 are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the two struts, and the electric push rods 2003 are positioned on two sides of the movable bed plate 2001. The toilet 100 for the nursing bed is arranged below the bed board, the upper opening of the toilet dirt holding cavity 102 is opposite to the movable bed board 2001, two side walls of the toilet body are respectively provided with two bosses 1001, the two bosses are respectively supported on the telescopic heads of the two electric push rods 2003, and the electric push rods 2003 extend or retract to drive the toilet 100 to ascend or descend; the conveyor 300 may be a belt conveyor, which is respectively provided at both sides of the toilet bowl, one end of which is close to the electric door 90 of the stool collection tub, and the other end of which is laterally extended to the edge of the nursing bed, and the end of the conveyor 300 may be further provided with a collection box 400 for temporarily storing the stool collection bag.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, a method of using the toilet for a nursing bed according to the present invention will be described by taking a toilet for a nursing bed provided with a first embodiment as an example, and includes the steps of:
1. the excrement collecting bag 1 is put into the bag storing device 50, the upper end of the excrement collecting bag is pulled out of the bag storing device and put into the upper cavity 2011, and the hot melting device 60 is started to seal the lower end of the excrement collecting bag;
2. The excrement collecting barrel 20 is sleeved on the drain pipe 13 at the bottom of the sewage containing cavity of the closestool body, and the electric push rod 30 at the bottom of the excrement collecting barrel is started to enable the excrement collecting barrel 20 to ascend, so that the drain pipe 13 passes through the annular mounting bottom plate 601 of the hot melting device;
3. The two side walls of the closestool 100 are provided with the bosses 1001, the closestool 100 is arranged below the nursing bed 200, the upper opening of the closestool dirt holding cavity is opposite to the movable bed plate 2001, and the two bosses 1001 are respectively supported on the telescopic heads of the two electric push rods 2003;
4. When the toilet starts to be used, the movable bed board 2001 is moved to the lower part of the bed board, two electric push rods 2003 are started, the electric push rods 2003 extend out to enable the toilet 100 to be too high to the plane of the bed board, buttocks of a patient are placed in an opening of a toilet dirt holding cavity, a suction fan in a toilet collecting barrel is started, a toilet collecting bag 1 is pulled out from the storage bag device 50, and the toilet starts to be used;
5. starting a flushing system after the toilet is finished, flushing the buttocks of a human body by the arc-shaped spray gun 11, and flushing the inner wall of the toilet by the flushing pipe 122;
6. After the flushing is finished, the electric push rod 30 at the bottom of the excrement collecting barrel is started to enable the excrement collecting barrel 20 to descend, so that the sewage discharge pipe 12 is higher than the hot melting device 60;
7. Starting the hot melting device 60, carrying out hot melting sealing on the excrement collecting bag, cutting off the excrement collecting bag, and sealing the two ends of the cut excrement collecting bag;
8. closing the electric door 90, starting the electric push rod 30 at the bottom of the excrement collecting barrel to enable the excrement collecting barrel 20 to ascend, and enabling the sewage discharge pipe 13 to pass through the hot melting device 60 to prepare for the next use;
9. Starting the belt conveyor 300, opening the electric door 90 of the excrement collecting barrel, starting the bag pushing device 80, pushing the excrement collecting bag out of the toilet bowl body 100, and conveying the excrement collecting bag to the collecting box 400 through the belt conveyor 300;
10. Two electric pushrods 2003 are activated, and the electric pushrods 2003 retract to lower the toilet 100 to the home position and move the movable bed 2001 to the home position.
The automatic control system can also operate, for example, after the excrement is finished, commands can be sent to the controller through buttons, a remote controller, bluetooth, a mobile phone, wifi and the like to achieve the actions of flushing, drying, odor discharging and the like, the automatic control system can design the excrement collecting barrel to automatically finish hot-melt sealing, cutting off and automatically opening the electric door after the excrement cleaning is finished, the garbage bag in the barrel is pushed out through the bag pushing device, the electric door is automatically closed, and the air suction device automatically sucks a second bag, so that the automatic control system is convenient for next use.
