Background
Orthodontic treatment includes a wide range of treatment procedures, generally involving correction of misalignment of teeth, abnormal teeth, etc., by oral techniques. There are various methods for orthodontic treatment, such as fixed appliances, removable appliances, etc., and the treatment method is selected according to the actual situation of teeth, the kind of dental deformity, etc., and the individual's requirements. Invisible or transparent appliances are a rapidly developing method for correcting dentition irregularities in recent years. The dentition is corrected by wearing a series of transparent appliances. The appliance not only can meet the need of correcting teeth, but also can avoid the defect that the traditional bracket correction can see the steel teeth, and is the hottest method for correcting teeth in the market at present. However, the series of transparent appliances generally need 20-30 sets to gradually arrange irregular teeth, and common positioning channels for putting the appliances are often difficult to form among the irregular teeth, so that the appliances cannot be well positioned to exert the correcting performance.

2) Because the tooth arranging device disclosed by the invention uses the elastic silica gel material, the tooth arranging device is easy to position under the condition of dislocation of dentition, and the comfort level is higher.
3) Because the upper and lower parts of the tooth row device are connected into a whole, the tooth row device can form interaction force between jaws after being worn, and the sagittal relation of the upper and lower dentitions can be adjusted. Whereas in a typical transparent appliance, the appliances of the upper and lower dentitions are separate.
4) The invention obtains the model through cone beam CT and laser scanning, and then fuses, the obtained model is accurate, and the error is small;
5) The invention uses the 1/3 of the root length from the root tip of the tooth root as the rotation center to do tooth tilting movement, which accords with the physiological requirement of the tooth, so that the corrected tooth can reach an ideal health position.
