Specifically, fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional structure of an evaporative humidifier, which is shown in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a first air inlet duct 11 blows a first gas from an air inlet 110 to a humidification mesh 220, and then the first gas is guided into a second air inlet 211 by a fan 310 to form a second gas, and then flows downward through a second air inlet duct 12 to enter an air outlet 213, and the exchanged second gas is discharged through the air outlet 213 of an air outlet duct 13. That is, the first air duct 11 blows dry air (i.e., the first air), the dry air is introduced into the humidification mesh 220 under the action of the fan 310, moisture in the humidification mesh 220 is taken away to form humid air (i.e., the second air), and the humid air flows downward through the second air duct 12 and is then led out to the air outlet 213 at the upper portion of the water tank, so as to form a "U" -shaped air duct. The humidifier air channel structure designed in this way is integrated with the water tank, a complex air inlet channel and air outlet channel assembly is not needed, the structure is simplified, the cost is saved, the installation steps are reduced, and the appearance is neat.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the second air inlet duct 12 of the evaporative humidifier is located in the hollow cylindrical structure of the central area of the water storage chamber 210, the top wall 211 of the water storage chamber is configured as at least one grid formed along a radius with the center as a circle center, and the grids have a common starting point (i.e., a circle center), and are sequentially arranged at intervals to allow the second air to flow, and then an air outlet duct 13 is arranged between the outer peripheral wall of the water storage chamber 210 and the inner side wall of the water tank 200. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the air outlet duct 13 is disposed in a ring shape, the air outlet duct 13 includes a plurality of sub air outlet ducts disposed at intervals, each sub air outlet duct corresponds to at least one grid, and a reinforcing rib 214 is disposed between two adjacent sub air outlet ducts, that is, the reinforcing ribs 214 are disposed at intervals to form the air outlet duct 13.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the inlet 110 includes a plurality of grills disposed at equal intervals, which are circumferentially disposed around the top wall of the upper cover 100 to allow dry air to be efficiently introduced. In addition, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the outlet 213 includes a plurality of grilles disposed at equal intervals, and the grilles are disposed circumferentially around the outer sidewall of the water tank, so that the humid air is efficiently discharged to achieve the purpose of humidification.
In order to prevent the humid air discharged from the humidifier from being blown out horizontally, which may affect the user experience, reduce wind resistance, and reduce noise, in the present embodiment, the first wind guide wall 212 is disposed at a position on the outer peripheral wall of the water storage chamber 210 close to the wind outlet 213, so as to change the discharge direction of the second gas through the wind outlet 213, and to flow the discharged humid air to the upper side.
The first air guide wall 212 is specifically inclined from the outer peripheral wall of the water storage chamber 210 to the inner side wall of the water tank 200, the included angle between the first air guide wall 212 and the horizontal direction is 60 ° to 65 °, and the included angle is 63 ° in this embodiment. Of course, those skilled in the art can select other included angle values according to the needs, and the included angle values are not limited in detail.
It should be further noted that the first air guiding wall 212, the inner side wall of the water tank 200, and the outer peripheral wall and the bottom of the water storage chamber 210 are smooth, so as to facilitate cleaning and reduce wind resistance. In addition, the water adding mode of the evaporative humidifier of the embodiment is to remove the upper cover 100, add water between the upper humidification mesh 220 and the outer peripheral wall of the water storage cavity 210, and soak the water in the water storage cavity 210 in the direction of the upper cover along the longitudinal direction of the humidification mesh 220, which is more convenient to add water, and the step of removing the water tank is omitted, and in addition, the water storage cavity 210 is also provided with a highest water level line (not shown in the figure) to ensure the highest water level of the water inflow, so as to prevent the water addition amount from overflowing too much to affect the electronic device.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a second air guiding wall 301 is further disposed in the bottom case 300, and the second air guiding wall 301 is inclined from the bottom of the bottom case 300 to a direction close to the bottom wall of the water tank 200 and away from the center of the bottom case 300 to be connected with the bottom wall of the water tank 200. That is to say, the second air guiding wall 301 is formed in the bottom case 300 along the bottom wall and the side wall of the bottom case, and the air guiding wall is favorable for guiding the second air to the upper side to be discharged through the air outlet duct 13, so that air guiding, wind resistance reduction and noise reduction are facilitated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, a side of the bottom case 300 facing away from the water tank 200 is provided with a power supply module accommodating cavity (not shown), a power supply lid 320, an electronic control module accommodating cavity (not shown), and an electronic control lid 330. The power supply assembly accommodating cavity and the electronic control assembly accommodating cavity are arranged in the bottom case 300 and used for mounting electronic devices, so that the upper part which is easy to contact with water can be better isolated, and the product safety is ensured.
