During operation, the crushing process is carried out in the barrel body, the cutter and/or the pump-like mechanism is used for lifting the food liquid, so that the food liquid enters the flow guide component from the flow guide port, the juice flows out from the liquid outlet of the flow guide component and is conveyed to the separation part, the slag is collected in the separation part, the separation of the slag and the juice is realized, and the crushing and separation processes can be carried out simultaneously or in different time periods. However, the present inventors have found in practice that the above-described food processors have the following drawbacks. In one embodiment, the diversion opening is in a normally open state, and no baffle or a fixed baffle is arranged, so that in the rotation process, the diversion opening structure causes turbulent flow, the crushing efficiency is influenced, the energy consumption is increased, simultaneously, the food liquid is inevitably caused to enter from the diversion opening, and the blockage is easily caused when the food is not crushed completely. A food processor is a device that performs food processing. Example 1

In order to make the cutter 30 rotate to drive the foodstuff liquid into the separating portion 40, there may be various schemes, for example, the blade of the cutter 30 is in an axial flow blade shape, by setting a proper angle of the blade, the cutter 30 can generate axial pressure from bottom to top to the foodstuff liquid when rotating, and the foodstuff liquid flows from the outside of the separating portion 40 to the inside of the separating portion 40 through the liquid inlet due to the conduction of the liquid pressure. Such tools are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail.
In use of the food processor, the liquid inlet 41 of the separation unit 40 may be located above the liquid surface when the food liquid is stationary (the liquid inlet 41 is located at a distance from the liquid surface), or may be located at least partially below the liquid surface when the food liquid is stationary. When the cutter 30 rotates at a high speed, the axial pressure of the feed liquid is sufficiently high when the axial flow pump generated by the cutter 30 is sufficiently strong, so that the feed liquid flows at a sufficiently high speed, and even if the liquid level of the feed liquid at rest is lower than the liquid inlet 41, the feed liquid mixed with a large amount of air and vigorously tumbled in the tub 50 can still enter the separating portion 40.

Example 3
Referring to fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a food processor with a residue collection function, which includes a motor 10, a cutter shaft 20, a cutter 30, a separating portion 40, a flow guiding member 50, a tub 60, a body 70, an electric control valve 80, and a controller; the motor 10 is arranged in the machine body, the motor 10 can drive the cutter 30 and the separating part 40 which are positioned in the barrel body 60 to rotate through the cutter shaft 20, and the cutter 30 processes foodstuff in the barrel body 60 when rotating to form a foodstuff liquid with material residues; the controller is used to control the operation of the food processor, e.g., the controller is capable of controlling the rotational direction, rotational speed, etc. of the arbor 20.
The separation part 40 has a hollow structure having a side wall, for example, a cylindrical hollow body made of stainless steel; the separation section 40 has a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet hole 41.
In one embodiment, the liquid inlet is located at the bottom of the separation portion 40, for example, the separation portion 40 has a bottom surface, the bottom surface of the separation portion 40 is provided with a liquid inlet, and for example, a side wall of the separation portion 40 is provided with a liquid inlet.
The liquid outlet hole is, for example, a hole formed on the side wall of the separation part 40, or a filter screen with a liquid outlet hole is disposed at the hole formed on the side wall of the separation part 40, and the liquid outlet hole is formed by the filter holes of the filter screen.
Preferably, the separating portion 40 also has a top cover 42, more preferably, the top cover is a removable top cover. Providing the top cover 42 can prevent the slag entering the separation portion 40 from being carried out by the foodstuff liquid, and providing the detachable top cover facilitates taking out the slag and cleaning the separation portion 40.
The flow guiding member 50 is used for guiding the foodstuff liquid from outside the separating portion 40 into the separating portion 40, and has a hollow structure, such as a hollow tubular structure. The separation part 40 is disposed above, below, or around part or all of the outer surface of the sidewall of the flow guide member 50. The hollow structure of the flow guide member 50 communicates with the hollow structure of the separation portion 40, and the flow guide member 50 is provided with a flow guide port 51 serving as an inlet for the food liquid, for example, at the bottom surface or the lower end of the side wall of the flow guide member 50. The flow guiding component 50 is also provided with a liquid outlet, and the liquid outlet of the flow guiding component 50 is communicated with the liquid inlet of the separation part 40.
In one embodiment, the separating portion 40 and the guiding member 50 are connected to each other, for example, an integral connection structure, a detachable or non-detachable fixed connection structure, etc. (in this case, the liquid outlet of the guiding member 50 is the liquid inlet of the separating portion 40), and the separating portion 40 and/or the guiding member 50 are connected to the cutter shaft 20, preferably, the separating portion 40 and/or the guiding member 50 are detachably connected to the cutter shaft 20, and when the cutter shaft 20 rotates, the guiding member 50 can be driven to rotate, preferably, the separating portion 40 is located above the guiding member 50.
In another embodiment, the separation part 40 is separately disposed from the flow guiding member 50, and the flow guiding member 50 and the separation part 40 are relatively aligned, that is, the liquid outlet of the flow guiding member 50 corresponds to the liquid inlet of the separation part 40. For example, the separating portion 40 is located above the flow guiding member 50, and a liquid outlet at an upper end of the flow guiding member 50 is opposite to a liquid inlet at a lower end of the separating portion 40 (e.g. a liquid inlet formed on a bottom surface of the separating portion 40), which are spaced apart by a certain distance. The separating portion 40 is connected to the arbor 20, preferably, the separating portion 40 is detachably connected to the arbor 20, and the separating portion 40 can rotate along with the rotation of the arbor 20. The guide member 50 is connected to the cutter shaft 20, preferably, the guide member 50 is detachably connected to the cutter shaft 20 and can rotate along with the rotation of the cutter shaft 20, or the guide member 50 is fixed in the barrel 60, for example, fixed on the barrel 60 or the stand or the machine head, which is not limited by the connection mode of the guide member 50.
The electric control valve 80 is arranged at the diversion port, or in the flow channel of the diversion component 50, or at the liquid inlet; the electric control valve 80 is a solenoid valve, an electric valve or other valves which are opened and closed under electric control; the controller is capable of controlling the opening and closing of the electrically controlled valve 80.
In the step of collecting the residue, the electric control valve 80 is opened, when the cutter 30 rotates, the food liquid in the barrel 60 can enter the guide member 50 from the outside of the separation portion 40 through the guide opening under the driving of the cutter 30, and enter the separation portion 40 through the guide member 50, the liquid in the food liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet to the outside of the separation portion 40, and at least a portion of the residue in the food liquid is collected in the separation portion 40.
In order to make the cutter 30 rotate, it can drive the foodstuff liquid to enter the separating portion 40 from the guiding component 50, there may be various schemes, for example, the blade of the cutter 30 is in the shape of an axial flow blade, by setting a suitable angle of the blade, the cutter 30 can generate axial pressure from bottom to top to the foodstuff liquid when rotating, and the foodstuff liquid enters the guiding port from the outside of the guiding component 50 due to the conduction of the liquid pressure and continues to flow in the guiding component 50, so that the foodstuff liquid enters the separating portion 40, the liquid in the foodstuff liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet to the outside of the separating portion 40, and at least a part of the material slag in the foodstuff liquid is collected in the separating portion 40. Such cutters 30 are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail.
When the food processor is in use, the flow guide port of the flow guide member 50 can be located above the liquid level when the food liquid is stationary (the flow guide port is a certain distance away from the liquid level), or can be located at least partially below the liquid level when the food liquid is stationary, when the cutter 30 rotates at a high speed, the axial pressure of the food liquid is sufficiently high when the axial flow pump generated by the cutter 30 is sufficiently strong, so that the food liquid can flow fast enough, and at the moment, even if the liquid level of the food liquid is lower than the flow guide port when the food liquid is stationary, the food liquid can still enter the separating part 40 from the flow guide port.
Preferably, the flow guiding opening of the flow guiding member 50 has a flow guiding opening filter screen, which may be a filter screen additionally installed at the flow guiding opening, or a filter screen formed by a wall of the flow guiding member 50 hollowed out at the flow guiding opening, for preventing the unfinished foodstuff from entering the separating portion 40 through the flow guiding member 50, and the filtering hole of the flow guiding opening filter screen is larger than the liquid outlet hole of the separating portion 40
Next, an operation of the food processor of the present embodiment will be described by way of example.
In one embodiment, the operation of the food processor may be divided into three stages, namely, a pulverizing step, a slag collecting step, and a spin-drying step. In the crushing step, the electric control valve is closed, and the cutter rotates under the drive of the motor to treat foodstuff, so as to obtain foodstuff liquid; in the slag collecting step, the electric control valve is opened, the cutter rotates to drive food liquid to enter the guide component from the guide port, the food liquid enters the separation part through the guide component, the liquid in the food liquid is discharged out of the separation part from the liquid outlet hole, and at least part of slag in the food liquid is collected in the separation part; in the spin-drying step (at least a part of the separation part is positioned above the liquid level), the electric control valve is closed, the separation part rotates along with the rotation of the cutter shaft, and at least a part of liquid in the slag collected in the separation part can be thrown out.
It should be noted that the above working manner is only an example, and the rotation directions of the cutter 30 may be the same or different in the crushing step and the slag collecting step; the crushing step and the slag collecting step may be performed simultaneously or separately, for example, when the cutter is an axial-flow blade cutter, the crushing step and the slag collecting step may be separated by different rotation directions, or may be rotated in one direction, and the crushing step and the slag collecting step may be combined into one.
The advantage of using the electrically controlled valve to control whether the foodstuff liquid can enter the separating portion is that the electrically controlled valve is independently controlled, and the control step of opening or closing the solenoid valve can be provided in the preset processing step of the food processor according to actual needs, so that the required functions can be realized without interference, the foodstuff liquid can be more conveniently controlled to enter the separating portion, the rotation direction is not limited in the steps of collecting and drying, for example, the electrically controlled valve is controlled to be closed in the step of drying, the foodstuff liquid is prevented from entering the separating portion, and no matter how the cutter shaft rotates, so that the material slag collected in the separating portion is dried thoroughly.
Example 4
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 3 is that the food processor further includes a pump-like mechanism, in the step of collecting the residues, the electric control valve is opened, the foodstuff liquid in the barrel body can be driven by the pump-like mechanism or driven by the cutter and the pump-like mechanism to enter the flow guiding component from the outside of the separation portion through the flow guiding opening, and enter the separation portion through the flow guiding component, the liquid in the foodstuff liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet to the outside of the separation portion, and at least a portion of the residues in the foodstuff liquid are collected in the separation portion.
In the present invention, the pump-like mechanism is a mechanism capable of driving the food liquid to flow and enter the separating portion to function like a pump (see description of the pump-like mechanism in WO2018/171370 A1).
Specifically, the pump-like mechanism is, for example, any one or more of at least one protrusion, at least one pit, at least one fin, at least one bead, at least one fold, at least one axial flow blade, at least one centrifugal blade, at least one mixed flow blade, at least one helical blade, at least one paddle blade, at least one axial flow impeller, at least one centrifugal impeller, at least one mixed flow impeller, at least one helical impeller, or at least one paddle impeller provided on an inner sidewall of the flow guiding member, an outer sidewall of the flow guiding member, an inner sidewall of the separation portion, or an outer sidewall of the separation portion; or may also be provided in a separate part or in a guide member and fixedly or detachably connected to the arbor or cutter: any one or more of at least one axial flow blade, at least one centrifugal blade, at least one mixed flow blade, at least one helical blade, at least one axial flow impeller, at least one centrifugal impeller, at least one mixed flow impeller, or at least one helical impeller; or can also be the separation blade that the outside perk that the water conservancy diversion mouth department set up, this separation blade can drive the foodstuff liquid and get into in the water conservancy diversion part when water conservancy diversion part rotates to forward direction, and in the water conservancy diversion part prevented the foodstuff liquid and get into the water conservancy diversion part when water conservancy diversion part rotates to reverse direction, more preferably, the separation blade is movable separation blade.

The cutter in the invention processes foodstuff during rotation and drives foodstuff during rotation, and the cutter is driven by a motor to rotate and does not release power transmission between the cutter shaft and the cutter.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
