The rotating end 351 is rotated to make the touching end 352 touch one end of the rotating rod 320, or make the touching end 352 touch the dial block 332. In the present embodiment, the rotating end 351 of the unlocking knob 350 has an anti-slip pattern.
The POS cashier terminal body 100 is provided with a reset through hole 101 (as shown in fig. 2), the opening and closing lock structure 300 further includes a reset rod 360 (as shown in fig. 7), one end of the reset rod 360 is connected with the sliding rod 330, and the other end of the reset rod 360 is located at the reset through hole 101. In this embodiment, the reset through hole 101 is a circular through hole, and the reset rod 360 is a cylindrical structure.
The operation principle of the above-mentioned POS checkout terminal 10 based on a scanning platform is explained below (please refer to fig. 8 and 9):
when the operation keys 111 and the display screen 112 on the operation panel 110 need to be protected, the protection cover 200 needs to be covered on the POS cash registering terminal body 100, so as to cover the operation keys 111 and the display screen 112 on the operation panel 110, thereby realizing protection;
the specific operations for protecting the operation keys 111 and the display screen 112 are as follows:
firstly, it is required to ensure that the dial 332 on the sliding rod 330 and the stop 322 on the rotating rod 320 are away from each other, that is, the dial 332 and the stop 322 are separated from each other and do not abut against each other, for example, the rotating end 351 of the unlocking knob 350 can be rotated, the rotating end 351 further drives the touching end 352 to rotate, the touching end 352 in rotation touches the dial 332, and then the dial 332 can urge the sliding rod 330 to slide along the base 310, so that the dial 332 and the stop 322 are separated from each other and do not abut against each other;
then, the linear slide rail 210 on the protection cover body 200 is aligned with the linear slot 120 on the operation panel 110, and when the protection cover body 200 is pushed, the linear slide rail 210 slides along the linear slot 120, so that the latch groove 211 on the linear slide rail 210 can be further latched on the latch protrusion 321 of the rotation rod 320; it should be noted that, in the process of the latch groove 211 being engaged with the latch protrusion 321, since the toggle block 332 and the stop block 322 are separated from each other and do not abut against each other, the rotating rod 320 can rotate at a certain angle to avoid the latch groove 211, and when the latch groove 211 is completely engaged with the latch protrusion 321, the elastic piece 340 can urge the rotating rod 320 to reset in the opposite direction;
next, it is required to ensure that the sliding rod 330 of the opening and closing lock structure 300 is reset, for example, a small wooden stick may be used to apply force to the reset rod 360 through the reset through hole 101 on the POS cash register terminal body 100, and in the process of applying force to the reset rod 360, the reset rod 360 may drive the sliding rod 330 to slide along the base 310, so that the toggle block 332 on the sliding rod 330 may be shifted to the stop block 322 on the rotating rod 320, so that the toggle block 332 and the stop block 322 are abutted to each other; therefore, the rotating rod 320 cannot rotate freely under the condition of the poking block 332 and the blocking block 322 which are abutted against each other, and the unlocking can be realized only through a correct operation method;
thus, the protective cover 200 can be completely covered and locked on the POS checkout terminal body 100, and since the latch groove 211 and the latch protrusion 321 are engaged with each other, the protective cover 200 is pulled in a reverse direction, and the protective cover 200 cannot be pulled out of the POS checkout terminal body 100;
it should be noted that, the operation panel 110 is provided with the linear slot 120, and the protective cover 200 is provided with the linear slide rail 210 matched with the linear slot 120, so that the protective cover 200 can be more stably clamped on the POS cash registering terminal body 100, and even if the protective cover 200 is tilted by force, the protective cover 200 is difficult to separate from the POS cash registering terminal body 100;
when the operation keys 111 on the operation panel 110 need to be operated, the protective cover 200 needs to be detached from the POS checkout terminal body 100;
the specific operation of detaching the protective cover 200 from the POS checkout terminal body 100 is as follows:
firstly, the rotating end 351 of the unlocking knob 350 is rotated, the rotating end 351 further drives the touching end 352 to rotate, the touching end 352 in the rotation touches the toggle block 332, and then the toggle block 332 prompts the sliding rod 330 to slide along the base 310, so that the toggle block 332 and the blocking block 322 are separated from each other and are not abutted;
then, the rotating end 351 of the unlocking knob 350 rotates in the opposite direction, the rotating end 351 further drives the touching end 352 to rotate in the opposite direction, the touching end 352 in the opposite direction rotates to touch one end of the rotating rod 320, the rotating rod 320 rotates due to the touch, so that the latch protrusion 321 on the rotating rod 320 is separated from the latch groove 211 on the linear sliding rail 210, and then the protective cover body 200 is pushed away to one side in a smooth manner, so that the linear sliding rail 210 slides along the linear clamping groove 120, and the latch groove 211 is far away from the latch protrusion 321, thereby realizing the unlocking;
therefore, to realize unlocking, the unlocking knob 350 needs to be rotated in one direction to separate the moving block 332 and the blocking block 322 from each other, then the unlocking knob 350 is rotated in the opposite direction to separate the latch protrusion 321 and the latch groove 211 from each other, and then the protective cover 200 is pushed aside; if the sequence of actions is not in accordance with the above, unlocking cannot be achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, a reset in-place sensing groove 301 and an unlock in-place sensing groove 302 are formed on the rod body of the sliding rod 330. The elastic piece 340 has a position sensing protrusion 341 (shown in fig. 7), and the position sensing protrusion 341 is located in the reset position sensing groove 301 or the unlock position sensing groove 302.
The rod body of the sliding rod 330 is provided with the reset in-place sensing groove 301 and the unlocking in-place sensing groove 302, and the elastic sheet 340 is provided with the in-place sensing lug 341 matched with the elastic sheet, so that an operator can be helped to sense the current state of the sliding rod 330 to a certain extent.
For example, when the sliding rod 330 is reset and adjusted by using a small wooden stick through the reset through hole 101 of the POS checkout terminal body 100, the in-place sensing protrusion 341 enters the reset-in-place sensing groove 301 during the sliding of the sliding rod 330, and at this moment, due to the elastic force of the elastic piece 340, the in-place sensing protrusion 341 collides with the reset-in-place sensing groove 301, thereby emitting a "click" sound, so that the operator can sense that the sliding rod 330 has been reset in place.
For another example, the rotating end 351 of the unlocking knob 350 is rotated, the rotating end 351 further drives the touching end 352 to rotate, the rotating touching end 352 contacts the toggle block 332, so that the toggle block 332 can urge the sliding rod 330 to slide along the base 310, the in-place sensing protrusion 341 can enter the in-place unlocking sensing groove 302 during the sliding process of the sliding rod 330, and at this moment, due to the elastic force of the elastic piece 340, the in-place sensing protrusion 341 can impact the in-place unlocking sensing groove 302 to generate a "click" sound, so that the operator can sense that the sliding rod 330 is unlocked in place.
It should be particularly noted that the operation panel 110 is provided with a linear slot 120, the protective cover 200 is provided with a linear slide rail 210 matching with the linear slot 120, and the linear slide rail 210 is slidably engaged with the linear slot 120. Therefore, on one hand, the protective cover 200 can form a stable clamping relationship with the POS checkout terminal body 100, and the protective cover 200 is not easily uncovered; on the other hand, the linear slide rail 210 is clamped in the linear clamping groove 120 in a sliding manner, and the opening and closing lock structure 300 is also effectively matched to realize unlocking or unlocking.
The POS cashier terminal based on the scanning platform can effectively protect the operation keys and improve the use safety.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
