The smoking mode of the cigarette can adopt a mode of igniting the cut tobacco by open fire, and can also adopt a mode of non-combustion to bake the cut tobacco and release smoke. No matter which mode is adopted to release the smoke, the smoke is required to be filtered through the filter tip and then enters the human body.
Current filter designs are often considered to satisfy only a single condition, such as a puff only condition or a non-puff only condition. And the user has both need to ignite the smoking flue gas, also need not burn the demand of smoking flue gas, and under this condition, traditional filter design just can not satisfy user's demand, brings inconvenience for the user.

The coating layer is provided with a phase change ventilation area and a non-phase change ventilation area, the phase change ventilation area and the non-phase change ventilation area are respectively provided with a first ventilation hole and a second ventilation hole, phase change materials are filled in the first ventilation hole, the selective ventilation area can be automatically opened along with temperature change, and the non-phase change ventilation area is a normal ventilation area. When the non-ignition heating suction mode is used, the temperature of the smoke discharge end is very high, so that the phase change material can be melted, and at the moment, the first ventilation hole is automatically opened to improve the ventilation quantity and reduce the temperature of the sucked smoke. Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a filter tip with variable ventilation, which includes a filter element 1 and a coating layer 2, wherein the coating layer 2 wraps the filter element 1; the filter element 1 comprises a smoke inlet end 11 and a smoke discharge end 12; a phase change ventilation area 21 and a non-phase change ventilation area 22 are arranged on the coating layer 2, a plurality of first ventilation holes 212 are arranged on the phase change ventilation area 21, and a plurality of second ventilation holes 221 are arranged on the non-phase change ventilation area 22; the outside air penetrates through the coating layer 2 to penetrate into a part of the filter element 13 through the first vent hole 212 and the second vent hole 221 respectively; the phase change material 211 is filled in the first vent hole 212; a starch pipe 14 is arranged at the part, close to the flue gas inlet end, in the filter element, and a hollow cavity 15 is arranged in the starch pipe 14; the phase change temperature range of the phase change material 211 is 45-60 ℃.
The specific opening manner of the first vent hole 212 is: the phase-change material 211 contacts with the high-temperature flue gas to generate phase change, meanwhile, the pressure of the phase-change material 211 at the center is higher due to the suction force, the state of the phase-change material 211 is gradually changed from closed to open from the center to two sides, and therefore the process that the ventilation quantity of the phase-change ventilation area is increased along with the rise of the temperature is achieved.
When the phase change ventilation area 21 is close to the flue gas inlet end 11, the phase change ventilation area 21 firstly senses the temperature change, so that the ventilation quantity can be controlled, the cooling effect is good, and the phase change temperature range of the phase change material 211 is 55-60 ℃; when the non-phase-change ventilation area 221 is close to the flue gas inlet end, the phase-change temperature range of the phase-change material 211 is 45-55 ℃, the temperature is relatively low, and the structure is convenient to process and manufacture. However, no matter in any of the above two ventilation zone arrangements, the purpose of "one smoke two pumping" can be realized, and only the arrangement is biased, or the arrangement is biased to the cooling effect, or the arrangement is biased to the processing and manufacturing. In this embodiment, the distance between the phase change ventilation zone 21 and the smoke entrance end 11 is not less than the distance between the phase change ventilation zone 21 and the non-phase change ventilation zone 22, and such arrangement is favorable for improving the taste of the smoke. In this case, the phase change material 211 is phase-changed at 55 c to increase ventilation, which is 80%.
The cladding layer 2 is provided with a phase change ventilating area 21 and a non-phase change ventilating area 22, and the phase change ventilating area 21 is provided with a phase change material 211. In this embodiment, evenly be equipped with a plurality of first ventilation holes 212 on the phase transition ventilation zone 21, pack phase change material 211 in the first ventilation hole 212, the ventilation hole structure is processed easily, can not increase the thickness of coating 2 on the one hand at downthehole packing phase change material 211 for the filter tip is natural pleasing to the eye, and on the other hand phase change material 211 is high at downthehole combination degree, is difficult to drop. The non-phase change ventilating area 22 is uniformly provided with second ventilating holes 221.
The phase-change material 211 can change phase at a temperature of 45-60 ℃. Phase change material 211's phase transition temperature has decided the flue gas and has got into user's experience temperature, needs to satisfy and melts in suitable temperature range, carries out aeration cooling and just can satisfy user's demand, so, uses the phase transition temperature range to be comparatively suitable at 50 ~ 55 ℃ phase transition material. In the embodiment, the phase transition temperature is 50-55 ℃, and the adopted phase transition material comprises starch, polylactic acid and polyalcohol, so that the phase transition material has the advantages of convenience in combination and easiness in circulation. In order to satisfy the requirement that the ventilation quantity of the phase change material is changed in time along with the change of the temperature, the thickness of the phase change material cannot be too thick, in the embodiment, the thickness of the phase change material is 50-500 μm, and particularly in the embodiment, the thickness of the phase change material is 300 μm. When only the non-phase change ventilation area 22 is ventilated, the total ventilation rate of the cigarettes is within the range of 30-60%; when the phase change ventilating area 21 and the non-phase change ventilating area 22 are ventilated simultaneously, the ventilation rate of the filter is not lower than 70%, and the structure can provide better and more stable smoke taste. If phase transition ventilation zone 21 and non-phase transition ventilation zone 22 all are ventilation hole structure and evenly distributed on coating 2, if phase transition ventilation zone and non-phase transition ventilation zone all are ventilation hole structure and evenly distributed on the coating, the quantity, the aperture size, the mode of arranging of these ventilation holes all can be adjusted according to actual need to satisfy a cigarette and expect to the rate of ventilation. Through the adjustment of first ventilation hole position, can also play the effect of flue gas cooling.
A cigarette applying the filter tip can be used in a traditional smoking mode and is also suitable for a non-smoking heating smoking mode.
In the invention, the cigarette also comprises a tobacco section, and the filter tip is connected with the tobacco section.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the phase change ventilation zone 21 remains closed when the cigarette is smoked; the non-phase change ventilation area 22 increases a certain ventilation quantity enough to reduce the temperature of the tobacco shreds released into human bodies. When the cigarette is smoked in a non-combustion heating mode, the temperature of smoke entering the filter tip is higher than that of the smoke smoked in a lighting mode, the phase change material 211 of the phase change ventilating area 21 is subjected to phase change, the phase change ventilating area 21 is opened, the ventilation quantity is increased, and the total ventilation rate of the cigarette can reach more than 70%.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment is a second embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that the non-phase change ventilation zone 22 is close to the smoke inlet end 11, and the distance between the non-phase change ventilation zone 22 and the smoke inlet end 11 is not smaller than the distance between the phase change ventilation zone 21 and the non-phase change ventilation zone 22. At this time, the phase change material 211 is subjected to phase change at 50 ℃ to increase the ventilation, and the total ventilation rate of the cigarette is 75%.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A filter tip with variable ventilation is characterized by comprising a filter element and a coating layer, wherein the coating layer wraps the filter element; the filter element comprises a smoke inlet end and a smoke release end;
the coating layer is provided with a phase change ventilation area and a non-phase change ventilation area, the phase change ventilation area is provided with a plurality of first ventilation holes, and the non-phase change ventilation area is provided with a plurality of second ventilation holes;
the outside air penetrates through the coating layer to reach part of the filter element through the first vent hole and the second vent hole respectively;
phase change materials are filled in the first ventilation holes;
a starch pipe is arranged at the part, close to the flue gas inlet end, in the filter element;
the phase change material has a phase change temperature range of 45-60 ℃.
2. A variable ventilation filter according to claim 1, wherein the phase change ventilation zone is adjacent the smoke entry end.
3. A variable ventilation filter according to claim 2, wherein the phase change ventilation zone is located at a distance from the smoke entrance end that is no less than the distance between the phase change ventilation zone and the non-phase change ventilation zone.
4. A filter tip with variable ventilation according to claim 3, wherein the phase change temperature of the phase change material is 55-60 ℃.
5. A variable ventilation filter according to claim 1, wherein the non-phase change ventilation zone is adjacent the smoke entry end.
6. A variable ventilation filter according to claim 5, wherein the distance from the non-phase change ventilation zone to the smoke entrance end is no less than the distance from the phase change ventilation zone to the non-phase change ventilation zone.
7. A filter tip with variable ventilation according to claim 6, wherein the phase change temperature of the phase change material is 45-55 ℃.
8. A variable ventilation filter according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the phase change ventilation zone is located on the starch tube.
9. A filter tip with variable ventilation according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein when only the second ventilation holes are ventilated, the total ventilation rate of the cigarette is in the range of 40 to 60%; when the first ventilation hole and the second ventilation hole are ventilated simultaneously, the total ventilation rate of the cigarette is not lower than 70%.
10. A cigarette comprising a filter according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
