The box 7 is divided into three areas corresponding to managers, doctors and nurses, so that emergency objects required by different staff can be placed in the corresponding obtained areas, the staff can queue up and pick up the required emergency objects in the corresponding areas, and confusion in emergency object picking is avoided. In this embodiment, three identification modules 41 are provided and are installed in each area of the case 7.
Under the action of the motor driving sub-module 73, the data of the identity recognition module 41 can be converted into control signals, the motor 71 in the placement bin 701 has a corresponding relation with the emergency objects in the placement bin 701, when the motor driving sub-module 73 obtains the distribution signals of the required emergency objects, the motor driving sub-module 73 controls the motor 71 corresponding to the required emergency objects to rotate, and the pushing rod 72 rotates along with the motor driving sub-module, so that the emergency objects on the pushing rod 72 can be pushed out of the placement bin 701, and the distribution of the emergency objects is realized.
Preferably, the case 7 is provided with a buffer sponge to prevent the emergency articles pushed out of the placing compartment 701 from being damaged. The emergency articles can be sleeved with the packaging bags according to the needs so as to be pushed by the article pushing rod 7.
The article allocation module 42 further includes an article taking touch screen 74, where the article taking touch screen 74 is configured to obtain data of the identity recognition module 41 to determine whether a worker corresponding to the identity information card 3 belongs to the worker of the personnel arrangement module 22, and provide authority for the worker of the personnel arrangement module 22 to control the motor driving sub-module 73. When the emergency articles distributed by the staff are used, the identity information card 3 can be used for taking out the emergency articles required in the box body 7 again. In the present embodiment, the pickup touch screen 74 is provided with pictures and names corresponding to emergency articles, and the number of the pickup can be selected.
The article distribution module 42 further includes a remaining amount counting sub-module 75, and the remaining amount counting sub-module 75 obtains the number of triggers of each motor 71 according to the motor driving sub-module 73, and obtains the taken out number of each emergency article for calculating the remaining amount of each emergency article. The command center further comprises a remaining amount monitoring module 24, the remaining amount monitoring module 24 is configured to obtain data of the remaining amount statistics sub-module 75, and set a remaining threshold, and send out alarm information when the value counted by the remaining amount statistics sub-module 75 is lower than the remaining threshold. Under the action of the remaining amount statistics sub-module 75, a material manager can know the remaining information of the emergency articles in real time, so that the emergency articles in the placing bin 701 can be timely supplemented.
To be able to count the number of times the motor 71 is activated, when the number of emergency items to be removed is greater than 2, the motor drive sub-module 73 provides the motor 71 with corresponding activation edges, each of which causes one emergency item to be pushed out of the depositing bin 701.
In this embodiment, the system further includes a monitor module 8 for the number of persons, and the monitor module 8 is used to input the total number of patients in each condition level and the number of patients to be treated in each condition level through mobile phone software, so as to obtain the number of untreated persons in each condition level, and act on the personnel arrangement module 22. In the sudden disaster accident, different grades are needed according to different situations of patients so as to facilitate the treatment. By setting staff in the patients of each condition level, the staff can count the number of the patients to be treated in real time, so that a director can know the number of untreated patients in real time, and the arrangement of subsequent work is facilitated.
Preferably, the box 7 is provided with a display screen 76, and the display screen 76 is used for acquiring data of the monitor module 8 for treating patients to provide information of the number of untreated patients for the manager, doctor and nurse, so that the manager, doctor and nurse can grasp the number of untreated patients in real time, and thus the emergency patients can be treated preferentially.
When the emergency acquisition module 21 receives an incoming call of a traffic accident, the incoming call voice recording sub-module 211 converts the acquired incoming call voice of the emergency accident into text information, the emergency situation input sub-module 212 acquires the text information of the incoming call voice recording sub-module 211, and keywords of the type to which the emergency accident belongs and the number of people involved in the emergency accident are acquired through a keyword extraction algorithm, so that the corresponding keywords are selected to describe the emergency situation.
The personnel arrangement module 22 selects a proper department and a corresponding worker with special skills from the on-duty workers according to the type of traffic accident related to the emergency and the number of traffic accident related people of the emergency acquisition module 21, and the commander switches the worker display card between the unassigned area and the assigned area in a dragging mode by displaying the display card of the proper on-duty worker with a vivid color so as to determine the arrangement of the personnel work.
The emergency item determination module 23 pairs the obtained emergency item type required for the sudden disaster accident with the emergency item reserve module 5 to determine the emergency item type required for the corresponding sudden disaster accident in the item allocation module 42. Such as different work clothes required by different staff, medical records required by doctors, examination tools and the like, medical wrist bands required by nurses, bandages, syringes and the like.
The emergency notification sending module 6 notifies the staff of the staff arrangement module 22 of the emergency disaster accident through a mobile phone voice call mode through the acquired information of the emergency acquisition module 21, the staff arrangement module 22 and the information input sub-module 11.
After the staff member of the staff member arrangement module 22 reaches the place where the box 7 is placed, the identity information card 3 is brought close to the identity recognition module 41. The identity information reading sub-module 411 reads information of the identity information card 3, and the identity information matching sub-module 412 compares the data of the identity information reading sub-module 411 with the data of the personnel arrangement module 22 to cause the emergency article determining module 23 of the corresponding personnel to transmit the data to the article distributing module 42. After the motor driving sub-module 73 receives the data of the emergency article determining module 23 corresponding to the identity information card 3, the corresponding motor 71 is controlled to rotate, so that the article pushing rod 72 of the required emergency article rotates along with the data, and the emergency article on the article pushing rod 72 can be pushed out of the placing bin 701, so that the emergency article is distributed.

Claims (6)

1. An emergency medical system for sudden disaster accidents is characterized by comprising a staff information base module (1), a command center (2), an identity information card (3) and an emergency article distribution device (4),
the staff information base module (1) comprises an information input sub-module (11) and a scheduling input sub-module (12), wherein the information input sub-module (11) is used for recording the names, mobile phone numbers, affiliated departments and expertise information of medical staff; the scheduling input sub-module (12) is used for recording scheduling time of medical staff, and the medical staff is a manager, a doctor and a nurse;
the command center (2) comprises an emergency acquisition module (21), a personnel arrangement module (22) and an emergency article determination module (23),
the emergency acquisition module (21) is used for acquiring the condition information of the emergency disaster accident by receiving the incoming call of the emergency disaster accident so as to determine the type of the emergency disaster accident and the number of people involved in the emergency disaster accident;
the personnel arrangement module (22) can acquire the data of the scheduling input sub-module (12) and display the information of on-duty personnel in real time, and the personnel arrangement module (22) can also provide the required number suggestions of various types of working personnel according to the data of the emergency acquisition module (21) so as to arrange the emergency accident working personnel;
the personnel arrangement module (22) can distinguish on-duty personnel from off-duty personnel through different display card colors, and can determine the advice information of the required number of various types of personnel by adopting a backtracking algorithm according to the emergency disaster accident information of the emergency acquisition module (21) and the personnel information of the information input sub-module (11), and the personnel arrangement module (22) can also analyze and compare the information of the affiliated departments and expertise of the personnel with the type affiliated to the emergency disaster accident and display the display card of the proper on-duty personnel through vivid colors;
the personnel arrangement module (22) comprises an unallocated area and an allocated area, wherein a personnel display card for not arranging work is displayed in the unallocated area, a personnel display card for arranging work is displayed in the allocated area, and the personnel display card is switched between the unallocated area and the allocated area in a dragging mode so as to determine arrangement of personnel work;
the emergency article determining module (23) is used for acquiring emergency disaster accident situation data of the emergency acquiring module (21), acquiring the types of emergency articles required by corresponding emergency disaster accidents through a machine learning algorithm, and matching the corresponding required emergency articles for staff of the staff arrangement module (22);
the identity information card (3) is used for registering data information of the information input sub-module (11);
the emergency article distribution device (4) comprises an identity recognition module (41) and an article distribution module (42), wherein the identity recognition module (41) is used for recognizing information of the identity information card (3) so as to determine whether a worker corresponding to the identity information card (3) belongs to a worker of the worker arrangement module (22), and sending data of the emergency article determination module (23) of the corresponding worker to the article distribution module (42); the article distribution module (42) is used for placing emergency articles and can convert the data of the identity recognition module (41) into control signals so as to distribute the required emergency articles;
the article distribution module (42) comprises a box body (7) and an article taking touch screen (74), wherein the box body (7) comprises three areas which are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with management personnel, doctors and nurses so as to place emergency articles required by different staff in the corresponding obtained areas; a plurality of article placing cabins (701) are arranged in each area, openings are formed in one end of each placing cabin (701), a motor (71) and an article pushing rod (72) are arranged in each placing cabin (701), the motor (71) is located at one end, far away from the openings, of each placing cabin (701) and is fixedly connected with the corresponding placing cabin (701), the article pushing rod (72) is a shaftless screw rod, one end of the article pushing rod is fixedly connected with a driving shaft of the motor (71), emergency articles are placed on the article pushing rods (72) so that the emergency articles can be pushed out of the corresponding placing cabins (701) through the rotating article pushing rods (72) and slide to the bottom of the corresponding box body (7), and an outlet (702) is formed in the box body (7) and is used for taking out the emergency articles at the bottom of the box body (7); a motor (71) in each placement bin (701) is connected with the identity recognition module (41) through a motor driving sub-module (73);
the object taking touch screen (74) is used for acquiring data of the identity recognition module (41) so as to determine whether a worker corresponding to the identity information card (3) belongs to a worker of the worker arrangement module (22), and providing authority for the worker of the worker arrangement module (22) to control the motor driving sub-module (73);
the article distribution module (42) further comprises a remaining amount counting sub-module (75), wherein the remaining amount counting sub-module (75) obtains the triggering times of each motor (71) according to the motor driving sub-module (73) and obtains the taking-out quantity of each emergency article so as to be used for calculating the remaining amount of each emergency article in the box body (7); the command center further comprises a remaining amount monitoring module (24), wherein the remaining amount monitoring module (24) is used for acquiring data of the remaining amount counting sub-module (75), a remaining threshold is set, and alarm information is sent out when the value counted by the remaining amount counting sub-module (75) is lower than the remaining threshold.

An emergency medical system for sudden disaster incidents according to claim 1, wherein: the emergency acquisition module (21) comprises an incoming call voice recording sub-module (211) and an emergency situation input sub-module (212), wherein the incoming call voice recording sub-module (211) is used for acquiring incoming call voice of an emergency disaster accident and converting the incoming call voice into text information; the emergency situation input sub-module (212) is used for obtaining the text information of the electric voice recording sub-module (211) through a keyword extraction algorithm, and obtaining keywords of the type of the emergency accident and the number of people involved in the emergency accident so as to select the corresponding keywords to describe the emergency situation.

An emergency medical system for sudden disaster incidents according to claim 1, wherein: the emergency article storage system further comprises an emergency article storage module (5), wherein the emergency article storage module (5) is used for storing information of emergency articles placed by the article distribution module (42); the emergency article determining module (23) can pair the emergency article types required by the obtained sudden disaster accidents with the emergency article storage module (5) so as to obtain the emergency article types required by the corresponding sudden disaster accidents in the article distribution module (42).

An emergency medical system for sudden disaster incidents according to claim 1, wherein: the emergency notification system further comprises an emergency notification sending module (6) which is used for acquiring the information of the emergency acquisition module (21), the personnel arrangement module (22) and the information input sub-module (11) and notifying the personnel of the personnel arrangement module (22) of the emergency of the accident of the emergency disaster through a mobile phone voice call mode.
