As shown in fig. 1, the method of this embodiment includes: 110 to 120.
In step 110, in response to the received order, it is determined whether the inventory of the manual area and the inventory of the automation area are sufficient relative to the inventory amount required for the order.
At step 120, it is determined whether the order is to be picked in the manual area or the automated area based on the sufficient inventory in the manual area and the automated area, in combination with the capacity of the automated area and the utilization of the storage device in the event that the order is to be picked from the automated area.
According to the embodiment, the orders can be reasonably determined to be sorted in the manual area or the automatic area according to the sufficient conditions of the inventory of the manual area and the inventory of the automatic area and by combining the capacity of the automatic area and the utilization rate of the storage equipment under the condition that the orders are taken out of the automatic area, and the operation efficiency of a warehouse is improved.
FIG. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating additional embodiments of a method for partition order processing according to the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of this embodiment includes: step 210-220 d.
In step 210, in response to the received order, it is determined whether the inventory of the manual area and the inventory of the automation area are sufficient relative to the inventory amount required for the order.
At step 220a, if the inventory of the manual zone is sufficient and the inventory of the automation zone is insufficient, it is determined that the order was picked in the manual zone.
Thus, the order needs are met to the greatest extent possible based on the inventory available. And if the commodity warehouse-out scale related to the order is large, the manual area can improve the picking efficiency through the staff.
At step 220b, if the inventory in the manual area is insufficient and the inventory in the automation area is sufficient, it is determined whether the order is to be picked in the manual area or the automation area based on whether the capacity in the automation area is sufficient.
And determining that the order is picked in the automatic area under the condition that the capacity of the automatic area is sufficient, and determining that the order is picked in the manual area under the condition that the capacity of the automatic area is insufficient.
Thus, the ability to maximize the use of automation zones reduces labor costs.
At step 220c, if the inventory in the manual area and the inventory in the automation area are not sufficient, it is determined whether the order is to be picked in the manual area or the automation area based on whether the capacity in the automation area is sufficient.
And determining that the order is picked in the automatic area under the condition that the capacity of the automatic area is sufficient, and determining that the order is picked in the manual area under the condition that the capacity of the automatic area is insufficient.
Thus, the ability to maximize the use of automation zones reduces labor costs.
In step 220d, if the inventory in the manual area and the inventory in the automation area are both sufficient, it is determined whether to preferentially select an order for picking in the manual area based on the utilization rate of the storage device when the order is taken out of the automation area.
In some embodiments, orders are preferentially selected for picking in the manual zone if the utilization of the storage devices with the orders being taken out of the automated zone is less than a preset utilization threshold.
In the case where the order is selected preferentially for picking in the manual zone, then the order is picked in the manual zone. And under the condition that the orders are not selected to be picked in the manual area preferentially, determining whether the orders are picked in the manual area or the automatic area according to whether the capacity of the automatic area is sufficient.
And determining that the order is picked in the automatic area under the condition that the capacity of the automatic area is sufficient, and determining that the order is picked in the manual area under the condition that the capacity of the automatic area is insufficient.
Thus, the ability to maximize the use of automation zones reduces labor costs.
According to the characteristics of the manual area picking mode and the automatic area picking mode, the order is intelligently determined to be picked in the manual area or the automatic area, the labor cost is reduced by utilizing the capacity of the automatic area to the maximum extent, and the operation efficiency of the warehouse is favorably improved.
In some embodiments, the method for determining whether the capacity of the automation region is sufficient comprises: based on the automation area of the shuttle system or the stacker system, if Bo+Bd≤BtAnd Qo+Qd≤QtThe capacity of the automation area is determined to be sufficient. Wherein, BoIndicating the number of storage devices expected to be required for the order o, BdIndicating the number of storage devices to be handled by the elevator or stacker, BtIndicating the handling capacity of the elevator or stacker, QoIndicating the quantity to be picked, Q, of order odRepresents the total amount to be picked of unsoiled completed orders with an end of production time in the automation zone that is earlier than or equal to order o, QtIndicating the workstation picking capability of the automation zone.
The following describes a method for determining whether the capacity of the automation area based on the shuttle system is sufficient, taking the automatic warehouse based on the shuttle system as an example.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of an automated warehouse of the shuttle system of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the automated warehouse includes, for example, a plurality of shelves 310, shuttles 320, lifts 330, and picking stations 340. The storage positions of the shelves 310 are provided with bins for storing goods. There are various types of bins, such as 1/1 boxes (for one commodity), 1/2 boxes (for two commodities, with one partition in the middle of the bin), 1/4 boxes (for four commodities, with three partitions in the middle of the bin), and so on. The shelves 310 may be double deep, i.e., include a front row of storage locations and a rear row of storage locations. Under the condition that the front row storage position and the rear row storage position are provided with workbins, if the workbin of the rear row storage position needs to be taken, the workbin of the front row storage position needs to be taken away firstly. The shuttle 320 moves horizontally on one floor, takes out a bin to be delivered from the storage position, and then delivers the bin to the delivery buffer position of each floor. The ex-warehouse buffer position of each layer can temporarily store 2 workbins. The elevator 330 takes bins from the out-of-store buffer locations, up to 2 bins at a time, and then feeds them onto a conveyor line, through which the bins are conveyed to a picking station 340 for picking. The picking station 340 may be a manual picking station or an automated picking station.
Assuming that the document o is received, the method for determining whether the capacity of the automation area of the shuttle system is sufficient comprises the following steps:
firstly, judging whether a work station in an automation area is provided with a slot for producing the document o, if not, returning to the condition of insufficient capacity, and if so, continuing to execute the subsequent steps.
Second, the associated time information is marked: the current time is recorded as TcThe end of production time of the document o is recorded as Tf. The end production time refers to the time at which picking is required to be completed and ex-warehouse at the latest.
Next, the parameter B is determinedo(order o expected number of bins required), Bd(number of bins to be processed by the hoist), Bt(processing capacity of hoist), Qo(amount to be picked of order o), Qd(total amount to be picked for unsoiled completed orders with end of production time earlier than or equal to order o in the automation zone), Qt(workstation picking capability of automation zone).
1. Calculating the number B of bins expected to be required for the order oo
1) Summarizing the bill o and the warehouse-out requirement of the bill to be produced of which the production ending time is earlier than or equal to that of the bill o according to a Stock Keeping Unit (SKU).
A. Stock-leaving SKU: s ═ S }.
B. And (3) the warehouse-out amount corresponding to each SKU to be warehouse-out: { q ] qs}。
2) The average bin stock in the current stock of each SKUs is marked as Cs
Alternatively, CsFor example, it may be the median or maximum quantile of a quartile of the amount of one bin stock in the current inventory of each SKUs.
3) The average number of SKU product classes P picked in a single bin over a period of time (such as approximately 1 hour) is counted.
4) Calculation of Bo
Wherein,indicating a ceiling operation.
2. Checking the number of the bins to be lifted by the hoister according to the current unfinished ex-warehouse task, and recording as Bd
3. Calculating the processing capacity B of the elevatort
Bt=π1B·(Tf-Tc),π1∈(0,1]
Wherein, B is the peak value of the total output box number per unit time of the hoister of each tunnel, pi1The efficiency coefficient is considered, that is, the case where the lifting efficiency cannot reach the peak value is considered.
4. Calculating the to-be-sorted quantity of the document o as Qo
1) The document o has a SKU to be delivered: s '{ S' };
2) the delivery amount corresponding to each to-be-delivered SKU of the document o is as follows: { q ] qs′};
3) Calculating the to-be-sorted quantity of the document o as Qo
5. Counting the total quantity to be picked of the unsorted finished order with the production ending time of the robot bin earlier than or equal to the document o, and recording the total quantity as Qd
6. Computing workstation picking capacity Q of an automation zonet
Qt=π2WQ·(Tf-Tc),π2∈(0,1]
Wherein the starting number of the current picking work stations is W, the peak value of the picking amount of a single work station in unit time is Q, pi2The efficiency factor is considered, i.e. the case where the picking efficiency does not reach a peak value.
Finally, the judgment is made according to the parameters, if B iso+Bd≤BtAnd Qo+Qd≤QtIf not, the productivity of the automation area is judged to be insufficient.
Whether the capacity of the automation area based on the stacker system and the automation area based on the automatic guided transporting vehicle is sufficient or not can be referred to a determination method for determining whether the capacity of the automation area based on the shuttle system is sufficient or not.
In some embodiments, a method for determining utilization of a storage device in the event an order is taken out of an automation area comprises: determining the quantity of storage equipment expected to be required by each commodity in the order according to the quantity of each commodity in the order and the storage capacity of each storage equipment for the commodity; determining the utilization rate of the storage equipment when each commodity in the order is delivered from the warehouse according to the quantity of each commodity in the order, the storage capacity of each storage equipment to each commodity and the quantity of the storage equipment expected to be needed by each commodity; and averaging the utilization rate of the storage equipment when each commodity in the order is taken out of the warehouse according to the utilization rate of the storage equipment when each commodity in the order is taken out of the warehouse, wherein the obtained average value is used as the utilization rate of the storage equipment when the order is taken out of the warehouse from the automatic area.
The formula of the method for determining the utilization rate of the storage device when each commodity in the order is delivered out of the warehouse is as follows:
wherein, Cs7And the average storage amount of a material box in the current stock of each type of documents o to be delivered SKUs' is represented, or the storage amount corresponding to the median of quartiles or the maximum quantile. For other symbols, see the above.
