One of the transaction requests may carry data of at least one transaction order, and one transaction order may record at least a transaction detail when the commodity is purchased and a fund detail generated when the commodity is purchased, wherein the transaction detail includes, but is not limited to, a commodity name of the commodity purchased by the user, a merchant number corresponding to the purchased commodity (i.e. which merchant provides the commodity), a commodity code of the purchased commodity (the commodity code is a code obtained by recording at a bank), and the like; the fund details include, but are not limited to, the amount paid by the user when purchasing the commodity, the original price of the commodity purchased by the user, the preferential amount of the commodity purchased by the user, and the like, so that all data recorded by the trade orders in the trade request can be regarded as trade data, and the merchant information and commodity information corresponding to each trade order, the fund distribution information corresponding to each trade order, and the total fund distribution information corresponding to all trade orders can be determined by all data recorded by the trade orders.
And the merchant information and commodity information corresponding to each transaction order are obtained by calling transaction details so as to establish corresponding relations between each transaction order and the merchant information and commodity information, and the transaction of the commodity sold by each merchant can be regulated through the corresponding relations. And the fund distribution information corresponding to each transaction order and the total fund distribution information corresponding to all the transaction orders are mainly used for acquiring the incomes of the commercial tenant and the electronic commerce system in the transaction request and the incomes of the commercial tenant and the electronic commerce system in each transaction order by calling the fund detail, and can be used as a clearing basis of a clearing party with clearing qualification.
In this embodiment, the data of the transaction order carried in the transaction request is shown in table 1, and the data in table 1 is stored in the first database, and the storage mode of the first database and the type of the first database are not limited in this embodiment.

The settlement module 30 is configured to obtain transaction data stored in a preset time from the first database at each preset time interval, collect the transaction data stored in the preset time, obtain clear data corresponding to the preset time, and the clear data is used to indicate a merchant to which a transaction order obtained in the preset time belongs, and distribution information of total funds obtained in the preset time between the merchant and the electronic commerce system.
In this embodiment, summarizing transaction data stored for a preset time includes, but is not limited to: dividing transaction data carried in each transaction request stored in preset time into merchant segments, namely, corresponding transaction orders corresponding to the transaction requests received in the preset time to the merchant to judge the merchant to which the transaction orders belong, for example, the merchant numbers in the transaction data are unique identifiers of the merchants and the merchant numbers of different merchants are different, so that the transaction data can be divided based on the merchant numbers in the transaction data to collect all transaction data corresponding to the same merchant. Further, the commodity name and/or commodity code in the transaction data can also be used for uniquely identifying the commodity, in the process of dividing the transaction data based on the merchant number, all transaction data of the same merchant can be further subjected to secondary classification, for example, all transaction data of the same merchant number are subjected to secondary classification based on the commodity name and/or commodity code of the same merchant number, and all transaction data corresponding to the same merchant number and the same commodity name and/or commodity code are obtained, so that all transaction data of the same merchant number and the same commodity name and/or commodity code can be summarized together.
The details of funds of each transaction order are recorded in all transaction data corresponding to the same merchant number, such as real receipts of the transaction order merchant and the handling fees of the order platform, the real receipts of the order merchant indicate the income of the transaction order merchant, the handling fees of the order platform indicate the fees paid by the transaction order merchant to the platform (i.e. the electronic commerce system), which can be regarded as the income of the electronic commerce system, so that by summing the real receipts of the order merchant and the handling fees of the order platform recorded in all transaction data corresponding to the same merchant number, the total funds (total amount) to be paid to each merchant and the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system in the transaction request generated in preset time are summarized from the transaction data, and the clearing data can include but are not limited to: the total funds to be paid to each merchant at the preset time, the total funds to be paid to the e-commerce system at the preset time, and the merchant to which the trade order belongs (determined based on the merchant number) are used by the second server to monitor the trade order.
To aggregate transaction data stored for a preset time, an optional configuration of the settlement module, as shown in fig. 3, may include: a configuration unit 31, a calculation unit 32, and an output unit 33.
A configuration unit 31, configured to configure settlement rules required for aggregating transaction data, for example, settlement rules include, but are not limited to: presetting time, merchant moistening proportion, sub-merchant association relationship and the like. The merchant wetting proportion and the sub-merchant association relationship are used for distributing funds, and are suitable for the situation that one commodity relates to a plurality of merchants, and transaction amounts of the commodities related to the plurality of merchants are distributed through the merchant wetting proportion and the sub-merchant association relationship so as to obtain total funds corresponding to each merchant (namely income of each merchant).
And a calculating unit 32, configured to aggregate the transaction data acquired in the preset time based on the settlement rule in the configuration unit 31, calculate the total funds (total amount) to be paid to each merchant and the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system in the transaction request generated in the preset time, thereby obtaining the flow direction of the multi-party funds and the income of each party, and determine the merchant to which the transaction order belongs in the transaction request generated in the preset time, where the total funds to be paid to each merchant, the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system and the merchant to which the transaction order belongs are packaged in the clearing file as clearing data.
For example, the merchant number related to each transaction order in the transaction data may be the merchant number of one merchant in all merchants related to the transaction order, then the real receipt of the order merchant in the transaction data should be the sum of the incomes of all merchants related to the transaction order, in which case the total funds (total amount) to be paid to each merchant and the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system in the transaction request generated in the preset time can be obtained based on the merchant distribution ratio and the sub-merchant association relation, and the real receipt of the order merchant of the transaction order is divided based on the distribution ratio between all merchants corresponding to the transaction order, so as to obtain the incomes of each merchant related to the transaction order, that is, the funds to be paid to each merchant by the transaction order.
An output unit 33 for outputting the score file.
The predetermined time may be determined according to practical applications, for example, but not limited to, t+n or d+n, where T represents transaction day, and is generally a working day. T+n represents that the clearing action starts on the nth day after the transaction occurrence date, for example, t+1 represents that the clearing is performed on the next day of the transaction occurrence, then the present embodiment performs the summary once every one day, and the summary object is the transaction data carried by the transaction request generated in one day of the interval, so as to prevent the repeated summary of the transaction data. If the addition of T is friday, then T+1 is extended to the next monday. D+n prohibits the omission of weekend or holiday, D represents day, d+1 represents the next day the transaction occurs for clearing, whether the next day is weekend or holiday.
The transaction docking module 40 is configured to send the clearing data to a second server corresponding to the clearing party with clearing qualification, and the second server pays funds to the merchant and the e-commerce system based on the clearing data.
In this embodiment, the transaction docking module 40 can communicate with the second servers corresponding to the multiple settlement parties, so as to unify the communication interfaces between the information processing system and the different second servers through the transaction docking module 40, for example, different banks or third party payment institutions can be docked through the transaction docking module 40, so that multiple payment modes can be provided for the electronic commerce system under the condition of unifying the communication interfaces. And the transaction docking module 40 can shield the electronic commerce system from the differences of the flow and the communication interface of the multiple types of payments, so that the electronic commerce system only needs to send the transaction request to the information processing system provided by the embodiment, and does not need to pay attention to the differences of the flow and the communication interface of the multiple types of payments.
By means of the technical scheme, the gateway receives the transaction request sent by the first server corresponding to the electronic commerce system, transaction data carried by the transaction request are stored in the first database through the storage module, the settlement module obtains transaction data stored in the preset time from the first database every preset time, the transaction data stored in the preset time are summarized to obtain clear data corresponding to the preset time, the clear data are sent to the second server corresponding to a settlement party with settlement clearing qualification through the transaction docking module, the clear data are used for indicating the allocation information of a merchant corresponding to the transaction order obtained in the preset time and total funds obtained in the preset time between the merchant and the electronic commerce system, and therefore the second server can pay funds to the merchant and the electronic commerce system based on the clear data.
The clear data is also used for indicating the merchant to which the transaction order obtained in the preset time belongs, so that the commodity sold by the merchant in the electronic commerce system in the preset time can be obtained based on the clear data, and the relevant departments can conveniently monitor the commodity sold by the electronic commerce system. And the first server running different e-commerce systems and the second server of the settlement party with different settlement modes can be accessed into the information processing system, so that the communication interface and the information flow communicated between the first server and the second server are unified through the information processing system, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
In order to better illustrate that the information processing system provided by the embodiment can implement the fund clearing between the user and the e-commerce system to complete the fund settlement corresponding to the transaction request, fig. 4 is adopted to illustrate the fund flow direction and the information flow direction based on the information processing system, wherein the dotted line is the information flow, and the solid line is the fund flow; in the transaction process, the amount paid by the user is stored in the user account and is temporarily managed by the platform funds supervisor, the electronic commerce system can prestore part of funds to the platform marketing funds, the platform funds supervisor and the platform marketing funds serve as two funds pools, when a settlement party with settlement qualification such as a bank in fig. 4 calls the bank clearance settlement system to call funds from the two funds pools to transfer the funds to a corresponding merchant, and thus, after the user purchases any article in the electronic commerce system, automatic transfer of funds to the merchant can be completed through the schematic diagram shown in fig. 4.
But in the practical application of the e-commerce system, the commodity is subjected to preferential treatment, such as discounting the commodity and providing a coupon (at least one of a platform coupon and a merchant coupon), for example, corresponding transaction data is shown in table 2.

Transaction receipt (total): for the sum of the original prices of the goods submitted by all the trade orders corresponding to the current trade request, the trade response (total) =the trade actual receipt (total) +the trade preferential amount (total).
Transaction actual receipt (total): the actual income amount of the commodity which is submitted for all the transaction orders corresponding to the transaction request is calculated, in other words, the amount which is actually paid by the user after the preferential amount is subtracted on the basis of the original price.
Transaction preferential amount (total): the total amount of offers enjoyed for all trade orders corresponding to the current trade request, trade offer (total) =order platform offer (total) +order merchant offer (total).
Order platform offer (total): and the sum of the preferential amounts born by the platforms in all transaction orders corresponding to the transaction request is calculated.
Order merchant offer (total): and adding the preferential amount born by the merchant in all transaction orders corresponding to the transaction request.
Order platform commission (total): the sum of the commission amounts collected by the platform side in all the trade orders corresponding to the trade request.
Order merchant actual collection (total): for the total amount actually received by the merchant in all transaction orders corresponding to the transaction request, the order merchant receives (total) =transaction receives (total) -order platform commission (total).
Based on this, the transaction requests generated by the e-commerce system include two types: the first is a transaction request carrying price adjustment identification information; the second type is a transaction request without price adjustment identification information, the two types of transaction requests are different in order actual receipt, the first type of order actual receipt is the difference between the original price and the preferential amount, the second type of order actual receipt is the original price, and the corresponding information processing system provided in this embodiment needs to add a module for processing the transaction request with price adjustment identification information, as shown in fig. 5, and may further include, based on fig. 2: a scheduling module 80 and an adjustment module 60.
The scheduling module 80 is configured to determine whether the transaction request carries price adjustment identification information, if so, send the transaction request to the adjustment module 60, and if not, send the transaction request to the storage module 20.
One way in which the scheduling module 80 determines whether the transaction request carries price adjustment identifying information is: judging whether the two fields of the order platform preferential amount and the order merchant preferential amount are empty in the transaction data carried by the transaction request, if so, the storage module 20 can be directly called to store the transaction data carried by the transaction request, if at least one field is not empty, the commodity price in the transaction request is regulated by the regulation module 60.
The adjusting module 60 is configured to adjust the commodity price carried in the transaction request based on the price adjustment identification information, package the adjusted commodity price into the transaction request, and invoke the scheduling module 80 to send the transaction request packaged with the adjusted commodity price to the storage module 20.
The adjustment of commodity price carried in the transaction request means adjustment of order real receipt in the transaction request, specifically, the order real receipt is adjusted to be the difference between the order receipt (original price) and the preferential amount, the preferential amount generally has two types of discount and coupon, the order receipt and the discount are multiplied to obtain the order real receipt, and the coupon is obtained by subtracting the amount in the coupon on the basis of the order receipt.
By means of the technical scheme, the scheduling module can distribute transaction requests of different types to the adjusting module and the storage module for processing, and the adjusting module can process the transaction requests carrying the price adjusting identification information, so that the information processing system can be suitable for different requirements of the electronic commerce system, and various preferential activities of the electronic commerce system are facilitated.
When the electronic commerce system performs preferential selling on the commodity, the configuration data of the electronic commerce system for adjusting the commodity price needs to be called to be stored by the information processing system provided by the embodiment, for example, when the electronic commerce system performs preferential selling in a coupon manner, the electronic commerce system needs to be called to perform coiling (namely, generate a coupon) and perform coupon storage through the information processing system, and therefore the information processing system provided by the embodiment further comprises: a second database for storing configuration data for adjusting the price of the goods, such as various coupons and discounts applied to the goods.
Correspondingly, the adjusting module 60 is further configured to obtain, from the second database, configuration data matching the price adjustment identification information, verify whether the configuration data matching the price adjustment identification information is valid, and if so, perform adjustment on the price of the commodity carried in the transaction request based on the price adjustment identification information; if not, the scheduling module 80 and the gateway 10 are sequentially invoked to return a price adjustment failure response to the first server, for example, a prompt message of expiration of the offer is returned to the first server, so as to remind the user that the offer of the purchased commodity is expired, and the commodity needs to be purchased at the original price.
One way in which to verify that the configuration data matching the price adjustment identification information is valid is: verifying whether the initiation time of the transaction request is within the effective time of the configuration data, if the initiation time of the transaction request is within the effective time of the configuration data, the configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information is effective, and the preferential can be continuously used, if the initiation time of the transaction request is not within the effective time of the configuration data, the configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information is ineffective, and the preferential is forbidden to be continuously used, so that the preferential price is forbidden to be abused for purchasing goods, and the overtaking behavior is prevented.
The above functions are described below with reference to a flowchart, and as shown in fig. 6, the information processing system provided by the first server and this embodiment is used as an execution theme, where the first server initiates a roll making request to the information processing system, where the roll making request carries but is not limited to: a lot number, a volume denomination, a usage rule and a valid time, wherein the lot number is used for indicating the lot of the current volume in the manufactured volume, in the case that the transaction request carries price adjustment identification information, one form of the price adjustment identification information can be, but is not limited to, the lot number, so that coupons belonging to the lot number can be obtained from the second database based on the lot number, the volume denomination indicates the amount of the coupon using the current volume, the usage rule is used for limiting how the coupon is used, and the valid time is limited in the time to use the coupon;
And the information processing system starts to produce the roll after receiving the roll production request, initiates an approval request after completing the roll production to request to verify whether the generated coupon is qualified or not, and modifies the state of the generated coupon to be effective if the approval response sent by the first server is received, so that the coupon can be used.
After the state of the generated coupon is modified to be effective, the coupon is sent to the terminal through the first server, so that a user can select the coupon through the terminal, if the first server receives the coupon selection instruction, the coupon selection instruction is forwarded to the information processing system, whether the selected coupon is effective or not is judged based on the coupon batch carried in the coupon selection instruction, and if the coupon is effectively stored in the user account, how to judge whether the selected coupon is effective or not is specifically not described.
In the case that a coupon exists in the user account, when the user to which the user account belongs purchases a commodity through the e-commerce system, an interaction process among the first server, the information processing system and the second server is as shown in fig. 7, and the method may include the steps of:
The first server sends a purchase request to the information processing system;
after the information processing system receives the purchase request, based on user identification information carried in the purchase request, such as a user account number, a coupon matched with the user identification information is obtained, and the coupon is sent to the first server so as to display the coupon matched with the user identification information through the electronic commerce system.
The method comprises the steps that after a first server monitors a transaction request of a coupon selected and ordered by a user, the transaction request is sent to an information processing system;
the information processing system stores transaction data carried in the transaction request, freezes coupons used by the transaction request, refers to coupons stored in a user account, and sends a payment request to the second server;
the second server pays after receiving the payment request, and sends a response of payment completion to the information processing system, and the information processing system updates the state of the transaction request, such as updating to order payment completion, so as to inform the first server that the shipping operation can be executed;
and the information processing system obtains a share of clearing data every preset time interval, sends the clearing data to the second server, and the second server finishes fund clearing.
Referring to fig. 8, a structure of still another information processing system according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include, based on fig. 5: the risk monitoring module 70 is configured to invoke at least one risk monitoring policy, obtain the suspicious degree of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information, and prohibit the adjustment module from processing the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information if the suspicious degree of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information is greater than a preset threshold.
If the suspicion of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information is greater than a preset threshold, which indicates that the transaction request may be an illegal request, the transaction request is prohibited from being processed, wherein the value of the preset threshold may be determined according to the actual application, and the embodiment is not limited.
In this embodiment, the risk monitoring policy may include, but is not limited to: at least one of a payment source IP, the same payment source IP, a payment frequency of the same user account, a user account, and a preferential price. The manner in which the suspicion is obtained when at least one of these policies is employed is as follows:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining the corresponding suspicious degree of the transaction request when each strategy is adopted, obtaining the suspicious degree of the transaction request based on the corresponding suspicious degree of the transaction request when each strategy is adopted, and adding the corresponding suspicious degree of the transaction request when each strategy is adopted to obtain the suspicious degree of the transaction request. The manner in which the suspicion is obtained when at least one of the above policies is employed is as follows:
detecting whether the number of transaction requests of coupons of one batch from the same payment source IP is greater than a preset number; detecting whether the payment frequency of the same payment source IP is larger than a first preset number of times or not; detecting whether the payment frequency of the same user account is greater than a second preset number of times; detecting whether a user account is located in a blacklist; and detecting whether the preferential price is reasonable, such as whether the preferential price is too low. If the request carrying the price adjustment identification information received by the adjustment module 60 hits the detected preset number, the suspicion is larger than a preset threshold, for example, whether the number of transaction requests of coupons of one batch is larger than the preset number is detected, and if the number of transaction requests of coupons of one batch is larger than the preset number, the hit is regarded as a hit.
By means of the technical scheme, risk monitoring is carried out on the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information, so that the purchase of goods at the preferential price is forbidden, and normal users can be guaranteed to purchase goods at the preferential price while avoiding the reverse behavior of a gambling machine.
In addition, the settlement module in the information processing system provided in the above embodiment can collect the transaction data once every preset time, and trigger the second server to complete a fund clearing, which can be regarded as offline clearing, wherein the offline clearing is to transfer the funds into the electronic commerce system and the merchant only after the preset time after the transaction request is generated.
In practical application, however, the settlement module 30 in the information processing system is further configured to store one transaction data in the first database each time, obtain a mapping relationship between the transaction order and the merchant, and the income of the merchant and the income of the electronic commerce system in the transaction data based on the transaction data, package the mapping relationship between the transaction order and the merchant, the income of the merchant and the income of the electronic commerce system in a payment instruction, send the payment instruction to the transaction docking module, and send the flow of funds indicated by the transaction request (such as the mapping relationship between the transaction order and the merchant, the income of the merchant and the income of the electronic commerce system) to the second server in real time by calling the transaction docking module.
The transaction docking module 40 in the information processing system provided in the foregoing embodiment is further configured to send a transaction request to the second server, receive, at each preset time interval, check data sent by the second server, send the check data to the settlement module 30, where the check data is obtained based on the transaction data carried by the transaction request, and is used to instruct funds paid to merchants and electronic commerce systems at the preset time, for example, the check data includes a total amount paid to the merchants at the preset time, a total amount paid to the electronic commerce systems, and income of each transaction order merchant, so as to automatically check the transaction request in the preset time, and prevent clearing errors.
The settlement module 30 is further configured to determine whether the check data and the transaction data are matched, and if so, perform summarizing the transaction data stored in the preset time, where matching refers to whether the check data and the transaction data are the same, for example, whether the total amount paid to the merchant in the check data and the transaction data in the preset time, the total amount paid to the e-commerce system, and the income of the merchant for each transaction order are the same, and if the same indicates that the two data are matched, the settlement module 30 may perform offline payment.
Corresponding to the above system embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an information processing method, where a flowchart of the method is shown in fig. 9, and the method may include the following steps:

The details of funds of each transaction order are recorded in all transaction data corresponding to the same merchant number, such as real receipts of the transaction order merchant and the handling fees of the order platform, the real receipts of the order merchant indicate the income of the transaction order merchant, the handling fees of the order platform indicate the fees paid by the transaction order merchant to the platform (i.e. the electronic commerce system), which can be regarded as the income of the electronic commerce system, so that by summing the real receipts of the order merchant and the handling fees of the order platform recorded in all transaction data corresponding to the same merchant number, the total funds (total amount) to be paid to each merchant and the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system in the transaction request generated in preset time are summarized from the transaction data, and the clearing data can include but are not limited to: the total funds to be paid to each merchant at the preset time, the total funds to be paid to the e-commerce system at the preset time, and the merchant to which the trade order belongs (determined based on the merchant number) are used by the second server to monitor the trade order.

The information processing method can process different types of transaction requests, particularly transaction requests carrying price adjustment identification information, so as to be suitable for different requirements of an electronic commerce system and be beneficial to the electronic commerce system to perform various preferential activities.
In the present embodiment, configuration data matching the price adjustment identification information is stored in the second database, and the configuration data is used to determine whether price adjustment is possible, for example, the configuration data includes, but is not limited to: various coupons and discounts for merchandise, and various coupons and discounts for merchandise have certain regulatory requirements, such as limiting the objects and time of use of the coupons and discounts.

By means of the technical scheme, risk monitoring is carried out on the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information, so that the purchase of goods at the preferential price is forbidden, and normal users can be guaranteed to purchase goods at the preferential price while avoiding the reverse behavior of a gambling machine.

In an embodiment, the processor 401 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), an asic, a digital signal processor, an off-the-shelf programmable gate array, or other programmable logic device, etc.
The processor may call a program stored in the memory 402. Specifically, the memory 402 is configured to store one or more programs, where the programs may include program codes that include computer operation instructions, and in the embodiment of the present application, at least the programs for implementing the following functions are stored in the memory:

and sending the clearing data to a second server corresponding to a clearing party with clearing qualification, wherein the second server pays funds to the merchant and the electronic commerce system based on the clearing data.
In one possible implementation, the memory 402 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, where the storage program area may store an operating system, and applications required for at least one function (e.g., a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), etc.; the storage data area may store data created during use of the computer, such as transaction data, clearance data, and the like.
In addition, memory 402 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device or other volatile solid-state storage device.
The communication interface 403 may be an interface of a communication module, such as an interface of a GSM module.
The present embodiment may further include a display 405, an input unit 404, and the like.
Of course, the structure of the server shown in fig. 12 does not constitute a limitation of the server in the present embodiment, and the server may include more or less components than those shown in fig. 12, or may combine some components in practical applications.

1. An information processing system, comprising: the system comprises a gateway, a storage module, a settlement module, a transaction docking module and a first database;
the gateway is used for receiving a transaction request sent by a first server corresponding to the electronic commerce system, wherein the gateway is used for interacting with different types of electronic commerce systems without settlement and clearing qualification;
The storage module is used for storing transaction data carried by the transaction request into the first database, and the transaction data is used for indicating merchant information and commodity information corresponding to each transaction order, fund distribution information corresponding to each transaction order and total fund distribution information corresponding to all transaction orders in the transaction request;
the settlement module is used for acquiring the transaction data stored in the preset time from the first database at each interval of preset time, summarizing the transaction data stored in the preset time to obtain clear data corresponding to the preset time, wherein the clear data is used for indicating a merchant to which a transaction order obtained in the preset time belongs and distribution information of total funds obtained in the preset time between the merchant and the electronic commerce system;
the transaction docking module is used for sending the clearing data to a second server corresponding to a clearing party with clearing qualification, and the second server pays funds to the merchant and the electronic commerce system based on the clearing data;
the settlement module comprises a configuration unit, a calculation unit and an output unit;
The configuration unit is used for configuring a settlement rule required for summarizing the transaction data, wherein the settlement rule comprises preset time, merchant wetting proportion and sub-merchant association relation, and the merchant wetting proportion and the sub-merchant association relation are used for distributing funds;
the calculating unit is configured to aggregate the transaction data acquired in the preset time based on the settlement rule, calculate total funds to be paid to each merchant and total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system in the transaction request generated in the preset time, determine merchants to which the transaction order belongs in the transaction request generated in the preset time, and package the total funds to be paid to each merchant, the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system, and the merchants to which the transaction order belongs in the clearing file as the clearing files;
the output unit is used for outputting the clearing file.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising: a scheduling module and an adjusting module;
the scheduling module is used for judging whether the transaction request carries price adjustment identification information, and if so, sending the transaction request to the adjustment module; if the price adjustment identification information is not carried, the transaction request is sent to the storage module;
The adjusting module is used for adjusting commodity price carried in the transaction request based on the price adjusting identification information, packaging the adjusted commodity price into the transaction request, and calling the scheduling module to send the transaction request packaged with the adjusted commodity price to the storage module.
3. The system of claim 2, further comprising: the second database is used for storing configuration data for adjusting the commodity price;
the adjustment module is further configured to obtain configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information from the second database, verify whether the configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information is valid, and if so, execute adjustment on the commodity price carried in the transaction request based on the price adjustment identification information; and if not, sequentially calling the scheduling module and the gateway to return a price adjustment failure response to the first server.

A system according to claim 2 or 3, further comprising: and the risk monitoring module is used for calling at least one risk monitoring strategy, acquiring the suspicious degree of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information, and prohibiting the adjustment module from processing the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information if the suspicious degree of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information is greater than a preset threshold.

A system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the settlement module is further configured to store one transaction data in the first database, obtain a mapping relationship between a transaction order and a merchant, a income of the merchant, and a income of the electronic commerce system in the transaction data based on the transaction data, package the mapping relationship between the transaction order and the merchant, the income of the merchant, and the income of the electronic commerce system in a payment instruction, and send the payment instruction to the transaction docking module.

A system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the transaction docking module further configured to send the transaction request to the second server, receive verification data sent by the second server at predetermined intervals, and send the verification data to the settlement module, the verification data being derived based on transaction data carried by the transaction request and being used to indicate funds paid by the merchant and the electronic commerce system at the predetermined times;
and the settlement module is also used for judging whether the check data and the transaction data are matched, and if so, summarizing the transaction data stored in the preset time.

receiving a transaction request sent by a first server corresponding to an electronic commerce system without settlement clearing qualification;
storing transaction data carried by the transaction request into a first database, wherein the transaction data is used for indicating merchant information and commodity information corresponding to each transaction order, fund distribution information corresponding to each transaction order and total fund distribution information corresponding to all transaction orders in the transaction request;
acquiring the transaction data stored in the preset time from the first database at each preset time interval, summarizing the transaction data stored in the preset time to obtain clear data corresponding to the preset time, wherein the clear data are used for indicating a merchant to which a transaction order obtained in the preset time belongs and distribution information of total funds obtained in the preset time between the merchant and the electronic commerce system;
the clearing data are sent to a second server corresponding to a clearing party with clearing qualification, and the second server pays funds to the merchant and the electronic commerce system based on the clearing data;
The method for acquiring the transaction data stored in the preset time from the first database at each preset time interval comprises the steps of:
configuring a settlement rule required for summarizing the transaction data, wherein the settlement rule comprises preset time, merchant wetting proportion and sub-merchant association relation, and the merchant wetting proportion and the sub-merchant association relation are used for distributing funds;
summarizing the transaction data acquired in the preset time based on the settlement rules, calculating total funds to be paid to each merchant and total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system in the transaction request generated in the preset time, judging merchants to which the transaction order belongs in the transaction request generated in the preset time, and packaging the total funds to be paid to each merchant, the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system and the merchants to which the transaction order belongs in the clearing file as the clearing data;
and outputting the clear files.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
Judging whether the transaction request carries price adjustment identification information or not;
if the transaction request carries the price adjustment identification information, adjusting the commodity price carried in the transaction request based on the price adjustment identification information, packaging the adjusted commodity price into the transaction request, and triggering the step of storing transaction data carried by the transaction request into a first database;
and if the price adjustment identification information is not carried in the transaction request, triggering a step of storing transaction data carried by the transaction request into a first database.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information from a second database;
verifying whether configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information is valid;
triggering a step of adjusting the commodity price carried in the transaction request based on the price adjustment identification information if the configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information is valid;
and if the configuration data matched with the price adjustment identification information is invalid, returning a price adjustment failure response to the first server.
10. The method according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the method further comprises:
invoking at least one risk monitoring strategy to acquire the suspicious degree of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information;
and if the suspicious degree of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information is greater than a preset threshold value, prohibiting processing of the transaction request carrying the price adjustment identification information.
11. The method according to any one of claims 7-9, characterized in that the method further comprises:
each transaction data is stored in the first database, and based on the transaction data, the mapping relation between the transaction order and the merchant, the income of the merchant and the income of the electronic commerce system in the transaction data are obtained;
and packaging the mapping relation between the transaction order and the merchant, the income of the merchant and the income of the electronic commerce system in a payment instruction, and sending the payment instruction to the second server.
12. The method according to any one of claims 7-9, characterized in that the method further comprises: transmitting the transaction request to the second server;

The clearing data are sent to a second server corresponding to a clearing party with clearing qualification, and the second server pays funds to the merchant and the electronic commerce system based on the clearing data;
the method for acquiring the transaction data stored in the preset time from the first database at each preset time interval comprises the steps of:
configuring a settlement rule required for summarizing the transaction data, wherein the settlement rule comprises preset time, merchant wetting proportion and sub-merchant association relation, and the merchant wetting proportion and the sub-merchant association relation are used for distributing funds;
summarizing the transaction data acquired in the preset time based on the settlement rules, calculating total funds to be paid to each merchant and total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system in a transaction request generated in the preset time, judging merchants to which the transaction order belongs in the transaction request generated in the preset time, and packaging the total funds to be paid to each merchant, the total funds to be paid to the electronic commerce system and the merchants to which the transaction order belongs in a clearing file as the clearing data;
