5. the cut tumor section enters the guide groove 12 in a strip shape, the piston rod 6 which ascends simultaneously drives the driving shaft rod 8 to rotate through the positioning shaft 81 and the spiral chute 62, and when the positioning shaft 81 is positioned at the topmost part of the spiral chute 62 or when the positioning shaft 81 completely enters the positioning chute 61, the end part of the positioning seat 13 clamps and fixes the end part of the tumor section between the positioning seat 13 and the boss 14, so that the purpose of fixing is achieved.
