Abstract

本发明公开了一种移动电力系统,通过将移动电力系统的全部分摊到两个运输工具上,实现了有效集成,减少运输工具和运输成本;通过两个运输工具的侧连接,实现工作状态下的快捷方便连接,大大节约安装所需时间;通过在排气辅助运输单元上设置燃气涡轮启动装置,使得移动电力系统在全部停电状态下,实现燃气涡轮的启动。

一种移动电力系统
技术领域
本发明涉及发电技术领域,具体涉及一种移动电力系统。
背景技术
油气工业通常使用水力压裂来促进烃类井(比如油井或气井)的生产。传统压裂设备通常具有占地面积大、环境污染严重等问题,难以满足当前严峻的环境要求及井场作业占地面积要求。
电驱压裂成套设备将有效减少环境污染物的排放,大幅减少占地面积,降低噪声并降低作业和维护成本。成套电驱压裂设备的使用以及电驱压裂设备功率的不断增大,对作业现场的电力供应提出越来越高的要求。通常井场无法通过电网实现压裂设备的供电。而且压裂作业具有作业周期较短的特点,压裂设备需要在不同井场间进行移动。通常情况下,供电系统各部件之间因为组装方式不同,车载构成不同,安装方式不同,所需的安装时间长则1个月,短则半个月。
如何为电驱压裂作业现场提供安装时间短,安装便捷、可移动式的电力供应成为当今电驱压裂作业面临的一大挑战。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种移动电力系统,通过将移动电力系统的全部分摊到两个运输工具上,实现了有效集成,减少运输工具和运输成本;通过两个运输工具的侧连接,实现工作状态下的快捷方便连接,大大节约安装所需时间;通过在排气辅助运输单元上设置燃气涡轮启动装置,使得移动电力系统在全部停电状态下,实现燃气涡轮的启动。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施达到的:一种移动电力系统,包括涡轮发电运输单元和排气辅助运输单元,所述排气辅助运输单元连接在涡轮发电运输单元的至少一个侧面,所述涡轮发电运输单元包括进气系统、燃气涡轮、发电机和第一运输工具,燃气涡轮将烃类燃料转化成输出轴机械能,进气系统置于燃气涡轮进气侧,为转化过程提供助燃空气,发电机置于燃气涡轮输出端,将机械能转化为所需电能;所述排气辅助运输单元包括排气系统,舱体通风冷却系统和第二运输工具,所述排气系统和舱体通风冷却系统设在第二运输工具上,所述排气系统与燃气涡轮的排气口连接,所述舱体通风冷却系统连接到燃气涡轮舱体上。
进一步地,所述排气辅助运输单元包括燃气涡轮启动装置,所述燃气涡轮启动装置用于移动电力系统在全部停电状态下,帮助实现燃气涡轮启动,所述燃气涡轮启动装置为具有自启能力的发电机组或蓄电池组。
进一步地,所述涡轮发电运输单元还包括电力控制单元,电力控制单元包括电力单元和控制单元,所述电力单元用于将发电机的电对外输出,所述控制单元包括燃气涡轮控制单元和发电机控制单元,燃气涡轮控制单元作用于燃气涡轮,发电机控制单元作用于发电机。
进一步地,所述排气系统包括排气接头、排气消音装置和排气烟囱,所述排气接头、排气消音装置和排气烟囱依次连接,排气消音装置和排气烟囱被设置为一个整体,所述排气接头的另一端与燃气涡轮的排气口连接,在运输状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱呈水平放置,在工作状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱呈竖直立放。
进一步地,在工作状态下,所述排气接头通过底部滑轨移至第二运输工具侧面。
进一步地,所述排气消音装置与排气烟囱,在工作状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱通过举升机构实现水平转为竖直立放。
进一步地,所述排气系统与涡轮发电运输单元的侧面连接。
进一步地,所述舱体通风冷却系统与涡轮发电运输单元的侧面连接。
进一步地,所述排气辅助运输单元还设有一套液压行走装置,在工作状态下,用于第二运输工具在上下左右方向上的微调,以便更快的与涡轮发电运输单元完成对接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1、通过将移动电力系统的全部分摊到两个运输工具上,实现了有效集成,减少运输工具和运输成本。2、通过两个运输工具的侧连接,实现工作状态下的快捷方便连接,大大节约安装所需时间。3、通过在排气辅助运输单元上设置燃气涡轮启动装置,使得移动电力系统在全部停电状态下,实现燃气涡轮的启动。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图1至4所示,一种移动电力系统,包括涡轮发电运输单元100和排气辅助运输单元200,所述排气辅助运输单元200连接在涡轮发电运输单元100的至少一个侧面,所述涡轮发电运输单元100包括进气系统101、燃气涡轮103、发电机104和第一运输工具106,燃气涡轮103将烃类燃料转化成输出轴机械能,进气系统101置于燃气涡轮103进气侧,通过进气接头102与燃气涡轮103进气口相连接,为转化过程提供助燃空气,进气系统101集成到燃气涡轮103进气口,进气接头102使用直筒式接头,避免不必要的弯头,进气压力损失小,流向稳定。
发电机104置于燃气涡轮103输出轴侧,通过中间轴连接,将机械能转化为所需电能,所述排气辅助运输单元200包括排气系统203,舱体通风冷却系统202,燃气涡轮启动装置201和第二运输工具204,所述排气系统203,舱体通风冷却系统202和燃气涡轮启动装置201设在第二运输工具204上,所述排气系统203与燃气涡轮103的排气口连接,所述舱体通风冷却系统202通过柔性通风管道连接到燃气涡轮103舱体上,为涡轮发电运输单元100舱体冷却提供清洁空气。所述燃气涡轮启动装置201用于移动电力系统在全部停电状态下,不依赖其他电力网络帮助,实现燃气涡轮103的启动。燃气涡轮启动装置201包括燃油发动机和启动发电机,为燃气涡轮103启动提供电力。涡轮发电运输单元100集成进气系统101、燃气涡轮103与发电机104,省去了现场进行进气系统101的连接,简化了动力输出轴系校中,极大降低现场装配的精度与难度,缩短装配时间。
涡轮发电运输单元100还包括润滑油系统(为燃气涡轮103及发电机104提供润滑)、消防系统(舱体灭火)、供气系统(为燃机提供燃料)等图中未标注的辅助系统。
所述涡轮发电运输单元100还包括电力控制单元105,电力控制单元105包括电力单元和控制单元,所述电力单元用于将发电机104的电对外输出,所述控制单元包括燃气涡轮控制单元和发电机控制单元,燃气涡轮控制单元作用于燃气涡轮103以及燃气涡轮辅助设备(例如润滑油泵等),发电机控制单元作用于发电机104。涡轮发电运输单元100上集成电力控制单元105,减少现场电缆连接工作量,同时延长电气元件的使用寿命。
所述排气系统203包括排气接头205、排气消音装置和排气烟囱,所述排气接头205、排气消音装置和排气烟囱依次连接,排气消音装置和排气烟囱被设置为一个整体,并通过铰接的方式连接到第二运输工具204上,所述排气接头205的另一端与燃气涡轮103的排气口连接,在运输状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱呈水平放置,在工作状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱呈竖直立放。
在工作状态下,所述排气接头205通过底部滑轨移至第二运输工具204侧面。
在工作状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱通过举升机构实现水平转为竖直立放,举升机构可以是液压油缸等。燃气涡轮103废气依次经排气口、排气接头205、排气消音装置和排气烟囱排入大气。
所述排气系统203与涡轮发电运输单元100的侧面连接。所述舱体通风冷却系统202与涡轮发电运输单元100的侧面连接。舱体通风冷却系统202及排气系统203连接到涡轮发电运输单元100的侧面,避免吊装,降低作业难度,提高操作便利性。
所述排气辅助运输单元200还设有一套液压行走装置,在工作状态下,用于第二运输工具204在上下左右方向上的微调,以便更快的与涡轮发电运输单元100完成对接。液压行走装置包括竖直支腿、水平伸缩机构和水平液压油缸,竖直支腿包括竖直液压油缸和能够抵挡竖直液压油缸水平受力的机械结构,通过竖直液压油缸的伸缩,实现第二运输工具204在高度上的微调,(如排气接头205需要在升高或降低时)。在水平伸缩机构和水平液压油缸的协调作用下,两侧水平液压油缸同时向某一侧伸缩时,实现第二运输工具204靠近或远离第一运输工具106,(即排气接头205靠近或远离排气口)。
所述第一运输工具106、第二运输工具204为拖车、卡车、滑动垫木或驳船中的至少一种。
该系统通过两个运输工具运输,到达目的地后,涡轮发电运输单元100根据井厂布局停放,排气辅助运输单元200根据涡轮发电运输单元100位置运输至涡轮发电运输单元100侧面。排气辅助运输单元200通过第二运输工具204调整首尾方向位置,再通过液压行走装置微调第二运输工具204的上下左右位置,调整至合适位置后,所述排气接头205通过其底部设置的滑轨,沿靠近涡轮发电运输单元100的方向,移动至排气辅助运输单元200的外侧,与燃气涡轮103的排气口对接,并通过柔性防火材料进行密封连接,同时排气消音装置和排气烟囱通过底部设置的液压油缸的举升作用,由水平位置转至竖直位置,并与排气接头205密封连接。所述舱体通风冷却系统202中可伸缩的通风柔性连接管206朝靠近涡轮发电运输单元100的方向伸出,与燃气涡轮103的舱体通风口密封连接,从而完成移动电力系统的安装连接,移动电力系统进入工作状态。

Claims (9)

1.一种移动电力系统,其特征在于:包括涡轮发电运输单元和排气辅助运输单元,所述排气辅助运输单元连接在涡轮发电运输单元的至少一个侧面,所述涡轮发电运输单元包括进气系统、燃气涡轮、发电机和第一运输工具,燃气涡轮将烃类燃料转化成输出轴机械能,进气系统置于燃气涡轮进气侧,为转化过程提供助燃空气,发电机置于燃气涡轮输出端,将机械能转化为所需电能;所述排气辅助运输单元包括排气系统,舱体通风冷却系统和第二运输工具,所述排气系统和舱体通风冷却系统设在第二运输工具上,所述排气系统与燃气涡轮的排气口连接,所述舱体通风冷却系统连接到燃气涡轮舱体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:所述排气辅助运输单元包括燃气涡轮启动装置,所述燃气涡轮启动装置用于移动电力系统在全部停电状态下,帮助实现燃气涡轮启动,所述燃气涡轮启动装置为具有自启能力的发电机组或蓄电池组。
3.根据权利要求1所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:所述涡轮发电运输单元还包括电力控制单元,电力控制单元包括电力单元和控制单元,所述电力单元用于将发电机的电对外输出,所述控制单元包括燃气涡轮控制单元和发电机控制单元,燃气涡轮控制单元作用于燃气涡轮,发电机控制单元作用于发电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:所述排气系统包括排气接头、排气消音装置和排气烟囱,所述排气接头、排气消音装置和排气烟囱依次连接,排气消音装置和排气烟囱被设置为一个整体,所述排气接头的另一端与燃气涡轮的排气口连接,在运输状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱呈水平放置,在工作状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱呈竖直立放。
5.根据权利要求4所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:在工作状态下,所述排气接头通过底部滑轨移至第二运输工具侧面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:所述排气消音装置与排气烟囱,在工作状态下,排气消音装置和排气烟囱通过举升机构实现水平转为竖直立放。
7.根据权利要求1所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:所述排气系统与涡轮发电运输单元的侧面连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:所述舱体通风冷却系统与涡轮发电运输单元的侧面连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的移动电力系统,其特征在于:所述排气辅助运输单元还设有一套液压行走装置,在工作状态下,用于第二运输工具在上下左右方向上的微调,以便更快的与涡轮发电运输单元完成对接。
