The high-speed pulping can be performed on a construction site.
The geological drilling rig 10 used in the dual pressure control impact extrusion grouting system of the embodiment can adopt a vertical shaft type or power head type drilling rig for geological exploration; the round vertical shaft drill rod 11 can be a driving drill rod sleeved in a vertical shaft sleeve of the drilling machine or connected to a power head of the drilling machine; the drill tap 12 may be a conventional geological drill high pressure tap; the slurry storage stirring tank 20 and the slurry making tank 130 may employ the slurry storage stirring tank 20 and the slurry making tank 130 used in conventional grouting; the pulse grouting pump 30 can adopt a high-pressure pulse grouting pump 30 special for impact extrusion grouting, and can also adopt a pulse grouting pump 30 formed by discharging 1-2 grouting valve seat balls and a grouting port pressure stabilizing tank by a common reciprocating plunger type high-pressure grouting pump.

The double-pressure control impact extrusion grouting construction method of the embodiment of the invention is applied to a certain foundation anti-seepage grouting engineering example, and comprises the following specific steps:

(2) According to stratum conditions and engineering design requirements, the control parameters of the double-pressure control impact extrusion grouting are determined through field tests and are shown in the following table 1:

(3) Drilling and pouring holes, wherein the diameter of each hole is 110mm, the depth of each hole is 2.0m, and 0.5:1, casting an orifice sleeve 60 with the length of 2.1m and the outer diameter of 108mm into thick cement slurry, wherein the casting depth of the orifice sleeve 60 is 2.0m below the ground, and the exposed height above the ground is 0.1m;
(4) Installing an orifice sealer 70 connected to a back slurry pressure regulating device 90;
(5) According to the requirement of the sealing fit length of the round vertical shaft drill rod 11 and the orifice sealer 70 in the drilling and grouting process of each drilling and grouting section, the total length of the impact extrusion grouting machine 40 is configured, and the impact extrusion grouting machine 40 is sequentially arranged and connected in the grouting hole;
(6) Cement stable slurry is adopted for drilling and grouting, and the slurry proportion and performance are carried out according to the table 2;

(7) Starting a pulse grouting pump 30, regulating and controlling the pulse pulp inlet pressure and the pulse pulp return pressure according to the control parameter requirements of the table 1, regulating and controlling the pulse pulp inlet pressure to be larger than or equal to the designed pulse pulp inlet pressure through a pulp inlet pressure regulating and controlling device 100, and regulating and controlling the pulse pulp return pressure to be equal to the designed pulse pulp return pressure through a pulp return pressure regulating and controlling device 90; starting the geological drilling machine 10 to sequentially perform drilling and grouting integrated impact extrusion grouting on the grouting hole section from top to bottom under the condition of double pressure control;
(8) The drilling rotation speed is controlled to be 50-100 r/min, the drilling and irrigation speed is controlled to be less than or equal to 10cm/min, and the drilling and irrigation feeding pressure is controlled by adopting medium pressure and matching with the drilling and irrigation speed requirement;
(9) After the drilling of each drilling and grouting section is finished, the in-section up-down rotary impact extrusion grouting is continued, and drilling and grouting control is carried out according to the determined drilling and grouting section control technical parameters, wherein the control standard is as follows: the drilling and grouting section impact extrusion grouting reaches the pulse pulp inlet pressure and the pulse pulp return pressure which are specified by the design, meets the injection rate ending standard, can end the drilling and grouting section impact extrusion grouting, and continues the drilling and grouting of the next drilling and grouting section;
(10) After drilling and grouting are finished in an integral impact extrusion grouting mode under the condition of full-hole-section double-pressure control, 0.5: and 1, carrying out full-hole Duan Jixie backfill grouting on the cement thick slurry.

The slurry inlet pressure regulating and controlling device (100) comprises a three-way pipe (101), a slurry inlet pressure control gate valve (102) and a slurry inlet pressure gauge (103), one interface of the three-way pipe (101) is communicated with a slurry outlet of the pulse grouting pump (30), the other two interfaces of the three-way pipe (101) are respectively communicated with the slurry inlet pressure gauge (103) and the slurry inlet pressure control gate valve (102), the slurry inlet pressure gauge (103) is arranged between the drilling grouting slurry inlet pipe (50) and the slurry inlet pressure control gate valve (102), and the outlet end of the slurry inlet pressure control gate valve (102) is communicated with the slurry storage stirring barrel (20) through a slurry return pipe;
The back-slurry pressure regulating device (90) comprises a back-slurry pressure control gate valve (91) and a back-slurry pressure gauge (92), the back-slurry pressure gauge (92) is arranged between the orifice sealer back-slurry interface (75) and the back-slurry pressure control gate valve (91), and the outlet end of the back-slurry pressure control gate valve (91) is connected with a drilling and grouting back-slurry pipe (80);
The double-pressure control impact extrusion grouting system further comprises a slurry returning and sand removing device (110), the slurry returning and sand removing device (110) comprises a sand removing vibrating screen (111), the sand removing vibrating screen (111) is arranged at the tail end of the drilling and grouting slurry returning pipe (80), a slurry conveying pump (112) is connected to a lower stirring barrel of the sand removing vibrating screen (111), and an outlet end of the slurry conveying pump (112) is communicated with the slurry storing stirring barrel (20) through a slurry returning and conveying pipe.

The dual pressure control impact extrusion grouting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the orifice sealer (70) comprises an outer sealing sleeve (71), an upper lock sleeve (72) is connected with the upper end of the outer sealing sleeve (71) in a threaded manner, a three-way lock sleeve (73) is connected with the lower end of the outer sealing sleeve (71) in a threaded manner, an elastic sealing sleeve (74) is arranged inside the outer sealing sleeve (71), the upper end of the elastic sealing sleeve (74) is embedded between the outer sealing sleeve (71) and the upper lock sleeve (72) and is connected with the upper lock sleeve (72) in a threaded manner, the lower end of the elastic sealing sleeve (74) is embedded between the outer sealing sleeve (71) and the three-way lock sleeve (73) in a threaded manner, a slurry returning interface (75) of the orifice sealer is arranged on the three-way lock sleeve (73) and is communicated with an inner cavity of the three-way lock sleeve (73), a liquid filling cavity (76) is formed between the outer sealing sleeve (71) and the elastic sealing sleeve (74), and the liquid filling pump (77) is connected with the liquid filling pump (78) through the outer sealing sleeve (71).

The dual pressure control impact extrusion grouting system as recited in claim 1, wherein a filter screen (120) for filtering the slurry conveyed in the slurry returning and conveying pipe is installed at a connection part of the slurry returning and conveying pipe and the slurry storage stirring barrel (20).

The dual pressure control impact extrusion grouting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the impact extrusion grouting machine (40) comprises a geological drill stem (41), the upper end of the geological drill stem (41) is connected with the round vertical shaft drill stem (11), the lower end of the geological drill stem (41) is connected with a drilling tool (42), a full-section drill bit (43) is arranged at the lower part of the drilling tool (42), and the diameter of the geological drill stem (41) is less than or equal to 91mm.
5. The dual pressure controlled impact grouting system of claim 1, wherein the depth of the orifice sleeve (60) disposed below the ground is not less than 1.5m, and the height of the orifice sleeve (60) exposed above the ground is not more than 0.1m.
6. The dual pressure controlled impact extrusion grouting system as recited in claim 1, further comprising a pulping barrel (130), the pulping barrel (130) being in communication with the pulp storage agitator (20) through a pulping delivery pipe.
7. A dual pressure control impact extrusion grouting construction method, characterized in that the dual pressure control impact extrusion grouting system as claimed in any one of claims 1-6 is adopted for impact extrusion grouting, and the construction method comprises the following steps:
S1: a double-pressure control impact extrusion grouting system is arranged at the position where impact extrusion grouting operation is to be implemented;
S2: determining drilling and grouting section control through field test according to stratum conditions and engineering requirements of to-be-performed impact extrusion grouting operation
