s3: the residual quantity detection device carries out residual quantity detection before rough grinding on the crystal silicon, the rough grinding head assembly (6) carries out surface rough grinding on the crystal silicon, the headstock chuck and the tailstock chuck simultaneously rotate for 45 degrees clockwise or anticlockwise, the rough grinding head assembly (6) carries out rough grinding on the edges of the crystal silicon, the headstock chuck and the tailstock chuck simultaneously rotate for 45 degrees clockwise or anticlockwise, and the operations are repeated to carry out rough grinding on four sides and four edges of the crystal silicon;

s5: the residual quantity detection device detects the residual quantity before the fine grinding of the crystal silicon, the fine grinding assembly (9) carries out surface fine grinding on the crystal silicon, the headstock chuck and the tailstock chuck simultaneously rotate clockwise or anticlockwise for 45 degrees, the edge of the crystal silicon is fine-ground, the headstock chuck and the tailstock chuck simultaneously rotate clockwise or anticlockwise for 45 degrees, and the four sides and four edges of the crystal silicon are fine-ground repeatedly;
s6: the blanking workbench mechanism (10) moves to the position above the grinding feeding workbench mechanism (4) of the fine grinding area, and the grinding feeding workbench mechanism (4) of the fine grinding area places the fine-ground crystalline silicon on the blanking workbench mechanism (10).
