In China, a large number of non-motor vehicles are stolen and sold by lawbreakers to profit each year, the situation usually occurs in places with more non-motor vehicles and large personnel flow quantity, such as factories and schools, after the discovered vehicles are stolen to give an alarm, police often cannot find the stolen vehicles due to reasons of insufficient clues, difficult determination of case time and the like, lawbreakers are out of the law, but owners can only know the mildew, and the stealing behavior usually causes economic and mental losses to the owners. Generally, there are two general approaches to illegal persons: one is to adopt violent means, such as hydraulic pliers, etc. to destroy the lock, and then push the vehicle away directly; the other is a group plan, which directly carries the vehicle to a prepared vehicle and directly pulls the vehicle to the other place to sell the stolen goods.

The master control module comprises a main power supply signal detection unit, a lock state detection unit, a wheel rotation detection unit, a displacement calculation unit, an abnormality processing unit and a signal coding unit, wherein the main power supply signal detection unit is used for indicating that the power supply of the main storage battery is abnormally cut off when the main power supply signal is not detected, and judging that the system is abnormal if a lawbreaker cuts off a power supply circuit; otherwise, the vehicle state is considered to be abnormal; the lock state monitoring unit is used for indicating that the lock is violently cut off when no signal of the lock is detected, and judging that the system is abnormal if a lawless person destroys the lock by adopting violent means such as hydraulic pliers and the like; when a locking signal sent by the vehicle lock is detected, the vehicle lock is indicated to be normally locked at the moment, and the state of the system is determined to be undetermined; the wheel rotation detection unit is used for indicating that the vehicle moves under the condition of wheel locking when the wheel state is detected to be rotation and the system state is to be timed, and judging that the system is abnormal if a lawbreaker lifts the locked wheel and pushes the vehicle to advance by taking the unlocked wheel as a fulcrum; when the wheel state is detected to be static, judging that the state of the system is undetermined; the displacement calculation unit is used for judging that the system is abnormal when the calculated displacement is larger than a set threshold value and the system state is to be timed, which indicates that the vehicle is probably stolen and loaded by lawbreakers at the moment; the abnormality processing unit is used for starting the tracking module and processing information from the positioning module and the recording module when the system is abnormal; and the signal coding unit codes the information obtained by the exception handling unit and then sends the information to the communication module.
The power generation module comprises a micro generator arranged at the wheel of the non-motor vehicle, the rotation of the wheel of the non-motor vehicle drives the power generation to generate electric energy, and the electric energy is regulated by a voltage stabilizer and then outputs stable current to charge the power storage module.
