Abstract
The invention provides an elevator inspection support system and an elevator operation information management method, which can appropriately control access to operation actual result information of elevator inspection. The elevator inspection support system manages operation performance information indicating operation performance of elevator inspection, and comprises: a storage unit for storing position information of an entry location for performing an entry procedure related to an examination; and an access control unit that controls access to the work performance information, wherein when the entry procedure is performed, the access control unit permits the portable terminal to access the work performance information when it is determined that the operator is located at the entry location based on the position information of the portable terminal held by the operator who performs the inspection and the position information of the entry location, and permits the portable terminal to access the work performance information when it is determined that the operator is not at the entry location and when information related to the inspection is received from the elevator when it is determined that the operator is not at the entry location.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an elevator inspection support system and an elevator operation information management method, and is applied to, for example, an elevator inspection support system and an elevator operation information management method for managing operation performance information of an elevator inspection.
Background
According to the contract with the customer, the worker goes to the installation place of the customer's elevator to check the elevator. Generally, after the inspection is performed, the work performance is registered, and a report is generated based on the work performance and reported to the customer. In this case, the work performance can be registered even after leaving the field.
However, the registration of the work performance is generally to register the work result for the planned work, and it is preferable to register the work performance before leaving after the actual entry in order to confirm whether there is a work omission by registering the work performance before leaving.
In recent years, a technique has been disclosed (see patent document 1) in which, when the location information of a customer premises where inspection is to be performed matches the location information of a portable terminal, a mail is transmitted to an operator to prompt the operator to start registration of an inspection operation, and when the location information does not match the location information, an email to prompt the operator to end registration of the inspection operation is transmitted to the operator.
In a site with a large floor space, the position information of the customer building registered at the center may be deviated from the position information of the operator. In this case, in the technique described in patent document 1, when it is determined that there is no match, the user erroneously recognizes that the user is away. As a measure for avoiding such erroneous recognition, a method of expanding the range in which the position information matches is conceivable, but the floor space for each site is different, and it takes time to perform the setting operation. In addition, if the range is excessively enlarged, it may overlap with other sites. Thus, when the work performance can be registered when the user actually enters the field, if the user recognizes the entry using the technique described in patent document 1 and permits the registration of the work performance, there is a problem that the work performance cannot be registered even when the user is actually present.

Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides an elevator inspection support system and an elevator operation information management method capable of appropriately controlling access to operation performance information of elevator inspection.
In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides an elevator inspection support system for managing operation performance information indicating an operation performance of an elevator inspection, including: a storage unit that stores position information of an entry location where an entry procedure related to the examination is to be performed; and an access control unit that controls access to the work performance information, wherein the access control unit permits the portable terminal to access the work performance information when the entry procedure is performed and when it is determined that the worker is located at the entry location based on position information of a portable terminal held by the worker who performs the inspection and the position information of the entry location, and permits the portable terminal to access the work performance information when it is determined that the worker is not at the entry location and when information related to the inspection is received from the elevator when it is determined that the worker is not at the entry location.
In addition, in the elevator operation information management method of an elevator inspection support system for managing operation performance information indicating an operation performance of an elevator inspection, the elevator inspection support system includes: a storage unit that stores position information of an entry location where an entry procedure related to the examination is to be performed; and an access control unit that controls access to the work performance information, wherein the elevator work information management method includes a first step of permitting, when the entry procedure is performed, the portable terminal to access the work performance information when it is determined that the worker is located at the entry location based on position information of a portable terminal held by the worker who performs the inspection and the position information of the entry location; and a second step in which the access control unit permits the portable terminal to access the work performance information when the information on the inspection is received from the elevator when it is determined in the first step that the worker is not present at the entry location.
According to the above configuration, even when it is determined that the operator is not at the entrance, the operator can be confirmed to be present at the site when the information on the inspection is received from the elevator, and therefore, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the operator cannot register the work performance despite the operator being actually present at the site.
According to the present invention, inspection of an elevator can be appropriately assisted.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(1) First embodiment
In the present embodiment, a configuration will be mainly described in which the operator can register the work performance information at the site without adding new equipment locally or changing the matching range of the position information registered at the monitoring center for each site. Here, "on site" includes a case where a plurality of buildings exist in a customer floor, in addition to a single customer building.
For example, in the present embodiment, when the position information of the portable terminal does not match the position information registered in the monitoring center (when it is determined that the operator is not present at the entrance), the portable terminal is permitted to access the work performance information and the like based on the reception of information related to the inspection of the elevator (the work related to the inspection for stopping the operation of the elevator such as a call inspection and the turning on of the maintenance switch).
In addition, since information related to an inspection (an inspection without stopping the operation of the elevator) may not be received, for example, in such an inspection, the portable terminal is permitted to access work performance information and the like in response to a request from an operator and/or an instruction from a manager.
The following description is made in detail.
In fig. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes an entire elevator inspection support system according to a first embodiment. In the elevator inspection support system 1, access (viewing, registration, etc.) to operation information (operation content information, operation performance information, etc.) related to elevator inspection is controlled.
As shown in fig. 1, an elevator car 110, an elevator control device 120, a remote monitoring device 130, a communication device 140, and the like are installed at a site 100. At the entry site 150, an entry procedure for the worker 151 to check is performed by a portable terminal 152 that is held by the worker 151 and that can acquire position information.
For example, the worker 151 operates the portable terminal 152, and performs entry registration when entering the site 100, and exit registration when exiting the site. The operator 151 controls access based on access control information stored in an access control information storage device 250 of the monitoring center 200, which will be described later, when checking the work content of the elevator inspection using the portable terminal 152 and when registering the work result.
The elevator car 110 is provided with a display 111, a maintenance switch 112, a lighting device 113, an intercom call button 114, an intercom 115, and the like.
The operation of the elevator car 110 is performed by the elevator control device 120, and the operation state of the elevator car 110 is notified from the elevator control device 120 to the remote monitoring device 130. When determining that an abnormality has occurred, the remote monitoring apparatus 130 notifies the monitoring center 200 via the communication apparatus 140 and the public line network 400.
Further, by connecting the interphone 115 to the remote monitoring apparatus 130 and pressing the interphone call button 114, the remote monitoring apparatus 130 can notify the monitoring center 200 via the communication apparatus 140 and the public line network 400, and can communicate between the monitoring center 200 and the elevator car 110.
The monitoring center 200 is provided with a transmission/reception device 210, an access control device 220, a work information storage device 230, a site position information storage device 240, an access control information storage device 250, an operator entry/exit information storage device 260, a call inspection information storage device 270, a maintenance switch on information storage device 280, and the like.
The transmission/reception device 210 receives information related to the inspection of the elevator (for example, information indicating a call inspection and information indicating that the maintenance switch 112 operated at the start of the inspection is turned on) via the communication device 140, for example.
The work information storage device 230, the on-site position information storage device 240, the access control information storage device 250, the worker entry/exit information storage device 260, the call check information storage device 270, and the maintenance switch on information storage device 280 are examples of storage units (for example, memory devices) that store (record) information. The storage unit may be implemented by one storage device, or may be implemented by a plurality of storage devices.
The work information storage device 230 stores work information related to inspection of the elevator. The work information includes, for example, a site code for identifying the site 100, a personal code for identifying the worker 151, work content indicating contents scheduled for the work, and work performance indicating the contents of the performed work, which are stored in association with each other.
The field location information storage 240 stores field location information. In addition, the field position information is described later using fig. 3. The access control information storage means 250 stores access control information. In addition, the access control information is described later using fig. 4. The operator entry/exit information storage 260 stores operator entry/exit information. The worker entry/exit information will be described later using fig. 5.
The call check information storage 270 stores call check information. The call check information is stored in association with information such as a single machine indicating the elevator car 110 on which the call check is performed, a field code, a time when the call check is started, and a time when the call check is completed.
The maintenance switch on information storage device 280 stores maintenance switch on information. The maintenance switch on information is stored in association with information such as a stand-alone code indicating the elevator car 110 in which the maintenance switch 112 has been turned on, a field code, a time when the maintenance switch 112 has been turned on, and a time when the maintenance switch 112 has been turned off.
The administrator 321 operates in the office 300, and the administrator 321 has a mobile terminal 322 that can access the monitoring center 200. In addition, a management apparatus 310 that can access the monitoring center 200 is provided in the office 300.
Fig. 2 shows an example of the configuration of the access control device 220. The access control device 220 is a Computer (Computer) such as a notebook Computer or a server device.
The access control device 220 includes a control device 221, a storage device 222, and a communication device 223. The control device 221 is, for example, a CPU (Central Processing Unit) and performs various processes. The storage device 222 is a RAM (Random Access Memory), a ROM (Read Only Memory), an HDD (Hard Disk Drive), or the like, and stores various information. The communication device 223 is constituted by, for example, an NIC (Network Interface Card) and performs protocol control when communicating with the mobile terminal 152 and the like.
The functions of the access control device 220 (e.g., the access control unit) may be realized by, for example, the CPU reading a program stored in the ROM into the RAM and executing the program (by software), may be realized by hardware such as a dedicated circuit, or may be realized by a combination of software and hardware. Further, a part of the functions of the access control device 220 may be realized by another computer capable of communicating with the access control device 220.
Fig. 3 shows an example of the field position information stored (recorded) in the field position information storage device 240. The on-site location information is stored in association with information such as a site code for identifying the site 100, location information (latitude and longitude) indicating the location of the entrance site 150, a registration method indicating a device in which the location information is registered, a registrant indicating a person in which the location information is registered, and a registration time indicating the time at which the location information is registered.
Here, the mobile terminal 152 has a function of measuring position information, and can record the measured position information as position information of the site 100 in the site position information storage device 240. The site location information storage device 240 can also set the location information on the map (manually input map information obtained by referring to site location information and map media using the site for layout information, etc.) from the management device 310 installed in the office 300.
For example, when the location information of the site 100 is not stored in the site location information storage device 240, the manager 321 represents the site 100 on a map by the management device 310 and registers the site as the location information before the worker 151 goes to the site 100. Alternatively, the worker 151 goes to the entrance site of the site 100 in advance, and registers the position information measured by the portable terminal 152 in the site position information storage device 240 as the position information of the site 100 via the public line network 400 and the access control device 220.
In order to perform an inspection at the site 100, the worker 151 specifies the site 100 at the entry site 150 of the site 100 via the portable terminal 152 and registers the entry site. In the entry registration, the site code of the site 100, the personal code indicating the worker 151, and the position information of the mobile terminal 152 are transmitted to the access control device 220 as entry registration information. In the check-out registration, similarly to the check-in registration, the field code of the field 100, the personal code indicating the worker 151, and the position information of the mobile terminal 152 are transmitted to the access control device 220 as check-out registration information.
The access control device 220 compares the received position information of the portable terminal 152 (worker 151) with the position information of the entry location 150 registered in the on-site position information storage device 240, and sets the access permission state of the access control information registered in the access control information storage device 250 to "permission" when the position information matches (when it is determined that the worker 151 is located at the site 100).
Fig. 4 shows an example of access control information stored in the access control information storage device 250. In the access control information, information such as a personal code for identifying the worker 151, a site code for identifying the site 100 scheduled for the job, an access permission state indicating whether or not to permit access to the job information, an access permission method indicating a means for setting the access permission state to "permission", an access licensor indicating the name of the administrator when the access permission method is "administrator", an access permission time indicating the time at which the access permission state is set to "permission", an access permission time limit for specifying the time at which access is possible, and location information (longitude and latitude) of the portable terminal 152 is stored in association with each other. In the present embodiment, it is explained that the "not permitted" state is initially set in the access permitted state when the personal code and the site code of the access control information are registered based on the work plan or the like related to the elevator inspection.
Here, in the entry registration, when it is determined that the worker 151 is located at the site 100, the access permission state is set to "permission" with respect to the access control information in which the personal code and the site code transmitted from the portable terminal 152 at the time of entry registration match. When the access permission state is set to "permission", an access permission method, an access permission time, and position information (latitude and longitude) of the mobile terminal 152 are set.
When the entry registration or the exit registration of the site 100 is designated by the portable terminal 152 at the entry site 150 of the site 100, the contents of the entry and exit are stored as the operator entry and exit information in the operator entry and exit information storage 260.
Fig. 5 shows an example of the operator entry/exit information stored in the operator entry/exit information storage 260. The worker entry/exit information is stored in association with a personal code, a type of registration at the entry location 150, a site code, a determination result indicating a result of determining whether or not the position information of the mobile terminal 152 matches the position information of the entry location 150, an entry/exit time indicating a time at which entry registration or exit registration is performed, and information on the position information (latitude and longitude) of the mobile terminal 152.
Here, when the position information of the portable terminal 152 transmitted from the portable terminal 152 does not match the position information of the entrance place 150 stored in the on-site position information storage device 240, the access control device 220 transmits an e-mail to the manager 321 of the worker 151. The e-mail address of the administrator 321 is set for each access control information (every 1 piece) of the access control information storage device 250. The email can be referred to from the portable terminal 322 and the management apparatus 310 held by the administrator 321. Further, the e-mail address of the worker 151 is set for each access control information (for each 1-piece) of the access control information storage device 250.
The manager 321 can access the worker entry/exit information storage 260 from the mobile terminal 322 or the management device 310 as necessary to refer to the position information on which the worker 151 has performed entry registration, and when it is determined that the position information indicates the position of the entry location 150 (when it is determined that the worker 151 is located at the site 100), access the access control information storage 250 and set the access permission state to "permission". Thus, when the location information of the entry location 150 registered in the on-site location information storage device 240 has an error, it is possible to appropriately control access to the work information even when entry is made from a location different from the normal location.
The administrator 321 sets an access permission time limit when setting "permission" in the access permission state via the mobile terminal 322 or the management device 310. In addition, when the access permission method stored in the access control information storage device 250 is released by the administrator, the access control device 220 changes the access permission state to "not permitted" when the registered time limit has elapsed.
In the operation of elevator inspection, the worker 151 performs the inspection operation after turning on the maintenance switch 112, and presses the maintenance switch 112 to transmit a maintenance switch on signal to the transmission/reception device 210 via the communication device 140 and the public line network 400, and the transmission/reception device 210 registers the received information as maintenance switch on information in the maintenance switch on information storage device 280. The transceiver 210 notifies the access controller 220 of the received information, and the access controller 220 accesses the access control information storage device 250, sets the access permission status to "permission", and sets the access permission time limit for a predetermined time.
When the operator 151 performs a call check between the interphone 115 and the monitoring center 200 at the site 100, the portable terminal 152 sets the remote monitoring device 130 to perform the call check, and presses the interphone call button 114, thereby transmitting a call check signal to the transceiver 210 via the communication device 140 and the public line network 400, and the transceiver 210 registers the received information as call check information in the call check information storage device 270. The transceiver 210 notifies the access controller 220 of the received information, and the access controller 220 accesses the access control information storage device 250, sets the access permission status to "permission", and sets the access permission time limit for a predetermined time.
If the access permission method stored in the access control information storage device 250 is "permission" by any one of "administrator", "maintenance switch", and "call check" (in the case of "permission" other than "entry registration"), the access control device 220 changes the access permission state to "no permission" when the access permission time limit has elapsed from the stored access permission time.
When the worker 151 accesses the job information at the start of the inspection job and during the job, the worker requests access to the access control information storage device 250 through the portable terminal 152. The access control device 220 permits access (viewing, registration, etc.) to the job information stored in the access control information storage device 250 when the access permission state of the access control information described in the access control information storage device 250 is "permitted", and performs an error response indicating that access to the job information is prohibited to the portable terminal 152 when the access permission state is "not permitted".
Further, when receiving an error response, an NG response described later, or the like, the worker 151 can transmit a request (password information transmission request) for desiring access to the job information from the portable terminal 152 to the access control device 220. The access control device 220 generates password information (for example, a random password number) for authentication, and outputs the password information from the transmitting/receiving device 210 to the output device via the public line network 400, the communication device 140, the remote monitoring device 130, and the elevator control device 120 (the password number is displayed on the display 111, the lighting device 113 is caused to blink in a predetermined blinking pattern, a lighting color, or the like, the password number is output from a speaker sound (not shown) in the elevator car 100, or the like). The worker 151 can access the job information by, for example, inputting a password number displayed on the display 111 and accessing the access control information storage device 250 from the portable terminal 152.
When the inspection work of the elevator is finished, the worker 152 performs exit registration by the portable terminal 152, and the access control device 220 sets the access permission state with respect to the access control information stored in the access control information storage device 250 to "not permitted".
Next, a process performed when the worker 151 performs either entry registration or exit registration using the mobile terminal 152 will be described with reference to fig. 6.
Fig. 6 shows an example of processing steps related to the entry/exit processing performed by the access control device 220.
The access control device 220 determines whether entry registration is present (whether entry registration information is received) (step S11). If it is determined that there is an entry registration, the access control device 220 proceeds to step S12, and if it is determined that there is no entry registration, the access control device 220 proceeds to step S18.
In step S12, the access control device 220 determines whether or not the received position information of the mobile terminal 152 matches the position information of the entry location 150, based on the presence code and the personal code included in the entry registration information and the position information of the mobile terminal 152. If it is determined that the data match, the access control device 220 proceeds to step S13, and if it is determined that the data do not match, the access control device proceeds to step S16.
In step S13, the access control device 220 sets the access permission status of the access control information determined from the field code to "permission".
In step S14, the access control device 220 transmits a response (OK response) to grant access to the job information to the mobile terminal 152.
In step S15, the access control device 220 generates the operator entry/exit information including the position information of the mobile terminal 152 and the like, stores the information in the operator entry/exit information storage device 260, and ends the entry/exit processing.
In step S16, the access control device 220 transmits an e-mail to the administrator 321. The electronic mail includes information (personal code, name of the operator, etc.) capable of identifying the operator 151 who has performed the entry registration, information (field code, name of the field, etc.) capable of identifying the entry place 150, information (e.g., URL (Uniform Resource Locator)) for accessing the operator entry and exit information storage 260, and the like. In addition, at this time, an email that does not permit access to the job information may be transmitted to the worker 151.
In step S17, access control device 220 transmits a response (NG response) to portable terminal 152 (operator 151) that permits no access to the job information, and the process proceeds to step S15.
In step S18, the access control device 220 determines whether or not there is a check-out registration (whether or not check-out registration information is received). If it is determined that there is a logout, the access control device 220 proceeds to step S19, and if it is determined that there is no logout, proceeds to step S11.
In step S19, the access control device 220 sets "no permission" in the access permission status of the access control information determined from the field code, and the process proceeds to step S15.
Next, a process of setting the access control information whose access permission status is set to "permitted" to "not permitted" in addition to entry registration will be described with reference to fig. 7.
Fig. 7 shows an example of processing procedures related to the disapproval setting processing executed by the access control device 220. Hereinafter, a case will be described as an example where processing is periodically performed for each piece of access control information stored in the access control information storage device 250.
The access control device 220 determines whether the access permission status of the access control information is "permitted" in order to confirm whether or not the access to the job information stored in the job information storage device 230 is permitted (step S21). If it is determined that the access permission state is "permission", the access control device 220 proceeds to step S22, and if it is determined that the access permission state is "non-permission", the access control device ends the non-permission setting process.
In step S22, the access control device 220 determines whether the access permission method is "entry registration", ends the non-permission setting process when it is determined that the access permission method is "entry registration", and shifts the process to step S23 when it is determined that the access permission method is not "entry registration".
In step S23, the access control device 220 determines whether or not the access permission time limit has elapsed since the access permission time, and if it is determined that the access permission time limit has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S24, and if it is determined that the access permission time limit has not elapsed, the non-permission setting process is terminated.
In step S24, the access control device 220 changes the access permission status to "no permission", and ends the no permission setting process.
Next, a process performed when the access control device 220 receives the password information transmission request will be described with reference to fig. 8.
Fig. 8 shows an example of processing steps related to processing when the access control device 220 requests transmission of the cryptographic information. The description is made of processing performed when a request for transmission of cryptographic information is executed at a predetermined timing (for example, periodically).
The access control device 220 determines whether or not there is a password information transmission request (step S31). If it is determined that there is a request to transmit the password information, the access control device 220 proceeds to step S32, and if it is determined that there is no request to transmit the password information, the access control device 220 performs the process of step S31 again.
In step S32, the access control device 220 determines whether or not the access permission state of the access control information determined from the field code is "permitted". If it is determined that the access permission state is "permitted", the access control device 220 proceeds with the process to step S33, and if it is determined that the access permission state is "not permitted", the access control device 220 proceeds with the process to step S34.
In step S32, for example, the access control device 220 refers to the site location information storage device 240 based on the location information of the mobile terminal 152 included in the password information transmission request, and specifies the site code of the site within the predetermined range closest to the location of the mobile terminal 152. When the corresponding field code does not exist, an error is made, and the portable terminal 152 is sent that the corresponding field code is not found, and the password information request processing is ended. Then, the access control device 220 determines the corresponding access control information from the access control information storage device 250 based on the determined field code.
In step S33, since the access permission state is "permission", the access control device 220 transmits a message that transmission of the password information is not required (an access-permitted reply) to the mobile terminal 152, and ends the password-information transmission request processing.
In step S34, since the access permission state is "no permission", the access control device 220 transmits the password information to an output device such as the display 111.
When a plurality of output devices are provided, the access control device 220 transmits information indicating the output device that transmitted the password information to the mobile terminal 152. This makes it easy for the worker 151 to know which output device the password information is output from.
In step S35, the access control device 220 determines whether the password information from the mobile terminal 152 is correct (whether the password information is normally ended). If the access control device 220 determines that the password information from the mobile terminal 152 is correct (normal end), the process proceeds to step S36, and if the password information from the mobile terminal 152 is determined to be incorrect (including a case where no answer is given even after a predetermined time has elapsed since the password information was transmitted to the mobile terminal 152), the process proceeds to step S38.
In step S36, the access control device 220 sets the access permission status of the access control information determined from the field code to "permission".
In step S37, the access control device 220 transmits a message (successful answer) indicating that the correct password information has been input to the mobile terminal 152, and ends the password information transmission request processing.
In step S38, the access control device 220 transmits a message (failure reply) that the correct password information has not been input to the mobile terminal 152, and ends the password information transmission request processing.
Next, a process performed when the access control device 220 receives information related to elevator inspection will be described with reference to fig. 9.
Fig. 9 shows an example of processing steps related to elevator inspection processing performed by the access control device 220. The description is made of the processing performed when the elevator inspection is performed at a predetermined timing (e.g., periodically).
The access control device 220 determines whether or not information related to the inspection of the elevator (a site code or the like indicating the site 100 where the elevator is located where the inspection work such as the operation of the maintenance switch 112 or the operation of the intercom call button 114 is performed) has been received (step S41). If it is determined that the information on the elevator inspection has been received, the access control device 220 proceeds to step S42, and if it is determined that the information on the elevator inspection has not been received, the access control device performs the process of step S41 again.
In step S42, the access control device 220 determines whether or not the access permission state of the access control information determined from the received field code is "permitted". If it is determined that the access permission state is "permitted", the access control device 220 ends the elevator inspection processing, and if it is determined that the access permission state is "not permitted", the processing proceeds to step S43.
In step S43, the access control device 220 sets the access permission status to "permission".
In step S44, the access control device 220 transmits a message (access permission answer) to permit access to the job information to the portable terminal 152, and ends the elevator inspection processing.
Next, a process performed when the access control device 220 receives information (access permission information) indicating that the administrator 321 has permitted access to the job information will be described with reference to fig. 10.
Fig. 10 shows an example of processing procedures related to the administrator permission setting process executed by the access control device 220. Note that the administrator permission setting process is executed at a predetermined timing (for example, periodically).
The access control device 220 determines whether or not access permission information (a site code of the site 100 for which access to the operation information is permitted, an individual code of the operator 151, and the like) is received from the management terminal (the management device 310 or the portable terminal 322 of the manager 321) (step S51). If it is determined that the access permission information has been received, the access control device 220 proceeds to step S52, and if it is determined that the access permission information has not been received, the access control device performs the process of step S51 again.
In step S52, the access control device 220 sets the access permission status of the access control information determined from the received field code to "permission".
In step S53, the access control device 220 transmits a message (access permission answer) to permit access to the job information to the portable terminal 152, and ends the elevator inspection processing.
As described above, by permitting access to the work information when it is confirmed that the worker is located at the local place, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the work performance can be registered even though the worker is not traveling to the local place, for example.
When it is determined that the operator has finished checking and has exited (when the exit registration is performed, when the access permission time limit has elapsed, or the like), the access permission state is set to "no permission", and thus it is possible to avoid a situation in which the operator has exited from the site and then has accessed the job information. In addition, by registering the job performance information after entry until exit, the confidentiality of the job performance information can be improved.
Further, by registering the position of the entry location as the position information and comparing the position information at the entry location, it is possible to eliminate the trouble of setting the matching range of the position information registered at the center for each location in consideration of the floor space and the like.
Further, since the device used at the time of inspection is used for checking whether or not the worker is present on the site, it is possible to appropriately perform access control for the work information without newly installing a device on the site.
In addition, even in the inspection without stopping the elevator operation, the access of the portable terminal to the operation information is permitted in response to the request of the operator and/or the instruction of the manager, so that the access control to the operation information can be appropriately performed.
According to the present embodiment, inspection of the elevator can be appropriately assisted.
(2) Other embodiments
