技术领域
本发明属于卫生巾技术领域，具体涉及了一种添加紫杉醇、茶多酚芯片的竹纤维布面卫生巾。
背景技术
卫生巾是一种具吸收力的物质，主要的材质为棉、不织布、纸浆或以上材质复合物所形成的高分子聚合物和高分子聚合物复合纸，用来吸收女性月经来潮时，自阴道流出的经血。
卫生巾直接接触人体黏膜组织，吸收经血，经血中有丰富的营养物质，易成为细菌大肆滋生的“培养基”。而且经期又是女性身体抵抗力较低的时期，稍不注意，极易感染或导致妇科疾病，卫生巾使用期间给女性带来潜在的安全隐患，只有使用期间的有效抑菌才能给女性彻底解决问题。
现有的卫生巾，一般包括依次叠层设置的透液面层、吸收芯片、不透液底层，透液面层通常采用无纺布不具备较强的亲水性、不具备快速吸收和反渗透性，吸收芯片是一种植入卫生巾面层下的带有不同功能的无纺布，它的长度为6～10cm，宽度为2～4cm，随着技术的进步及人们生活水平的提高，使它具有了某些独特的功能，如抑菌、发射远红外线、释放负离子等。现有的吸收芯片存在成分复杂、成本较高，且面层较潮湿、功能效果不理想的缺点。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种添加紫杉醇、茶多酚芯片的竹纤维布面卫生巾，解决现有卫生巾使用时面层不能保持干爽和透气且芯片功能单一、不能有效抗菌抑菌的问题。
本发明提供的一种含紫杉醇、茶多酚芯片的竹纤维布面卫生巾，由上至下包括依次设置的竹纤维面层、芯片、吸收层和底层，所述的竹纤维面层具有连通性的许多微孔，微孔的平均孔径为35～40μm，该孔径为血红蛋白大小的6倍，有利于经血的迅速穿透及被吸收层吸收，有效保持面层的干爽和透气；所述芯片上含茶多酚和紫衫醇混合物，含有茶多酚和紫杉醇混合物的芯片通过以下步骤制备：
将红豆杉原料粉与茶多酚按重量份称取，充分混合，加入一定量的柠檬酸溶解，将溶解有茶多酚和红豆杉原料粉的柠檬酸溶液用纯净水稀释至一定浓度，加热提取4-5小时，得到提取液，把芯片浸泡在所述提取液中，再进行烘干处理得到芯片。
进一步的，所述红豆杉原料粉包括红豆杉枝干粉、红豆杉叶粉、红豆杉树根粉和红豆杉种子粉，优选的重量份比为50:45:3:2。
进一步的，所述红豆杉原料粉20份、茶多酚10份、柠檬酸10份。
进一步的，所述纯净水稀释至2-3％的浓度。
进一步的，所述吸收层由高吸水性树脂组成。
本发明提供的一种添加紫杉醇、茶多酚芯片的竹纤维布面卫生巾，采用设置有微孔的透气竹纤维纺织面层，能有效保持面层的干爽和透气，设置在面层下的芯片，包含红豆杉粉和茶多酚，红豆杉抗癌，防癌的主要成分是紫杉醇，红豆杉内含的紫杉醇释放出来，对抑制癌症有很好的效果，同时茶多酚对抗氧化有非常好的效果，因此本发明卫生巾能有效的保护女性的生殖道健康。

以下将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例
本发明的一种含茶多酚紫衫醇功能性卫生巾，所述功能性卫生巾包括由上至下依次设置的竹纤维面层、芯片、高吸水性树脂的吸收层和底层组成，所述的竹纤维面层具有连通性的许多微孔，微孔的平均孔径为35～40μm；
所述芯片经过功能性药物成分处理后植入的功能性无纺布组成。
本发明提供的茶多酚紫衫醇功能性卫生巾芯片，所述功能性药物成分主要由茶多酚和紫衫醇组成，由茶多酚和紫衫醇组成的功能性药物成分植入使其具有非常好的保健和除异味的效果，其中：
茶多酚能起到直接进入人体起到抵抗肿瘤及辐射的作用，且茶多酚具备非常强的吸附及怯除异味的功能，能吸收吸附分解经血或者白带带来的腥臭味。
紫衫醇是现有已知针对癌细胞及肿瘤细胞最有效的天然药物。本发明将紫衫醇用于女性卫生巾芯片中能使女性在正常使用产品的同时起到预防及减缓癌细胞及肿瘤细胞的保健作用。同时，紫衫醇释放的各种生物碱也能够具有很好的杀菌消炎的作用。
本发明提供的紫衫醇由添加的红豆杉释放，添加了红豆杉枝干粉50份、红豆杉叶粉45份、红豆杉树根粉3份和红豆杉种子粉2份的红豆杉原料粉制备。
本实施例的功能性无纺布芯片的制备方法包括以下步骤：
配制含功能性药物成分的水溶液，加热提取4-5小时，得到提取液，随后将植物纤维水刺无纺布芯片浸入提取液中5～10min，取出干燥得到植入功能性药物成分的芯片；其中取茶多酚10份、红豆杉20份溶于10份柠檬酸中，随后将溶解有茶多酚和红豆杉的柠檬酸加纯净水1000份。
测试例
以下试验的对照组采用市售品牌卫生巾。

对照组与本发明实施例1制备的卫生巾进行性能指标检测实验，结果如表1所示：

2.透气性实验
在杯子中装入半杯开水，把卫生巾盖在杯口上，再用一个透明杯子倒扣在面层材料上，热水蒸发会产生水蒸汽，5分钟后观察倒扣的透明杯子杯壁上的水珠情况，结果见表2。
3.导水性实验
准备两个玻璃杯，一个杯子装水，另一个为空杯。将干燥的面层材料一端伸进装水的杯子中，另一端伸入空杯子中，观察面层材料的导水性能，结果见表2。

试验结果表明，本发明带微孔的竹纤维面层卫生巾柔软性、导水性、透气性更强。
4.采用国家标准GB/T 20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分：振荡法》进行抗菌性定量测试，以金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC No.6538(革兰氏阳性菌)为试验菌种，具体测试结果见表3。

1.一种含功能性药物的竹纤维布面卫生巾，由上至下包括依次设置的竹纤维面层、芯片、吸收层和底层，其特征在于，所述的竹纤维面层具有连通性的许多微孔，微孔的平均孔径为35～40μm，该孔径为血红蛋白大小的6倍，有利于经血的迅速穿透及被吸收层吸收，有效保持面层的干爽和透气；所述芯片上含茶多酚和紫衫醇混合物，含有茶多酚和紫杉醇混合物的芯片通过以下步骤制备：将红豆杉原料粉与茶多酚按重量份称取，充分混合，加入一定量的柠檬酸溶解，将溶解有茶多酚和红豆杉原料粉的柠檬酸溶液用纯净水稀释至一定浓度，加热提取4-5小时，得到提取液，把芯片浸泡在所述提取液中，再进行烘干处理得到芯片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述红豆杉原料粉包括红豆杉枝干粉、红豆杉叶粉、红豆杉树根粉和红豆杉种子粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述红豆杉原料粉20份、茶多酚10份、柠檬酸10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述纯净水稀释至2-3％的浓度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述吸收层由高吸水性树脂组成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卫生巾，其特征在于，所述红豆杉原料粉中红豆杉枝干粉、红豆杉叶粉、红豆杉树根粉和红豆杉种子粉的重量份比为50:45:3:2。
