For ease of understanding, the working principle of the shared doghouse control system provided by the present invention is now explained as follows:
after the first controller receives the unlocking instruction that the user sent through intelligent terminal through the GSM module (the user sends the unlocking instruction through scanning the two-dimensional code on the shared kennel, perhaps, sends the unlocking instruction through cell-phone APP, perhaps, sends the unlocking instruction through the shared password), it unblanks to set up the electromagnetic lock on the shared kennel through electromagnetic lock relay module control.
After the user finishes locking, the door of the sharing kennel is manually closed, the electromagnetic lock is closed, the microswitch in the electromagnetic lock feeds back a locking signal, and the sharing service process is started.
1. After the shared server process is started, an exhaust fan, a monitoring camera and an illuminating lamp in the shared kennel are triggered to start.
2. The lower computer control circuit detects whether the dog exists in the kennel or not through the pyroelectric infrared sensor and returns to the state; whether detect the kennel through the shock transducer and suffer destruction, if the second controller judges that the kennel suffers destruction, control alarm output alarm signal, send alarm information to user's intelligent terminal through first controller simultaneously.
3. After the shared server process is finished, whether the shared kennel has a dog or not is detected through the pyroelectric infrared sensor of the lower computer control circuit, the pet dog is ensured to be taken away, then the kennel cleaning thread is started, and the ultraviolet sterilization lamp is controlled through the ultraviolet sterilization relay module to perform sterilization operation.
Specifically, the business logic of the cleaning thread is: the belt winder conveys the packing bags under the action of a belt winding motor; the step motor is driven to rotate, and the cleaning scraper blade is driven by the sliding guide rail to face the direction of the packaging bag to clean the bottom of the shared kennel; opening a heating strip of the sealing machine for heating; stopping the cleaning scraper when reaching a limit position, starting a water pump to pump water, spraying water into the shared kennel by a spray head, and starting cleaning operation; after certain heartbeat time, the water spray cleaning operation is completed, the sealing machine heating strip heats the packaging bag under the action of the push rod motor, seals and cuts the packaging bag, and the cleaning scraper resets after the excrement of the pet dog is packaged.
The heating strip of the sealing machine is started to heat, the surface temperature of the heating strip of the sealing machine is captured in real time through the thermocouple temperature sampling module, and the packaging bag is controlled to seal at a constant temperature.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, the first power supply module includes:
a first voltage regulation module LM2596, and, a second voltage regulation module XC6206P332MR, wherein,
the first voltage stabilizing module is externally connected with 12V direct current and used for converting the 12V direct current into 4.2V direct current to supply power to the GSM module;
the second voltage stabilizing module is connected with the first voltage stabilizing module and used for converting the 4.2V direct current into 3.3V direct current and supplying power to the first controller.
Preferably, referring to fig. 13A to 13B, the second power module includes:
a transformer, a full-bridge rectification module, a third voltage stabilization module LM2596, a fourth voltage stabilization module LM7812, a fifth voltage stabilization module LM7805 and a sixth voltage stabilization module HT7833, wherein,
the transformer is externally connected with 220V alternating current and is used for converting the 220V alternating current into 24V alternating current; the full-bridge rectification module is connected to the secondary side of the transformer and used for rectifying the 24V alternating current into 34V direct current;
the third voltage stabilizing module is connected with the full-bridge rectifying module and is used for converting the 34V direct current into 24V direct current and supplying power to the stepping motor, the push rod motor, the tape coiling motor and the heating strip of the sealing machine;
the fourth voltage stabilizing module is connected with the full-bridge rectifying module and used for converting the 34V direct current into 12V direct current to supply power to the water pump;
the fifth voltage stabilizing module is connected with the fourth voltage stabilizing module and is used for converting the 12V direct current into 5V direct current; and the sixth voltage stabilizing module is connected with the fifth voltage stabilizing module and used for converting the 5V direct current into 3.3V direct current and supplying power to the second controller.
It can be understood that the shared kennel control system provided by the invention has excellent circuit performance and provides stable and efficient guarantee for the development of upper-layer application programs, and the shared kennel realized on the basis of the shared kennel control system provided by the invention can provide a safe and reliable place for pet-holding people. Subsequently, based on the technical scheme provided by the invention, the internet of things technology is fused, the mobile phone APP scans the code and unlocks the lock to charge according to the service duration, the user can also observe the state of the pet dog at home in real time when the APP is opened and monitored, and the owner of the pet dog is relieved.
In addition, referring to fig. 14, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a shared kennel, including:
step S11, obtaining an unlocking instruction of a user;
step S12, controlling the opening of an electromagnetic lock arranged on the shared kennel according to the unlocking instruction;
step S13, when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and a dog exists in the shared kennel, monitoring the shared kennel in real time;
step S14, when receiving a service flow ending instruction sent by a user, controlling the electromagnetic lock to be opened;
step S15, when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and no dog exists in the shared kennel, starting a cleaning and packaging mode to clean the shared kennel;
and step S16, when the cleaning and packaging mode is finished, starting a disinfection mode to disinfect the shared kennel.
Preferably, after the clean packaging mode is finished, the system pushes a 'Finish cleaning' message to the cloud server;
the system will make a record for each clean package, and push a message to the cloud service after accumulating to a limit value;
the system has a hardware fault diagnosis function in the whole operation process, and when the system is disconnected from the outside, the power is immediately switched to be taken from the prepared battery, so that the normal operation of the system is ensured.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the electromagnetic lock arranged on the shared kennel is controlled to be opened through the unlocking instruction, and when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and a dog exists in the shared kennel, the shared kennel is monitored in real time, so that temporary placement and real-time supervision of the pet dog can be realized. when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed through the microswitch and a dog in the shared kennel is detected to exist through the pyroelectric infrared sensor, the exhaust fan and the illuminating lamp are started, and the monitoring camera is started simultaneously to monitor the shared kennel in real time;
and/or, whether detect sharing kennel through the shock sensor and suffer destruction, if, send alarm signal through the alarm, simultaneously, to cloud server send alarm information, so that cloud server is to user's intelligent terminal propelling movement alarm information.
Preferably, the intelligent terminal is a smart phone.
It can be understood that, in practical application, can load on the smart mobile phone and remove end APP, realize long-range unblanking, pet dog and deposit the service through removing end APP. Preferably, the starting of the cleaning and packaging mode comprises:
starting a tape coiling motor to enable the tape coiling motor to drive a tape coiling device to convey a packing bag to the bottom of the shared kennel, and meanwhile, electrifying a heating strip of a sealing machine to enable the heating strip of the sealing machine to reach a preset sealing temperature;
starting a stepping motor to enable the stepping motor to drive a sliding guide rail to move, so that a cleaning scraper arranged on the sliding guide rail is driven to face the direction of a packed bag, and the bottom of the shared kennel is scraped;
starting a water pump to enable a spray head connected with the water pump to spray water to the shared kennel;
and starting a push rod motor to enable the push rod motor to push the heating strip of the sealing machine to seal and cut the packaging bag.
Preferably, the initiating a disinfection mode comprises:
starting an ultraviolet germicidal lamp to sterilize and disinfect the shared kennel; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and starting the exhaust fan to ventilate the shared kennel.
In addition, referring to fig. 15, another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a shared kennel, including:
step S21, receiving an unlocking instruction sent by the cloud server, and controlling an electromagnetic lock arranged on the shared kennel to be unlocked according to the unlocking instruction; the unlocking instruction is generated by a user through an intelligent terminal and is sent to the cloud server through the intelligent terminal;
step S22, when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed through the microswitch and a dog in the shared kennel is detected to exist through the pyroelectric infrared sensor, the exhaust fan and the illuminating lamp are turned on, and the monitoring camera is turned on at the same time to monitor the shared kennel in real time;
step S23, detecting whether the shared kennel is damaged through a vibration sensor, if so, sending an alarm signal through an alarm, and meanwhile, sending alarm information to a cloud server so that the cloud server pushes the alarm information to an intelligent terminal of a user;
step S24, when receiving a service flow ending instruction sent by a user, controlling the electromagnetic lock to be opened;
step S25, when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and no dog exists in the shared kennel, starting a cleaning and packaging mode to clean the shared kennel;
and step S26, when the cleaning and packaging mode is finished, starting a disinfection mode to disinfect the shared kennel.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the electromagnetic lock arranged on the shared kennel is controlled to be opened through the unlocking instruction, and when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and a dog exists in the shared kennel, the shared kennel is monitored in real time, so that temporary placement and real-time supervision of the pet dog can be realized. In addition, after the pet dog of the user leaves the shared kennel, the shared kennel can be cleaned and disinfected, recycling of the shared kennel is achieved, user experience is good, and satisfaction is high.
In summary, it can be understood that the technical scheme provided by the invention has superior system software performance, follows a high-cohesion low-coupling design principle, has good software reusability, low algorithm logic implementation time and space complexity and good system compatibility, the equipment implemented by the invention provides a safe and reliable place for pet holders, a fusion networking technology, the mobile phone APP scans the code and unlocks according to service and charges frequently, a user can also open the APP to monitor the state of the pet dog at real time, and the pet dog owner has a worry-saving effect.

host computer control circuit includes: the system comprises a first controller, a first power module and a GSM module, wherein the first power module and the GSM module are respectively connected with the first controller; the system comprises a GSM peripheral module, a cloud server and a GSM module, wherein the GSM module is connected with the GSM peripheral module, an SIM card is embedded in the GSM peripheral module, the GSM module is connected with the cloud server, and the cloud server is connected with an intelligent terminal of a user;
a lower computer control circuit comprising: the second controller is connected with a second power supply module, a kennel monitoring module, an electromagnetic lock relay module, a kennel cleaning module and a kennel disinfection module respectively;
the second controller is connected with the first controller, and the electromagnetic lock relay module is connected with an electromagnetic lock arranged on the shared kennel.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the kennel monitoring module comprises:
the pyroelectric infrared sensor is used for detecting whether dogs exist in the shared kennel or not;
a shock sensor to detect whether the shared kennel is breached;
the monitoring camera is used for acquiring image information in the shared kennel in real time;
and the alarm is connected with the second controller through an alarm relay module and used for outputting an alarm signal when the kennel is determined to be damaged under the control of the second controller.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the kennel disinfection module comprises:
an exhaust fan, and/or an ultraviolet germicidal lamp; wherein,
the exhaust fan is connected with the second controller through an exhaust fan relay module;
the ultraviolet germicidal lamp is connected with the second controller through an ultraviolet germicidal lamp relay module;
the lower computer control circuit further comprises: and the illuminating lamp is connected with the second controller.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the kennel cleaning module comprises:
the cleaning device comprises a stepping motor driving module, a stepping motor and a sliding guide rail which are sequentially connected, wherein a cleaning scraper is arranged on the sliding guide rail;
the water pump motor driving module, the water pump and the spray head are connected in sequence;
the tape coiling motor driving module, the tape coiling motor and the tape coiling device are sequentially connected;
the push rod motor driving module, the push rod motor and the heating strip of the sealing machine are sequentially connected;
the winder is used for conveying the packing bags to the bottom of the shared kennel under the action of the winder motor; the cleaning scraper is used for scraping the bottom of the shared kennel towards the direction of the packing bag under the driving of the sliding guide rail; the spray head is used for spraying water to the shared kennel; the heating strip of the sealing machine is used for heating, sealing and cutting the packaging bag under the action of the push rod motor.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein the kennel cleaning module further comprises:
and the thermocouple temperature sampling module is used for collecting the temperature information on the surface of the heating strip of the sealing machine and sending the temperature information to the second controller so that the second controller controls the temperature of the heating strip of the sealing machine to keep constant according to the temperature information.
6. A method of shared kennel control, comprising:
acquiring an unlocking instruction of a user;
controlling an electromagnetic lock arranged on the shared kennel to be unlocked according to the unlocking instruction;
when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and a dog exists in the shared kennel, monitoring the shared kennel in real time;
when receiving a service flow ending instruction sent by a user, controlling the electromagnetic lock to be opened;
when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and no dog exists in the shared kennel, starting a cleaning and packaging mode to clean the shared kennel;
and after the cleaning and packaging mode is finished, starting a disinfection mode to disinfect the shared kennel.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining of the unlocking instruction of the user comprises:
and receiving an unlocking instruction sent by the cloud server, wherein the unlocking instruction is generated by the user through the intelligent terminal and is sent to the cloud server through the intelligent terminal.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein monitoring the shared kennel in real time when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed and a dog is present in the shared kennel comprises:
when the electromagnetic lock is detected to be closed through the microswitch and a dog in the shared kennel is detected to exist through the pyroelectric infrared sensor, the exhaust fan and the illuminating lamp are started, and the monitoring camera is started simultaneously to monitor the shared kennel in real time;
and/or, whether detect sharing kennel through the shock sensor and suffer destruction, if, send alarm signal through the alarm, simultaneously, to cloud server send alarm information, so that cloud server is to user's intelligent terminal propelling movement alarm information.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the initiating a clean-up-packing mode comprises:
starting a tape coiling motor to enable the tape coiling motor to drive a tape coiling device to convey a packing bag to the bottom of the shared kennel, and meanwhile, electrifying a heating strip of a sealing machine to enable the heating strip of the sealing machine to reach a preset sealing temperature;
starting a stepping motor to enable the stepping motor to drive a sliding guide rail to move, so that a cleaning scraper arranged on the sliding guide rail is driven to face the direction of a packed bag, and the bottom of the shared kennel is scraped;
starting a water pump to enable a spray head connected with the water pump to spray water to the shared kennel;
and starting a push rod motor to enable the push rod motor to push the heating strip of the sealing machine to seal and cut the packaging bag.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the initiating a disinfection mode comprises:
starting an ultraviolet germicidal lamp to sterilize and disinfect the shared kennel; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and starting the exhaust fan to ventilate the shared kennel.
