本发明公开了烧烤炉阻尼铰链,包括铰链下盖及包覆于铰链下盖顶部的铰链上盖,所述铰链上盖与铰链下盖通过贯穿两者重合部的上盖开合轴连接,所述铰链下盖、对应铰链上盖重合部内有上盖轴压杆,铰链下盖内设有下盖轴固定杆,所述上盖轴压杆与下盖轴固定杆之间固定有弹簧轴,所述弹簧轴贯穿设有铰链弹簧;所述铰链上盖设有连接至烤炉上盖的铰链上盖耳朵,所述铰链下盖设有连接至考虑下盖的铰链下盖耳朵。本发明生产过程中,避免传统铰链中螺丝、螺母的繁琐链接,能大量节约人工安装和调试成本。

技术领域
本发明属于烤炉配件领域,具体涉及一种烧烤炉阻尼铰链。
背景技术
随着BBQ的日益盛行,烤炉也逐渐由室内走向室外,因此保证烤炉的上下炉体具有开闭功能是十分必要的,这个开闭功能的实现需要依赖弹簧铰链结构来完成。现有的弹簧铰链,包括固定外壳、铰接在固定外壳上的活动外壳、弹簧以及许多小的定位配件。其缺点:铰链的部件较多,部件定位复杂,大的部件再装配小的定位配件,加工工序多而复杂;传动部分部件多,传递效率低。传动部分不合理,当活动外壳相对于固定外壳分别处于关闭的稳定状态(铰链停止)时,始弹簧始终处于压缩状态,而使弹簧力失损, 弹簧力不能长期处于最佳的状态,使用寿命短。这样就使得铰链的装配成本和使用成本均较高。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种烧烤炉阻尼铰链。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来实现的:烧烤炉阻尼铰链,包括具有空腔的C形铰链下盖及包覆于铰链下盖顶部的铰链上盖,所述铰链上盖与铰链下盖通过贯穿两者重合部的上盖开合轴连接,所述铰链下盖顶部、与铰链上盖重合部设有弧形槽道,设有上盖轴的两端穿过弧形槽道并贯穿铰链上盖,所述上盖轴外套有上盖轴压杆;所述铰链下盖底部两侧、非与铰链上盖重合部设有槽道,所述槽道内穿插设有平行于上盖轴压杆的下盖轴固定杆,所述上盖轴压杆与下盖轴固定杆之间固定有弹簧轴,所述弹簧轴贯穿设有铰链弹簧;所述铰链上盖位于铰链下盖空腔处的两侧各设有与铰链上盖一体成型的铰链上盖耳朵,所述铰链上盖耳朵上设有若干铰链上盖耳朵孔;所述铰链下盖的空腔两侧、非与铰链上盖重合部各设有铰链下盖调节孔,设有铰链下盖调节耳朵通过铰链下盖调节孔固定在铰链下盖,所述铰链下盖调节耳朵上设有若干铰链下盖耳朵孔;所述铰链上盖耳朵与铰链上盖侧面、铰链下盖调节耳朵与铰链下盖侧面形成夹角。
其中,所述上盖轴压杆与下盖轴固定杆之间固定有2根弹簧轴,所述弹簧轴贯穿设有铰链弹簧;通过2根弹簧保证整个烤炉盖翻合的强度。
其中,所述铰链上盖与铰链下盖通过贯穿两者重合部分的上盖开合轴连接,所述上盖开合轴长度大于铰链上盖的长度,上盖开合轴两端凸出于铰链上盖,所述上盖开合轴凸出铰链上盖的两端各设有一圈凹槽,凹槽内设有弹簧圈固定;该结构能够保证铰链上盖与上盖开合轴的连接强度及转动强度,保证使用的安全性。
其中,所述铰链下盖调节孔为线性槽道,铰链下盖调节耳朵通过螺栓贯穿铰链下盖调节孔后与铰链下盖固定;这个设计可以使铰链下盖根据需要在槽道内进行固定,以适应不同大小的烤炉下盖。
其中,所述铰链下盖底部两侧、非与铰链上盖重合部各对应设有相互平行的2条槽道;可以提高下盖轴固定杆的固定强度。
其中,所述上盖轴压杆底部设有供弹簧轴一端贯穿的一号通孔;所述下盖轴固定杆包括空腔内部的固定面及插合在槽道内的固定端,所述固定面上平行于一号通孔的位置对应设有供弹簧轴另一端贯穿的二号通孔,所述弹簧轴顶部具有螺纹,弹簧轴顶部与一号通孔旋合且一号通孔下方通过固定螺丝对弹簧轴锁死固定。
其中,所述弹簧轴与下盖轴固定杆连接处设有带台阶的弹簧导向块,所述铰链弹簧底部与弹簧导向块固定且压接在下盖轴压杆上。
其中,所述铰链弹簧与固定螺丝之间设有截面大于弹簧端面的固定块,所述固定块穿插于弹簧轴上,所述固定块与固定螺丝之间的弹簧轴上旋合调节螺丝,所述调节螺丝的截面小于固定块。
其中,所述铰链上盖与铰链下盖通过贯穿两者重合部的上盖开合轴连接;所述铰链下盖顶部、与铰链上盖重合部设有一段弧度不大于90°的弧形槽道,上盖轴的两端穿过弧形槽道并贯穿铰链上盖,所述铰链上盖开合时其顶端平面与铰链下盖顶端平面形成不大于58°的转角。
其中,所述上盖耳朵孔和下盖耳朵孔为葫芦孔。方便安装对接。
本发明具体工作原理为:铰链上盖与烤炉上炉盖固定、铰链下盖与烤炉下炉盖固定(铰链上盖通过铰链上盖耳朵与烤炉上炉盖进行螺栓固定,铰链下盖通过铰链下盖耳朵与烤炉下炉盖进行螺栓固定),在铰链下盖的空腔内设计一对平行的上下盖轴固定杆对弹簧轴进行夹持,而弹簧轴上设置的铰链弹簧能够支撑铰链上盖即烤炉上炉盖重量,极为方便,同时通过调节螺丝设定铰链弹簧的高度,控制上炉盖在一定范围内翻盖。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,存在以下优点:
(1)本发明可采用双轴双弹簧压制设计,并且铰链耳朵可前后调节,当炉体、炉盖大小不一时可轻松调节,保证密封效果;
(2)本发明上炉盖开合更轻便,炉盖开合能在0~58º内任意角度停留,避免炉盖自然坠落,安全性能更高;
(3)本发明外形美观、耐高温、组装方便;
(4)本发明生产过程中,避免传统铰链中螺丝、螺母的繁琐链接,能大量节约人工安装和调试成本。
