The filter assembly 10 comprises a primary filter, a secondary filter and a tertiary filter which are sequentially connected, two ends of the filter assembly 10 are respectively connected with a connecting plate, each connecting plate comprises a first connecting plate 11 movably fixed with the rectangular mounting frame 6 and a second connecting plate 12 connected with the filter assembly 10, and the second connecting plates 12 are vertically and fixedly connected with the first connecting plates 11; the two ends of the first connecting plate 11 are fixed on the upper surfaces of the two long sides of the rectangular mounting frame 6 through bolts, the central line of the first connecting plate 11 is vertical to the long sides of the rectangular mounting frame 6, and the second connecting plate 12 is connected with the two ends of the filter assembly 10; the first air inlet 17 and the first air outlet are round pipes protruding in a metal shape, and the second connecting plate 12 is provided with round holes and sleeved with the first air inlet 17 and the first air outlet, so that static electricity in the filter assembly 10 and the pipeline is conducted onto the connecting plate through the first air inlet 17 and the first air outlet, and then the static electricity is conducted out through the connecting plate.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, it can be seen that a casing 1 is disposed outside the supporting frame, a control panel 2 is disposed on the casing 1, a conductive mute wheel 19 is disposed below the casing 1, a pressure gun 20 is connected to the casing 1, a heating wire electrically connected to the control panel 2 is disposed in the pressure gun 20, the heating wire is not shown in the drawing, and a working platform 21 and a railing 22 are disposed on the upper surface of the casing 1, so that the working personnel can use the casing conveniently during operation.
The control panel 2 is electrically connected with the ultraviolet sterilizer 9 and the oilless silent air compressor 8, the barometer of the oilless silent air compressor 8 is arranged on the shell 1, the oilless silent air compressor 8 has the function of pressure and temperature adjustment, and the pressure and the temperature of the air can be adjusted by adjusting the control panel 2 by staff.
The support frame body, the rectangular mounting frame 6 and the shell 1 are made of conductive stainless steel materials, a second air inlet pipe 25 is connected to the UV air inlet 13, a UV air outlet 14 is connected with the first air inlet pipe 15, the first air outlet pipe 16 is connected with the first air inlet 17, the first air outlet is connected with a second air outlet pipe 18, and the other end of the second air outlet pipe 18 is connected with a pressure gun 20.
The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows:
the staff starts working through adjusting the control panel 2 to enable the oilless mute air compressor 8, the staff can place the pipe cavity type equipment on the working platform 21, air enters the ultraviolet sterilizer 9 along the ultraviolet air inlet 13 through the second air inlet pipe 25, is discharged from the ultraviolet air outlet 14 after ultraviolet sterilization and enters the oilless mute air compressor 8 along the first air inlet pipe 15, the air sequentially enters the primary filter, the secondary filter and the tertiary filter from the first air inlet 17 along the second air outlet pipe 18 of the oilless mute air compressor 8, is discharged from the pressure gun 20 along the second air outlet pipe 18, the filtering precision of the primary filter, the secondary filter and the tertiary filter sequentially rises, solid particles and liquid particles are filtered to reach 0.01um, and the residual content of oil mist is less than 0.01ppm; according to the different instruments in the operation process, the staff adjusts the air pressure and the air temperature by adjusting the control panel 2.
