Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a motorcycle, in particular to a motorcycle combined braking device.
Background
In the existing motorcycle braking mode, a brake handle on the left side of a handlebar tube of a vehicle frame independently controls a front wheel braking device through a front brake cable or a brake oil tube, and a brake handle on the right side independently controls a rear wheel braking device through a rear brake cable or a brake oil tube.
However, in emergency situations, such as individually controlling the front or rear wheel brake devices, the braking force is significantly insufficient; in order to obtain the maximum braking force, the driver needs to brake the front and rear wheels simultaneously, that is, the driver's hands simultaneously operate the left and right brake handles, which may result in the failure to control the driving direction of the vehicle to avoid the obstacle due to the solidification of the limb movements of the driver.

The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
A motorcycle combined braking device comprises a combined braking handle positioned at one end of a handlebar tube of a frame; the combined brake handle drives the combined cable and the rear brake cable to move through the brake balancer, wherein the combined cable is connected with a brake rocker arm on the front brake handle at the other end of the handlebar tube to control the front brake device, the rear brake cable is connected with the rear brake device to control the rear brake, and the combined brake handle is connected with the brake balancer through the drive cable, so that the brake balancer can be independently arranged on the frame relative to the combined brake handle.
The brake balancer is a balance block for swinging a reciprocating lever; the front braking end is connected with a braking rocker arm on the front braking handle through a joint stay rope, and the rear braking end is simultaneously connected with a driving stay rope connected with the joint braking handle and a rear braking stay rope connected with a rear braking device.
The brake balancer also comprises a guy cable fixing frame, wherein the guy cable fixing frame is provided with an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate, and the balance weight is positioned between the upper fixing plate and the lower fixing plate; the combined inhaul cable is downwards connected to the front braking end of the balance block through the upper fixing plate, the driving inhaul cable is downwards connected to the rear braking end of the balance block through the upper fixing plate, and the rear braking inhaul cable is upwards connected to the rear braking end of the balance block through the lower fixing plate.
The balance weight is installed on the inhaul cable fixing frame, and the inhaul cable fixing frame is installed on the frame.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the front and rear simultaneous braking is realized by arranging the combined braking handle on the motorcycle, the safety is higher, and the driving inhaul cable is arranged between the combined braking handle and the braking balancer, so that the braking balancer can be arranged on the frame relatively independently and flexibly, and the degree of freedom of vehicle design is high; in addition, the brake balancer can accurately meet the front-rear braking force proportion with a simple structure, and has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and higher safety.
Drawings
The invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and examples.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of a brake balancer of the present invention;
Fig. 3 is an assembled schematic view of the brake balancer of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, a motorcycle combined brake device comprises a combined brake handle 1 positioned at one end of a handlebar tube of a frame; the combined brake handle 1 drives the combined stay rope 3 and the rear brake stay rope 4 to move through the brake balancer 2, wherein the combined stay rope 3 is connected with a brake rocker arm 51 on a front brake handle 5 at the other end of the handlebar tube to control a front brake device, the rear brake stay rope 4 is connected with a rear brake device to realize rear brake control, namely, front and rear wheels can be braked simultaneously by only operating the combined brake handle by one hand, and the safety is obviously improved; meanwhile, the combined brake handle 1 is connected with the brake balancer 2 through the driving stay rope 6, the brake balancer 2 can be independently and flexibly arranged on a frame, and the degree of freedom of vehicle design is large.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. Wherein the brake balancer 2 is designed as a balance weight 7 capable of reciprocating lever oscillation; the two ends of the balance weight 7 respectively form a front braking end 71 and a rear braking end 72, wherein the front braking end 71 is connected with a braking rocker arm 51 on the front braking handle 5 through the joint stay 3, and the rear braking end 72 is simultaneously connected with a driving stay rope 6 connected with the joint braking handle 1 and a rear braking stay rope 4 connected with a rear braking device.
The front-rear braking force ratio can be very accurately met by utilizing the mechanical principle of the lever principle, so that the safety is higher; meanwhile, the brake balancer 2 has simple structure and low manufacturing cost.
Specifically, the brake balancer 2 further comprises a cable fixing frame 8, the cable fixing frame 8 is provided with an upper fixing plate 81 and a lower fixing plate 82, and the balance weight 7 is positioned between the upper fixing plate 81 and the lower fixing plate 82; the joint cable 3 is connected to the front brake end 71 of the weight 7 downward by the upper fixing plate 81, the driving cable 6 is connected to the rear brake end 72 of the weight 7 downward by the upper fixing plate 81, and the rear brake cable 4 is connected to the rear brake end 72 of the weight 7 upward by the lower fixing plate 82.
When the combined brake handle 1 is operated, the driving inhaul cable 6 drives the rear brake end 72 of the balance block 7 of the brake balancer 2 to move upwards, and the rear brake inhaul cable 4 on the combined brake handle moves upwards to realize the operation of the rear brake device; simultaneously, the front braking end 71 at the other end of the balance weight 7 moves downwards relatively, and pulls the combined stay rope 3 to drive the braking rocker arm 51 to realize the operation of the front braking device, so that the front braking device and the rear braking device simultaneously act on the front wheel and the rear wheel of the vehicle to realize the linkage function of front braking and rear braking.
In addition, for the structure, the balance weight 7 can be arranged on the inhaul cable fixing frame 8 to form an assembly, and then the balance weight is arranged on the frame through the inhaul cable fixing frame 8, so that the assembly order is clear and simple.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the brake balancer 2 can be arranged on the frame relatively independently and flexibly, and the freedom of vehicle design is large; in addition, the brake balancer 2 can accurately satisfy the front-rear braking force ratio with a simple structure, and has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and higher safety.
