Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic flue drainage device of a desulfurization draught fan, which comprises a water storage tank, a liquid level switch, a valve and a stirring device, wherein the water storage tank is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is connected with a closed flue, the valve comprises a first valve, a second valve and a third valve, the first valve is arranged at the upper part of the water storage tank and is used for switching on and off condensed water to flow into the water storage tank, the second valve is arranged at the lower part of the water storage tank and is used for switching on and off the condensed water to flow out of the water storage tank, an air inlet is formed in the water storage tank, the third valve is arranged at the air inlet to control the opening and closing of the air inlet, the liquid level switch is arranged on the water storage tank and is positioned above the first valve, the second valve, the third valve. The invention utilizes three valves to automatically switch alternately, overcomes the problems of negative pressure and sealing in the pipeline, realizes the automatic collection and automatic discharge of condensed water and sediments, and overcomes the problem of pipeline blockage caused by the sediments by virtue of the stirring device.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of flue equipment, and particularly relates to an automatic drainage device for a desulfurization draught fan flue.
Background
At present, the wet desulphurization is mainly used in most of thermal power plants in China, smoke generated in the desulphurization link enters a horizontal flue of a draught fan through a chimney, and because the humidity of the smoke coming out of a desulphurization tower is high, moisture is condensed, and in addition, the drainage structure is lost, so condensed water cannot be discharged, the horizontal flue is accumulated with water frequently, the corrosion of the flue is aggravated, and the service life of the flue is shortened. Secondly, because of the negative pressure in the flue gas pipeline and the need for sealing, water cannot be simply discharged through the opening, which is one of the technical difficulties. More seriously, in areas with lower temperature, accumulated water can be frozen after the fan is shut down in winter, so that the blade of the induced draft fan is frozen and jammed, even the risk of breaking the blade exists, and the stable operation of the unit is seriously influenced.
In the prior art, the flue is designed to be inclined from horizontal so that condensed water can be automatically collected from the closed opening. However, because the desulfurization draught fan is not provided with a drainage device, and because negative pressure exists in the flue and the influence of sealing factors is needed, the simple opening can not drain water; or only manual drainage is adopted, but manual drainage cannot solve the problems that the drainage pipe is easy to block and the drainage is not smooth due to accumulation of sediments.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic drainage device for prolonging the service life of a flue of a desulfurization draught fan, which is suitable for drainage of the flue of the desulfurization draught fan, can realize automatic drainage, can overcome negative pressure influence, and has the advantage of blockage prevention.

Further, agitating unit includes waterproof motor and stirring vane, and waterproof motor fixes in the catch basin, and stirring vane is connected in waterproof motor's pivot, and stirring vane can stir the water and the precipitate in the catch basin when rotatory, avoids the precipitate deposit to cause the second valve to block up.

Further, the water storage tank is tubular and is formed by an upper tank section, a middle tank section and a lower tank section in a split mode, the upper portion of the middle tank section is connected with the upper tank section, the lower portion of the middle tank section is connected with the lower tank section, the water inlet and the air inlet are formed in the upper tank section, and the water outlet is formed in the lower tank section.

After the scheme is adopted, the invention has the characteristics of simple integral structure and low cost, can overcome the problems of negative pressure and sealing in the pipeline by skillfully utilizing the automatic alternate switch of the three valves, realizes the automatic collection and automatic discharge of condensed water and sediments, and further avoids the corrosion problem caused by accumulated water at the outlet of a desulfurization induced draft fan or a flue close to a chimney; secondly, the invention successfully overcomes the problem that the sediment blocks the pipeline by means of the stirring device.

As shown in fig. 1, the reservoir 1 has an inlet 11 and an outlet 12. Because the horizontal flue 7 is designed with an inclined angle, a gathered closing-in 71 is formed at the bottom of the flue 7, the water inlet 11 is connected with the closing-in 71 of the flue 7, and condensed water is condensed and mixed with sediment and then is gathered in the water storage tank 1 under the action of the inclined angle of the horizontal flue 7.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment, the water storage tank 1 is tubular, so as to facilitate the assembly, disassembly and structure optimization, the water storage tank 1 is formed by separately forming an upper tank section 13, a middle tank section 14 and a lower tank section 15, the upper part of the middle tank section 14 is connected with the upper tank section 13, and the lower part of the middle tank section 14 is connected with the lower tank section 15, in the embodiment, a tight plug connection manner is adopted, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, for example, a threaded connection may also be adopted; the water inlet 11 and the air inlet 131 are arranged on the upper groove section 13, and the water outlet 12 is arranged on the lower groove section 15.

A blockage-preventing drainage method for a flue of a desulfurization induced draft fan comprises the following specific steps:
s1: the first valve 3 is in an open state, the second valve 4 and the third valve 5 are in a closed state, as shown in figure 3, condensed water in the flue 7 flows into the water storage tank 1 from the water inlet 11 and is accumulated in the water storage tank 1, and in the process of water collection, the gas in the water storage tank 1 can be discharged back into the flue 7 through the first valve 3, so that the problem of negative pressure in the water storage tank 1 is avoided;
s2: when the water level in the water storage tank 1 rises to the liquid level switch 2, as shown in fig. 3 to 4, the liquid level switch 2 is started, the first valve 3 is closed, the water inlet 11 is blocked, the stirring device 6 is opened, and the stirring device 6 continuously stirs the sediment accumulated in the water storage tank 1 to enable the sediment to be fused with the accumulated water;
s3: after the water and the sediment are fully stirred, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the second valve 4 and the third valve 5 are opened, air enters from the air inlet 131, the sediment and accumulated water in the water storage tank are all discharged from the water outlet 12, and the stirring device 6 automatically stops stirring;
s4: as shown in fig. 8, the first valve 3, the second valve 4, and the third valve 5 return to the state of S1 again, and wait for the next drainage.
