Abstract
The invention discloses a car lamp component with an LED light guide function and a car with the same, wherein the car lamp component comprises: a housing provided with a mounting hole penetrating in the front-rear direction; the circuit board is arranged at the rear side of the shell, is provided with a light source corresponding to the position of the mounting hole, and is provided with a positioning hole; the radiator is arranged at the rear side of the shell and connected with the shell, and the circuit board is connected with the radiator and positioned between the shell and the radiator; the light guide is formed into a column shape capable of guiding light rays emitted by the light source, one end of the light guide penetrates through the mounting hole to be connected with the circuit board, one end of the light guide is provided with a positioning part corresponding to the position of the positioning hole, and the positioning part penetrates through the mounting hole to extend into the positioning hole so as to position the light guide; and the mounting bracket is arranged on the shell to fix the light guide. The car lamp component with the LED light guide function can improve the installation accuracy between the light source and the light guide, ensure the reliable positioning between the light guide and the shell and prevent the light source from being collided in the installation process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of car lamp manufacturing, and particularly relates to a car lamp assembly with an LED light guide function and a car with the car lamp assembly with the LED light guide function.
Background
In the design of lamps and lanterns of car, more and more host factories have put forward very high demands to the homogeneity after the car light is lighted, in the lamps and lanterns that contain LED photoconductive function, because the design influence of LED location structure can cause actual product LED and photoconductive position and design to take place the skew, influence homogeneity and light intensity of lighting a lamp greatly.
In order to ensure the installation precision between the LED and the light guide, the existing car lamp device generally adopts the direct positioning of the light guide and the circuit board, is fixed through screws, buckles or hot rivets, and is used as a light guide sub-assembly to be assembled into a lamp. However, in the design of lamps and lanterns, because of space limitation and special reasons, some lamps and lanterns have to adopt the arrangement scheme of external radiator, so that the light guide can not be directly positioned and installed with the circuit board, and only the circuit board can be assembled with the radiator to form a radiator sub-assembly, the light guide is positioned with the shell, and then the radiator sub-assembly is assembled with the shell. At this time, the external radiator and the circuit board are blindly mounted on the lamp housing, and an operator cannot see the relative position between the LED and the light guide during assembly, so how to ensure the mounting accuracy between the LED and the light guide, how to ensure the reliable positioning between the light guide and the housing, and how to prevent the LED from being collided are the problems to be solved in the present design scheme of the lamp.

The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art.
Therefore, the car lamp component with the LED light guide function is convenient to assemble and improves stability.
According to an embodiment of the invention, a car lamp assembly with an LED light guide function comprises: a housing provided with a mounting hole penetrating in the front-rear direction; the circuit board is arranged at the rear side of the shell, a light source corresponding to the position of the mounting hole is arranged on the circuit board, and a positioning hole is formed in the circuit board; the radiator is arranged at the rear side of the shell and is connected with the shell, and the circuit board is connected with the radiator and is positioned between the shell and the radiator; the light guide is formed into a column shape capable of guiding light rays emitted by the light source, one end of the light guide penetrates through the mounting hole to be connected with the circuit board, one end of the light guide is provided with a positioning part corresponding to the position of the positioning hole, and the positioning part penetrates through the mounting hole to extend into the positioning hole so as to position the light guide; and a mounting bracket mounted on the housing to secure the light guide.
According to the car lamp assembly with the LED light guide function, the mounting hole is formed in the shell, the circuit board is arranged on the rear side of the shell, the light source is arranged on the circuit board, the radiator is further arranged on the rear side of the shell, the circuit board is connected with the radiator and is located between the shell and the radiator, one end of the light guide penetrates through the mounting hole to be connected with the circuit board, the positioning part is arranged at one end of the light guide and is matched with the positioning hole, the light guide can be positioned, and meanwhile, the mounting bracket is further arranged on the shell and can be used for fixing the light guide. The car light assembly can improve the assembly stability of the light guide, improve the assembly efficiency, enable the light intensity of the light source to emit light to be higher and more stable, and further improve the quality of the car light.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the mounting bracket is formed into a column shape corresponding to the shape of the mounting hole, a mounting channel penetrating along the axial direction of the mounting bracket is arranged in the mounting bracket, one end of the mounting bracket is arranged on the shell body through the mounting hole, and one end of the light guide is connected with the circuit board through the mounting channel.
According to one embodiment of the invention, one end of the light guide is provided with at least two first matching parts which are arranged at intervals, one end of the mounting bracket is provided with a second matching part matched with the first matching parts, and the first matching parts penetrate through the mounting channel and are matched with the second matching parts to fix the light guide.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the first engaging portions are two and are disposed on two opposite sides of the outer peripheral surface of the light guide, each first engaging portion is formed as a protruding block protruding outwards from the outer peripheral surface of the light guide, the outer surface of each first engaging portion is formed as an arc-shaped surface, an end surface facing away from one end of the light guide is formed as a limiting surface, one end of the mounting bracket is provided with two gaps which are disposed at intervals, the second engaging portion is formed as a flexible sheet body disposed in the gaps, the distance between the free ends of the two second engaging portions is smaller than the distance between the two first engaging portions, and after the first engaging portions pass through the mounting channel, the limiting surface is stopped against the free ends of the second engaging portions.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, each of the second mating portions has a reinforcing rib provided on an outer surface thereof, and at least a portion of the reinforcing rib extends to a bottom surface of the opening.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the inner wall surface of the mounting channel is provided with at least one positioning channel extending along the axial direction of the mounting channel, and the outer wall surface of the light guide is provided with a positioning block corresponding to the positioning channel.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the two positioning channels are oppositely arranged, the two positioning blocks are arranged on the outer wall surface of the light guide, each positioning block is respectively arranged at one end of the light guide and at least one part of the positioning block exceeds the end surface of the light guide, and one end surface of each positioning block faces the circuit board and is spaced apart from the circuit board after the light guide passes through the mounting channel.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the positioning portion is formed in a columnar shape and provided on one end face of one positioning block, and the cross-sectional area of the positioning portion is smaller than the area of one end face of the positioning block.
According to one embodiment of the invention, a gap between one end face of the positioning block and the circuit board is 0.05mm-0.25mm, and a gap between an outer peripheral face of the positioning part and an inner peripheral face of the positioning hole is 0.05mm-0.25mm.

Specifically, the housing 10 is provided with a mounting hole 11 penetrating in the front-rear direction, the circuit board 20 is provided at the rear side of the housing 10, the circuit board 20 is provided with a light source 12 corresponding to the position of the mounting hole 11, the circuit board 20 is provided with a positioning hole 21, the radiator 30 is provided at the rear side of the housing 10 and connected with the housing 10, the circuit board 20 is connected with the radiator 30 and located between the housing 10 and the radiator 30, the light guide 40 is formed in a columnar shape capable of guiding light emitted from the light source 12, one end of the light guide 40 passes through the mounting hole 11 and is connected with the circuit board 20, one end of the light guide 40 is provided with a positioning part 41 corresponding to the position of the positioning hole 21, the positioning part 41 extends into the positioning hole 21 through the mounting hole 11 to position the light guide 40, and the mounting bracket 50 is provided on the housing 10 to fix the light guide 40.
In other words, the vehicle lamp assembly 100 with the LED light guide function according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a housing 10, a circuit board 20, a heat sink 30, a light guide 40 and a mounting bracket 50, wherein the housing 10 is provided with a mounting hole 11, the mounting hole 11 penetrates in the front-rear direction, the circuit board 20 is provided at the rear side of the housing 10, and the heat sink 30 is provided at the side of the circuit board 20 facing away from the housing 10, that is, the circuit board 20 is located between the housing 10 and the heat sink 30. The circuit board 20 is provided with a light source 12, and the position of the light source 12 corresponds to the position of the mounting hole 11. The circuit board 20 is provided with a positioning hole 21, one end of the light guide 40 is provided with a positioning part 41, one end of the light guide 40 passes through the mounting hole 11, and the positioning part 41 can be matched with the positioning hole 21. During assembly, the light guide 40, the mounting bracket 50 and the shell 10 are assembled and fixed, the light source 12 is fixedly mounted on the circuit board 20, the circuit board 20 is fixed on the radiator 30 to form a radiator sub-assembly, and under the guiding and limiting effects of the positioning part 41, an operator can smoothly blindly mount the radiator sub-assembly on the shell 10, and meanwhile, reliable positioning between the light source 12 and the light guide 20 is ensured. In order to facilitate the installation and to enhance the firmness of the light guide 40, a mounting bracket 50 capable of fixing the light guide 40 is provided on the housing 10.
Thus, the vehicle lamp assembly 100 with LED light guide function according to the embodiment of the present invention employs the combination of the housing 10, the circuit board 20, the heat sink 30, the light guide 40 and the mounting bracket 50, the circuit board 20 is disposed at the rear side of the housing 10, the light source 12 is disposed on the circuit board 20, the circuit board 20 is connected with the heat sink 30 and is located between the housing 10 and the heat sink 30, the mounting hole 11 is disposed on the housing 10, the position of the light source 12 corresponds to the position of the mounting hole 11, and during assembly, the following steps can be performed: step 1, assembling and fixing the light guide 40, the mounting bracket 50 and the shell 10; step 2, fixedly mounting a light source (preferably an LED) on the circuit board 20, and fixing the circuit board 20 on the radiator 30 to form a radiator sub-assembly; step 3, assembling the radiator sub-assembly and the shell 10 together, and in the assembling process, under the guiding and limiting actions of the positioning part 41, the radiator sub-assembly passes through the positioning hole 21 to enter the groove 31, so that an operator can smoothly blindly assemble the radiator sub-assembly on the shell 10, and meanwhile, the reliable positioning between the light source 12 and the light guide 40 is ensured. It should be noted that, step 1 and step 2 are parallel steps, and the assembly process is not sequential.
Preferably, the positioning portion 41 is formed as a cylindrical pin, which improves assembly efficiency and facilitates manufacturing.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the light source 12 is an LED light source.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mounting bracket 50 is formed in a column shape corresponding to the shape of the mounting hole 11, the mounting bracket 50 is provided therein with the mounting passage 51 penetrating in the axial direction thereof, one end of the mounting bracket 50 is provided on the housing 10 through the mounting hole 11, and one end of the light guide 40 is connected to the circuit board 20 through the mounting passage 51, that is, the mounting bracket 50 is mounted on the housing 10 through the mounting hole 11, and then one end of the light guide 40 is extended toward the direction of the circuit board 20 through the mounting passage 51, so that the mounting stability and the firmness of the light guide 40 can be improved. The circumferential side wall of the mounting bracket 50 may have a closed structure, so that deformation of the mounting bracket during injection molding can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 4, optionally, the housing 10 has a supporting portion 13 with a convex truncated cone shape, and the supporting portion 13 is provided with the mounting hole 11 penetrating along the axial direction thereof, so as to facilitate the installation of the mounting bracket 50 and improve the installation stability. Also, the circumferential side wall of the supporting portion 13 is a closed structure for preventing the supporting portion 13 from being deformed at the time of injection molding.
Further, at least two first engaging portions 42 are provided at one end of the light guide 40 at a distance from each other, a second engaging portion 52 is provided at one end of the mounting bracket 50 to engage with the first engaging portion 42, and the first engaging portion 42 is engaged with the second engaging portion 52 through the mounting channel 51 to fix the light guide 40, so that the light guide 40 can be further fixed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first engaging portions 42 are two and disposed at opposite sides of the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 40, each first engaging portion 42 is formed as a protrusion protruding outward from the outer peripheral surface of the light guide 40, the outer surface of each first engaging portion 42 is formed as an arc-shaped surface and the end surface facing away from one end of the light guide 40 is formed as a limiting surface, so that it pushes the two oppositely disposed second engaging portions 52 while passing through the mounting channel 51. One end of the mounting bracket 50 is provided with two gaps which are arranged at intervals, the second matching parts 52 are formed into flexible sheet bodies arranged in the gaps, the distance between the free ends of the two second matching parts 52 is smaller than the distance between the two first matching parts 42, and after the first matching parts 42 pass through the mounting channel 51, the limiting surfaces are stopped against the free ends of the second matching parts 52.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, further, the outer surface of each second fitting portion 52 is provided with a reinforcing rib 53, and at least a part of the reinforcing rib 53 extends to the bottom surface of the stop notch, and the reinforcing rib 53 can improve the strength and rigidity of the second fitting portion 52.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the inner wall surface of the mounting channel 51 is provided with at least one positioning channel 54 extending along the axial direction thereof, the outer wall surface of the light guide 40 is provided with a positioning block 43 corresponding to the positioning channel 54, and the positioning block 43 can extend toward the direction of the circuit board 20 after passing through the positioning channel 54.
Further, the two positioning channels 54 are oppositely arranged, two positioning blocks 43 are arranged on the outer wall surface of the light guide 40, each positioning block 43 is respectively arranged at one end of the light guide 40 and at least partially exceeds the end surface of the light guide 40, and one end surface of each positioning block 43 faces the circuit board 20 and is spaced apart from the circuit board 20 after the light guide 40 passes through the mounting channel 51. Optionally, the two positioning blocks 43 are symmetrically distributed, so that the positioning stability is further improved, and the processing difficulty is reduced.
It should be noted that, when the radiator subassembly is assembled to the housing 10, the positioning block 43 may press the circuit board 20.
Preferably, the positioning portion 41 is formed in a columnar shape and is disposed on an end surface of one positioning block 43, and the cross-sectional area of the positioning portion 41 is smaller than the area of the end surface of the positioning block 43, which has the effects of compact structure, reduced space occupied by the structure, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the grooves 31 for avoiding the light guide 40 are formed on the heat sink 30, so that the problem that the light guide 40 is always located at a design position matched with the LED light source when the external heat sink 30 and the circuit board 20 are blindly mounted on the housing 10 of the lamp is effectively solved, the light is emitted more uniformly, and meanwhile, the LEDs are not collided when an operator assembles the lamp.
Alternatively, the clearance between the end face of one end of the positioning block 43 and the wiring board 20 is 0.05mm to 0.25mm, and the clearance between the outer peripheral surface of the positioning portion 41 and the inner peripheral surface of the positioning hole 21 is 0.05mm to 0.25mm, so that interference between the deformed light guide 40 and the wiring board 20 can be prevented.
Preferably, the clearance between the one end surface of the positioning block 43 and the wiring board 20 is 0.1mm, and the clearance between the outer peripheral surface of the positioning portion 41 and the inner peripheral surface of the positioning hole 21 is 0.2mm.
In summary, the vehicle lamp assembly 100 with LED light guide function according to the embodiment of the present invention adopts the combination of the housing 10, the circuit board 20, the heat sink 30, the light guide 40 and the mounting bracket 50, and has the following advantages:
(1) Improving the fitting stability of the light guide 40;
(2) Through limiting between the positioning part 41 on the light guide 40 and the circuit board 20, and meanwhile, the groove 31 avoiding the positioning part 41 is arranged on the radiator 30, the problem that when the external radiator 30 and the circuit board 20 are blindly arranged on the shell 10 of the lamp, the light guide 40 is always positioned at a design position matched with the LED, the light emission is more uniform, and meanwhile, the LED cannot be collided when an operator assembles;
(3) The luminous light intensity of the car lamp is higher and more stable;
(4) The luminous efficiency of the car lamp is improved;
(5) The quality of the car lamp is improved.
The vehicle according to the second aspect of the present invention includes the lamp assembly 100 with the LED light guide function according to the above-described embodiment, and since the lamp assembly 100 with the LED light guide function according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-described technical effects, the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention also has the corresponding technical effects, that is, the fixing reliability and the mounting efficiency can be effectively improved.

a housing provided with a mounting hole penetrating in the front-rear direction;
the circuit board is arranged at the rear side of the shell, a light source corresponding to the position of the mounting hole is arranged on the circuit board, and a positioning hole is formed in the circuit board;
The radiator is arranged at the rear side of the shell and is connected with the shell, and the circuit board is connected with the radiator and is positioned between the shell and the radiator;
The light guide is formed into a column shape capable of guiding light rays emitted by the light source, one end of the light guide penetrates through the mounting hole to be connected with the circuit board, one end of the light guide is provided with a positioning part corresponding to the position of the positioning hole, and the positioning part penetrates through the mounting hole to extend into the positioning hole so as to position the light guide;
A mounting bracket mounted on the housing to secure the light guide;
The mounting bracket is formed into a column shape corresponding to the shape of the mounting hole, a mounting channel which is penetrated along the axial direction of the mounting bracket is arranged in the mounting bracket, one end of the mounting bracket is arranged on the shell body through the mounting hole, and one end of the light guide is connected with the circuit board through the mounting channel;
one end of the light guide is provided with at least two first matching parts which are arranged at intervals, one end of the mounting bracket is provided with a second matching part which is matched with the first matching part, and the first matching part passes through the mounting channel to be matched with the second matching part so as to fix the light guide;
The first matching parts are two and are arranged on two opposite sides of the outer peripheral surface of the light guide, each first matching part is respectively formed into a convex block protruding out of the outer peripheral surface of the light guide and extends outwards, the outer surface of each first matching part is formed into an arc-shaped surface, and the end surface facing away from one end of the light guide is formed into a limiting surface;
