As shown in fig. 8, a method for installing an assembled inner partition wall system includes the following steps:
step 1) manufacturing a partition wall module, namely respectively manufacturing a partition wall mother board, a partition wall male board, a module left sealing board, a module right sealing board and a module disconnection sealing board through an extrusion molding method, and respectively performing surface coating treatment for direct decoration;
step 2) assembling a partition wall module, namely paving a sound insulation felt on a partition wall mother board, fixing the sound insulation felt on the partition wall mother board through a heat insulation nail, paving glass wool on the sound insulation felt, pressing the glass wool to enable the glass wool to penetrate through the heat insulation nail, bending the heat insulation nail to fix the glass wool, and finally inserting and buckling a partition wall male board and the partition wall mother board into a whole to complete the assembly of the partition wall module;
step 3) installing the ceiling keel and the ground keel on the top surface and the ground by using fastener expansion screws, wherein the opening direction of the L-shaped structure of the ceiling keel and the opening direction of the L-shaped structure of the ground keel are oppositely arranged in the ceiling keel; the height between the ceiling keel and the ground keel is greater than that of the partition wall module;
and 4) mounting a sealing plate of the partition wall on the wall surface at the initial position, obliquely sliding the partition wall module assembled in the step 2 into the ceiling keel and the ground keel, erecting the partition wall module after sliding, pushing the sealing plate of the partition wall to be spliced with the sealing plate into a whole, and finally driving the partition wall module and the ceiling keel into the whole by using a fastener self-tapping screw from the outer side of the L-shaped structure of the ceiling keel to fix the partition wall module and the ceiling keel into a whole so as to finish the mounting of the partition wall module.
When the partition wall is subjected to blind rotation and L-shaped, T-shaped or cross-shaped switching, the assembled internal partition wall system is provided with a sealing plate of the partition wall on the finished partition wall module, and then the partition wall module in the turning direction is installed.
According to the installation method of the assembled internal partition wall system, a partition mother board, a partition male board, a module right sealing board, a module left sealing board and a module disconnection sealing board are subjected to extrusion molding, and surface coating is respectively carried out; assembling the partition wall modules according to a production deepening drawing, and transporting the partition wall modules together with materials such as a module right sealing plate, a module left sealing plate and the like to a construction site; the on-site cleaning and paying-off are carried out according to the deepened drawing, the ceiling keel is installed through the expansion screws, a space of about 15mm is reserved between the ceiling keel and the top of the partition wall, and the partition wall module can be conveniently slid into the space for installation. The opening directions are opposite when the ceiling keel is installed, so that the stability of the partition wall after installation is ensured; and mounting a sealing plate (a module right sealing plate or a module left sealing plate) of the partition wall on the wall surface at the initial position and then sequentially mounting the partition wall modules. The partition wall module is slightly inclined when being driven into the ceiling keel, is vertical after sliding, is pushed to the partition wall sealing plate and is assembled with the partition wall sealing plate, and finally, a self-tapping screw is used for driving the fixed partition wall from the outer side of the ceiling keel; when the partition wall is in blind turning and is in L-shaped, T-shaped, cross-shaped and other turning, the partition wall sealing plate (the module right sealing plate or the module left sealing plate) is directly installed on the finished partition wall by using self-tapping screws, and then the partition wall module is installed.
The assembly type inner partition wall system and the installation method thereof can realize batch production in factories and on-site assembly construction. The problems of coating and repairing at the later stage after field processing and installation are solved; the partition wall modules are highly integrated, the number of components is small, and the assembly is simple and convenient; the installation is convenient and quick, and the problem of complicated construction period is solved; the real green installation is realized on site, and no pollution such as dust, noise and the like exists.

Claims (6)

1. An assembled internal partition wall system, comprising:
the partition wall module (1) is a main body for a modular partition wall system, wherein the outer surface of the main body is subjected to film covering treatment for direct facing and quick splicing; the partition wall module comprises a partition wall mother board and a partition wall male board which are connected with each other in a buckling manner and can be cut;
the top and bottom keels (3) are arranged on the top surface and the ground and used for fixing keels at the upper end and the lower end of the partition wall module;
the sealing plates (4) are used for sealing plates for mounting the initial position or the ending position on two sides of the partition wall module (1); the sealing plates comprise a module left sealing plate, a module right sealing plate and a module disconnection sealing plate, wherein the outer layer surfaces of the module left sealing plate, the module right sealing plate and the module disconnection sealing plate are respectively subjected to film coating treatment and used for direct facing;
the partition wall modules (1) are mutually inserted and buckled, connected and assembled into a whole, the upper end and the lower end of each partition wall module (1) are respectively fixedly connected with the ceiling keel (3), and the sealing plates (4) are inserted and buckled on the two sides of each partition wall module (1) in a plugging manner;
module inserting and buckling structures (2) are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the two sides of the partition wall module (1); the sealing plate (4) is provided with a sealing plate inserting and buckling structure (5) which is matched with the module inserting and buckling structure (2) to realize splicing connection;
the sealing plate inserting and buckling structure (5) comprises a left sealing plate inserting and buckling structure (10) and a right sealing plate inserting and buckling structure (11), the left sealing plate inserting and buckling structure (10) is matched with the left clamping groove to form a clamping groove structure with an outer clamping hook, and the right sealing plate inserting and buckling structure (11) is matched with the right clamping groove to form a clamping groove structure with an inner clamping hook;
the module inserting and buckling structure (2) comprises a left inserting and buckling structure (6) and a right inserting and buckling structure (7), wherein the left inserting and buckling structure (6) is a left clamping groove formed by two inserting strips with inner clamping hooks (8); the right eye-splice structure (7) is a right clamping groove formed by two inserting strips with outer clamping hooks (9);
the module right sealing plate (21) is a plate for installing the starting position or closing the end of the right side of the partition wall module to perform plugging decoration; the module left sealing plate (20) is a plate for installing the starting position or closing the end of the left side of the partition wall module to perform plugging decoration; the module disconnection sealing plate (22) is a plate used for cutting edge sealing edges of the nonstandard partition wall module, and the module disconnection sealing plate (22) is provided with an insertion structure (23) matched with a cavity in the partition wall module.
