The protective cover can be made of transparent material or semitransparent material, or can be made of opaque material.
The adjusting portion 40 is also an important component of the management device, where the adjusting portion 40 includes a first pad 41 and a second pad 42, a gap 43 is disposed between the first pad 41 and the second pad 42, the size of the gap 43 can be changed by deformation of the first pad 41 and the second pad 42, more specifically, the first pad 41 and the second pad 42 can be made of elastic materials, a compression cavity 421 is disposed in the second pad 42, the gap 43 is enlarged as the second pad 42 is compressed and deformed, and the compression cavity 421 is reduced during the compression and deformation process of the second pad 42. The first pad 41 and the second pad 42 can also be made of soft materials, so that the hard materials are prevented from damaging the surfaces of the feet of the birds. The materials of the first pad 41 and the second pad 42 may be the same or different, and may be a silicone material, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, or the like, which has high strength, high resilience, or the like, so as to satisfy the effect of tightly adhering to the feet of the birds. In addition, the thickness of the second pad 42 can be designed according to the requirement of the foot ring to correspond to the feet of birds or other animals with different varieties and sizes.
As shown in fig. 4, the first pad 41 is connected with the functional part of the anti-falling structure, specifically, the first pad 41 is fixedly connected with the housing 10 and the plugboard 20, a placing groove 1515 is arranged on one side of the housing 10 facing the first pad 41, a first positioning column 151 is arranged in the placing groove 1515, a second positioning column 213 is arranged on the inner wall of the top plate 21 of the plugboard 20, inserting holes 411 are arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the first pad 41, during installation, the first pad 41 is firstly placed in the placing groove 1515, the first positioning column 151 is inserted into the inserting holes 411 on the lower surface, then the plugboard 20 is inserted into the housing 10, and the second positioning column 213 is inserted into the inserting holes 411 on the upper surface, so that the first pad 41 is locked.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the second pad 42 is connected to the connection portion of the anti-falling structure, specifically, the second pad 42 is connected to the ring buckle 30, a sliding structure is disposed between the second pad 42 and the ring buckle 30, the sliding structure includes a sliding slot 422 and a sliding block 33, a sliding stop 33133 is disposed at the end of the sliding block 33 or the sliding slot 422, one of the sliding slot 422 and the sliding block 33 is disposed on a surface of the second pad 42 facing the ring buckle 30, and the other is disposed on a corresponding surface of the ring buckle 30 and the second pad 42. As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, in the specific example, the sliding block 33 is disposed at the inner side of the ring buckle 30, the sliding groove 422 is disposed on the second pad 42, the surface of the second pad 42 facing the ring buckle 30 is an arc surface, so that the sliding groove 422 is disposed along the arc surface, the ring buckle 30 is matched with the second pad 42, and may also be in an arc structure, the sliding block 33 is disposed along the inner wall of the ring buckle 30, and is in an arc shape, preferably, the sliding groove 422 is a "T" shaped groove, the sliding block 33 is a "T" shaped block, the sliding groove 422 slides in from the initial end of the sliding block 33 until touching the non-sliding block 33133 at the end of the sliding block 33, and then the two ends of the ring buckle 30 are connected with the housing 10, so as to lock the second pad 42 at the inner side of the ring buckle 30. Because the second connection end 32 is opened during transportation and sales after the production is completed, in order to prevent the second pad 42 from falling off the buckle 30, it is preferable that the start end of the sliding block 33 is disposed toward the first connection end 31, and the anti-sliding block 33133 is disposed at a side close to the second connection end 32, and the second pad 42 is not separated from the buckle 30 when the first connection end 31 is connected with the housing 10.
The installation process of the management apparatus of the present embodiment is as follows: preparing a ring buckle 30, and enabling a sliding groove 422 of the second cushion body 42 to slide in alignment with a sliding block 33 of the ring buckle 30 so as to enable the second cushion body 42 to be connected with the ring buckle 30; preparing a shell 10, placing the first connecting end 31 of the ring buckle 30 into the first clamping groove 111, simultaneously placing the first pad 41 into the placing groove 1515, and inserting the first positioning column 151 of the placing groove 1515 into the insertion hole 411 on the lower surface of the first pad 41; placing the electronic functional module on the riser 22 of the board 20, placing the identification tag to be scanned on the outward facing side of the riser 22, and placing other functional elements (such as radio frequency tags or sensors) on the inward facing side of the riser 22; inserting the vertical plate 22 into the shell 10, arranging a plurality of third positioning columns 214 on the inner wall of the top plate 21, arranging positioning holes on the upper surface of the shell 10, inserting the third positioning columns 214 into the positioning holes, and welding the plugboard 20 with the shell 10 by utilizing laser welding or ultrasonic welding; the plugboard 20 and the accommodating groove of the second side part 12 of the shell 10 form a retaining groove; two ends of the protective cover 13 are inserted into the slots 14 on two sides of the shell 10 from the notch 23, and then packaged and delivered; after the product is put into the hand of the user, the user rotates the ring buckle 30 to enable the first pad 41 and the second pad 42 to be respectively attached to two sides of the connecting end of the target object, and inserts the second connecting end 32 of the ring buckle 30 into the retaining groove to enable the shell 10 and the ring buckle 30 to form a closed ring body, and the closed ring body is sleeved on the connecting end of the target object.
After finishing poultry feeding and selling, a consumer or a dealer can scan the identification tag to acquire relevant information, and if the management device is to be disassembled, the ring buckle 30 or the plugboard 20 is required to be destroyed, and the closed ring body is opened; or cutting off the connecting end of the target object, such as cutting off the claw of the poultry, and taking the management device off entirely. In order to facilitate the consumers and the distributors, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the shearing part 34 may be further provided on the ring buckle 30, the shearing part 34 is thinner and thinner than the whole ring buckle 30, and is easier to shear, and the consumers or the distributors can directly shear the shearing part 34 to open the ring body. The shearing part 34 can be integrally formed with the whole ring buckle 30 by adopting the same material, or can be fixedly connected with the ring buckle 30 after being processed by adopting other materials which are easy to shear. As shown in the drawings, the cutout 34 is provided on the rear side of the front end portion 311 of the first connection end 31.
